When we first brought our Sprinter van to them because it had failed inspection, they researched and found that no work was needed. This honesty is what brought us back. They did quality work, always told us what it would cost before they did it, and had the vehicle ready on time. Steve was in constant communication and we will go back there.

I arrived unannounced by tow truck on a Tuesday morning. They were friendly and professional despite being busy and me not having an appointment. A few hours later I received a call with the estimate, and the car was finished the following afternoon (alternator, belt and battery change.) Everything is expensive these days, so I cant comment on the price. They didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need, and I am happy with the overall experience.

My car broke down on the highway and Rogers was the closest mechanic that AAA recommended. The service was great, very friendly and professional. However, I spoke with some of my friends who know cars after the fact and did my own online research, and I think Rogers way overcharged for the part I needed replaced (alternator for $1000). I do have a Volvo so their parts can get pricey, but not that pricey. I recommend doing some research before agreeing to their prices.

This AAA approved repair shop is professional, capable, reasonably priced, and the shop stands behind their warranties. What more could you want in an auto repair shop? My experience: I was towed there with a burned out Subaru engine, and during the engine replacement they found other real mechanical problems not identified by the dealership and made those repairs. The car ran like a dream after they were done. The replacement engine was defective and they stood behind their warranty and replaced the engine at no charge. Good location also - just off of 128/95 in Woburn. I strongly recommend Rogers!

It’s so unsettling to get your car or truck fixed, wondering if you have been given the right advice, and wondering if the price you have been quoted is competitive. None of those problems exist at Rogers automotive. This is a group of talented mechanics, and above all extremely honest. If you don’t need something fixed, they’ll tell you. It’s refreshing. They’re not just out to make a buck. Honest work, honest advice, at an honest price. It really takes the stress out of maintenance and repairs. This is my go-to place.

Great service and awesome people

Rogers is great! Very friendly and very competent - they clearly care about customer service. All I did was take my car to them after a roadside breakdown, and they made sure I was taken care of. They went to extra trouble to make sure the transmission failure was truly a total loss before I sent my car to the junkyard. All in all, this unpleasant errand was made as pleasant as possible, and that speaks to the friendly and honest service these people give.

They figured out the issues with my car and replaced a broken part, and others that had simply worn out due to the age of the car.

Great Place for your Car !!! The Owner and his wife is really helpful and experienced. All the estimates were provided before getting the work done. Also they provide drop and pick up facility if you need one. Over all a great customer experience. Got to know that they are in business from last 30 Years. Well You have to be at your best to survive that long :)

Had what I needed

Brought a used car here for pre-purchase inspection.They caught 3 major problems with the vehicle that would cost around 1500$ to fix and a pending code which could have caused it to fail RI inspection.Everyone was very nice and I got a detailed explanation of the report.Glad I went here!

Rogers provides honest and professional service, and Id recommend them to anyone in need of automotive work. From the first conversation I had with their staff, I could tell that they were sincere and very knowledgeable. They also offer a text notification system that reminds you of appointments, and provides updates on your vehicle while its being worked on, which is extremely helpful and convenient.
