This Target should be 5 stars because it’s massive and the location is great. However, the shelves are never stocked, the isles are always full of carts with stuff they need to restock, and they never have what I go there for.

Major department is in disarray at all times. Electronics Dept looks like a little kid put it together. Further more, I had the worst experience in Customer Service in recent memory there. took me 25 minutes to buy a product. After the purchase I couldnt get a receipt due to printer issues and the associate (no name tag) flipped out, swore, and then was frustrated because I wanted a receipt. Brought me to the customer service space (brought is a loose term, I walked and he walked far ahead and away from me). Then, the associate said she will deal with it (pointing at a manager maybe?). Then the manager left me at the booth and said I will be right back. 5 min later, I have a paper receipt. Its amazing that I wanted confirmation that my card wasnt charged more than expected but their printer issue was my problem. Dont you want people to have receipts when they walk out with a bag of goods? Im at a loss. Ill go elsewhere whenever I can.

Had a really bad experience with the in store pick up i will never!! ever!! be using target to buy online and pick up. what a shame especially in a pandemic. the lady at the register gave me a 10$ gift card which was cool

Good shopping place. This target is one of the big ones they recently redid the Whole store The have everything you need from here care to make up too close and personal undergarments but what Ive noticed is that the woman section is not as big as it used to be I feel like it used to be a huge part of store. It has definitely shrunken down to make Room for other items and other departments the prices are usually reasonable. Is now that they have refrigerators its almost like you have a place to go from shopping and grab a few other things

Was not happy with how my shopping experience ended. I bought a watch and a team lead and AP rang it up With a different price I had on my phone showing a sale price and I remember on the display for the watch it having a sale price sticker as well and I told them that. And they said that the sale price on their device was different and went with their more expensive sales price on their device then honoring the sale price I had from target.com for Woburn target And showing it to them. I went in twice and they didn’t change it for me.

Online order and pickup was easy, speedy and the woman that got my order together at the store was very friendly. However the item I purchased was thankfully in good condition but the packaging was torn off leaving the wall art unprotected. Target should probably package to keep things protected during travel from the store until it is used.

A very good target in close proximity to Boston. Even though the parking lot was packed, the store itself was not congested. Checkout was rapid and efficient. This location has a greater availability of home items than the location in the South Bay plaza. There is also a Starbucks and cafeteria at this location

I do most of my shopping at target because I believe as a company you are a good cooperate citizen. I believe in supporting equal rights you seem to be one of the better companies out there that does this.

Bought a Samsung tablet in Salem, NH. Clerk was overworked, but he was awesome. My problem is, why, Target, do you sell Samsung tablets, but all the cases and covers in store are for iPads? If I want one for Samsung I have to buy it online. Makes no sense.

This store lives up to its motto, fast, fun, and friendly. At least it applies in their cafeteria section, the team members at the Target Cafe and Starbucks are ideal team players. Jim brightens up my day 🌞

Ordered 2 items for pickup.They said less than 2 hours. after 21/2 hours I chatted online & was told it could be up to 4 hours. They dont say that when you order so you dont go elsewhere. And they were quick enough to charge my credit card.

The best target in the area. Others aren’t organized like this one. I’ve had an issue with one store that they didn’t know what a CO2 can refill was for the soda stream and when I bought it they gave us used ones, but this store I’ve never had an issue everyone seems to know what’s going on.

I worked for the Woburn Target. I never felt like I was a part of a company that made me feel like I part of a big family. I always looked forward to going to work on all the shifts that I was scheduled to work. I would keep an eye out for any kind of bad explosions with the quests trying different fraudulent things to rip off the store. I was able to do my job and my eyes didnt miss anything. I could see a problem with a guest. I was like the store cop. Like I said nothing got by me. The other team members were always nice to me. Id come to work early. I would wheel around the store. I would hear from the team members. Here comes Joe. Its a welcoming sight to see the other team members come to me and chat for a few minutes. I would keep moving. I wasnt at the store to be popular. I was just working and I felt like I was living the dream. I have a job I have a nice place to live and I have a nice van to get to and from work. I still think about the time I caught a guy trying to get a vacuum cleaner for way than the price on the box. I also think about the iTunes card capper that would happen during the Christmas season. I had so much pain in my upper body. I couldnt even pull or push the door open. I would wait for another team member to help me with getting into or out of TSC. I never said a 1 time that I was in a lot of pain. Can I go home. I would go to the register and soldier up and fight the pain. I liked everyone the same. I called all of my coworkers each and every person. I would say look here one of all my favorite team members. I think I did pretty well for a guy who has a Traumatic brain injury. I felt like I was talking over the portable 2 way like I did back in the day working at the police department. I would call for a GSTL for another team member on a register and I received the call from GSTL. My response was. Receive Ill advise and be standing by to wait for your arrival. None of the guests even hnew I had a2 way on me. I have to say that God was the person who made the job possible for me and put all of the people I worked with there for. You want to work for a great retailer. The you will find the right place in Target. Go to work for Target. The sky is the limit. I miss my family at Woburn Target.

This Target has exploited COVID to drive up their margins. No staff, 2 registers. I won’t be back post COVID.

Target employs part time workers who dont get fair benefits or wages.

Good products at good prices. Nice clean and bright store to shop in. I placed an online order for pickup at the store and it was ready in less than two hours. All I had to do was go to the customer service counter and show my order barcode and my ID and I was ready to go. The process is really easy and I would definitely order online again for store pickup.

Trying to shop for Xmas...asked 2 different associates for help unlocking a PS4 game that I was standing in front of...both brushed me off with the one second, then walked off out of the section. After waiting for another 5 minutes with no one in site, decided to spend my money elsewhere. What I needed would have taken 30 seconds of time to facilitate. No explanations...just brushed off...thanks Target.

Particularly in the fresh produce section of store.I asked why they were not coveted and the answer was it’s not a state law...So it’s OK to not wear a mask but every customer in the building has one onExplain why u don’t compel ur staff to be smartI will never ( not that I had ) buy produce thereBad judgment

Target Woburn had the fastest most efficient pick up Ive experienced.

I intentionally went to Target to buy the LCR dice game I wanted because I’ve been trying to shop less from Amazon (for environmental reasons, mostly). The interaction I had with Target employees (Colleen & John from Woburn, MA store) reminded me of how much value face-to-face interactions can bring to your shopping experience! They were exceptionally kind and went out of their way to help me find what I needed. Phenomenal customer service!

It was nearly impossible to navigate aisles -- stocking was taking place in a majority of the aisles which complicated one way navigation and social distancing. Parking lot is poorly arranged with order-pick-up parking included in area near the only accessible entry door. Too much confusion inside and outside.

The Drive-up service is amazing, especially during this time....completely contactless (they will put it in your trunk).

As far as Targets go, this is a pretty solid location. It feels up-to-date and as organized as you could ask a Target store to be. The employees are friendly enough, and stay out of your way most of the time. There is also a Starbucks inside, which is staffed by pretty competent people. Ive never had any problems here.

I sent up a 2-hour around 2:30 for a gift needed the next day. I arrived around 5:30 to be told that they are running behind and havent collected it yet. Not a big deal so I left to go eat. Around 8 I recieved an email stating that the item was sold out. Slightly frustrated I figured I would just go to another store. But around 9:30 a friend of mine went to the same Target and purchased the item they had said was sold out. I would like to know how you can sell a product that you have 0 quantity of or at least know who didnt bother to do their job.

Drove across town to make it there before 11pm got there at 10:37pm and all lights were off and doors were blocked by carts. They must use bar time in the family friendly Target world.

This is a decent Target and they have always had what I need in stock. Ive had to go to customer service a few times at this store and they have always been very helpful. The store could be more organized. There has been stuff just strewn about a few times when I have gone in.

Easy to get to, this Target is located right off of I93, one exit north from the I93/I95 interchange. Its a large store with plenty of parking. Due to its convenience, this Target is the one I visit whenever I have easy access to the highway. Their selection of items is pretty standard and this store is the place I use to compare against when visiting other Target stores.

Always clean and friendly. In and out in a few minutes. Grocery prices could use some improving but theres a decent selection.

NO customer service help whatsoever & thats just to answer the phone! I called ahead of time to see if they had a particular item so I could avoid a trip there in case they didnt have it. The phone must have rang 20x before someone finally answered it. The woman said Let me as ask this department if they have it, Im not sure. Ring, ring, ring, ring, ring, ring same thing rang 15-20 times, no answer & the same woman comes on the line asking if she can help. I told her I was the same customer looking for this item & she said Oh, no one answered the phone? I said, No, no one did. Ring Ring Ring Ring Ring Ring Ring again 10x. Finally I just hung up, got in my car & went down there only to be told of course they didnt have it. What a surprise. Gee, I wonder if I could have AVOIDED THE ORDEAL IF SOMEONE COULD HAVE JUST PICKED UP THE PHONE & TOLD ME? Thanks Target.

I appreciate the Ease of shopping, and the Staff is very helpful. I like how things are so clearly marked the store is well lit and hours are very accommodating.

Target is convenient for a lot of items in one stop. Especially with two small kids in tow.

This is one of my favorite Targets! I love that it has grocery. I like that I can do all of my regular shopping along with a little food shopping. Very convenient. And very clean.

Cashiers are always so friendly, nice, & truly care about the customer. Ive never had a bad experience during checkout at this location because of those caring individuals. The staff on the sales floor can be nice, but I find theres usually not a lot of employees on the floor available to help when I visit this store closer to closing time (the only time I can usually get there), which can be somewhat of a letdown, but I wouldnt blame the employees or the store for that, since its not their fault Im only able to shop there at the worst time. The store is always super-clean & fully stocked, & I find the employees that stock the shelves later in the evening have also been so helpful in assisting me when Im rushing to find specific items. I love this Target; by far my favorite location!

A good store. They keep it clean and organized. Sadly I often wish they had more staff on registers to speed up the check out lines. But their staff is usually friendly as long as you stay away from their customer service desk.

I worked at the Woburn Target. I liked everyone from the Senior Team lead to all of the other Team members of the Store. I felt like I was treated with great respect. I would have stayed at the store. I had to move to another state to get some relief from the cold damp weather. I have rumetoid arthritis in my upper body. The callar bone and whole ribcage. Every one looked out for me and if I needed to have a door opened for me. The people were more than willing to help me. I could put down Everyones name of the the team members. Love and miss the team and Merry Christmas and Happy New year.

I think this target is OK. I prefer the one in Lowell better. I think the layout doesnt make much sense in this one and the place just always seems to be dirty. Overall, its still a Target and has most of the items you will be looking for.

This target has two entrances, so its easier to park close to a door. Lots of cash registers, but most of them are usually closed. The stock they list online isnt very accurate, and Ive had them cancel several orders that were placed for in-store pickup.

This location is a little further out from Boston, but I come here when I can’t find something at the Everett location. The man who is often at the self-checkout area is really nice and helpful, A+++ asset to this store.

One of the better Targets, but the selection of Womens clothing and shoes is atrocious. What few items I like, they rarely have in my size. Food Ave (not Starbucks) gets two thumbs up, however. Even though they seem to need more help in that area they always appear to do the best they can with what they have.

This is my favorite Target around. Its easy to get to off of 95, theres usually plenty of parking. Great deals with the Cartwheel app.

Just bought a TV from this place and it is CRAZY broken strait out of the box. Now I have to repack it, drive it back down there, and deal with customer service. What a joke.

Smaller store, but clean. Typical Target with a small grocery section including fresh food. Polite staff.

My son had an issue with card purchased.. Manager was ready to give him a New one without doubting him. Im greatful for my sons honesty and the managers understanding. The other employee that helped in the matter before the manager was so calm the entire time. I am glad I went here and will continue to.. Not easy to find a store that is this friendly in ANY situation!!

I love the Target/CVS Pharmacy in Woburn, MA the people there are lovely and sweet. The pharmacists ask about me and say hello to me every time Im there.ALSO the Target Optical place is amazing!!!! Targets optical doctor was kind enough to help me that day when I went to fill my prescription for my frames. He was helpful by telling us everything about my glasses, how much they were. Plus he told my mom and I about Targets special offer (50% off complete pair of RX glasses, with any $100 Target Optical purchase) which was cool and brought the price down for us by a lot.

Very convenient, prompt service and great customer service

The layout of this target is difficult to navigate and has a poor flow. The team members stocking items never acknowledge you, or ask to assist with finding anything. So while I wonder around up and down aisles like a moron trying find items on my list, they just keep with their robotic tasks. Also, the cashier had me bag my own stuff, which is not ok while Im entering my pin and processing my transaction - she literally just looked at me the whole time I was doing multiple tasks, one of which is her actual job as a cashier. Not cool considering the thousands of dollars I spent over the years as a loyal red card target customer. Time to reconsider my go-to store. SMH.

This is a great location (right off 128 and near 93) and has multiple restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Little difficult to location what you need upon entering, but once you have visited a few times to get a better idea of the lay out. I will probably visit the new Target location they will be opening in the Stoneham Redstone Shopping Plaza not often after it opens later on 2017

Three things* we went in for they either didnt have or what they had was priced too high. Also, more than 10% of shelves were empty. Not counting the areas under remodeling.Automotive and golf sections were tiny.I guess they are not Targeting me as a customer.* Action camera, pistachios, & foot spray.
