Went in with a tire that blew out on the highway from debris that had fallen off a truck. I purchased 4 tires and an alignment. Car was done in about an hour and a half.. AMAZING

They do a good job but I go too town fair tire for the free front end alignment..

I went to service my Toyota Corolla and met with a courteous and professional staff, the service was excellent and performed in good time, thanks to Tom and all the staff.

Got me right in as I needed to get back to my home state today. Changed tire, installed itand even put donut tire back under the vehicle for me! Very satisfied!

HIGHLY recommended for not only tires, but other difficult to assess suspension and drivability issues. They know what they are doing which is a rare find these days. I always come here for anything wheel or tire related. These guys are good at what they do and the prices are reasonable.

After a very frustrating and unexpected issue with a flat tire and broken tire stud, I called Sullivan Tire to see if they could repair the stud and replace the tire. Tom was so helpful, understanding and kind; he assured me that they could fit my car into their scheduled appointments. He seemed confident the tire could be repaired, promising to call me if they spent more than what we had discussed. A couple hours later and the tire was repaired and the am tire stud issues were resolved. And it was considerably less than it could have been. I appreciate the consideration, kindness and professionalism. This shop just earned all future business from me. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would!

I have an older but good car and the only place I have brought my business to is Sullivan tire and once again today I had to have all 4 tires changed and I have to say the service, pricing, and timing has been spot on glad I brought it here thanks

Super helpful and accommodating. I had to drop off my car before work and they gave me a ride to work, then picked me up when my car was done. Worked with me on the price and was upfront about optional/recommended services so I could chose what was in my budget. 10/10 would recommend. I will be going back if I have any other issues with my car.

I booked a 9 am appointment for Friday on Monday. When I showed up at 9 I found out that they overbooked because of an their automated booking system. They had 20 cars booked and only two mechanics. It was going to be a long wait so Im opting to get the work done elsewhere. Not happy!

I was concerned when Sullivan bought this location that the staff from Montvale tire would be laid off, but theyre still there doing a great job.

Everyone was polite enough, minus the fact that I was laughed at when I asked for a discount for the following incident; tires were purchased for my vehicle, upon installation one of the tires was damaged by the crew and a new one was requested and “ordered”. I was told it would be in by Wednesday, I even called to confirm and ask if it was okay if I could come in Thursday-I was told no problem.Thursday comes along and not only did they go through my trunk without permission, and lose my wheel lock (they claimed I just didn’t know where it was) for a good 15 minutes, but to top it all off the tire wasn’t even delivered.I returned the next day to finally get the fourth tire installed and that’s when I remembered I had also given them my car’s registration in addition to the original receipt. Upon asking for these items back I was only given the original receipt. They LOST my registration. I will be contacting corporate due to this issue as the people I spoke with didn’t seem concerned about my registration and claimed it wasn’t there.The only reason I didn’t give 1 star is because they did discount the installation on the tire and were semi professional.
