Was shopping for a new mattress and wanted an Adjustable bed frame. My first time at mattress firm. Stopped at the facility in Woburn. Sales rep David Ajemian was extremely attentive and listen to exactly what my needs were. I finally chose Serta pressure smart queen size mattress, And one of the more expensive queen size adjustable bases . I received discounts on all merchandise, and he even price matched delivery charge/set up/removal charges from another store which saved me even more money. I would recommend mattress firm to all my friends and actually Have them work with David. In the future, I will be back when again I need a new mattress instead of shopping around. This was such an easy process and a quite affordable purchase thanks for the help from David Ajemian.

They opened a credit card in my name without my consent. I went there in December, decided they were way too expensive (I got just as good a mattress at a local store for less than half the price). Then three months later, I get an email welcoming me to my new credit card, that I never asked for! The salesperson had said he could look up financing options, but I made it very clear I did not want a credit card.The email telling me the account was opened was the first communication from Mattress Firm since I went there three months ago. Why would it take three months to open a card? Something very shady happened!Avoid this company at all costs. If they cant get your money one way, they will try to take it another way!

Went in to purchase a mattress, because the one we purchased from their competitor never arrived. Randy was absolutely amazing and incredibly knowledgeable about every mattress in the store. He really worked to help us find something within our price range, but also suitable to our needs. I actually read the reviews after I got home and noticed someone commented Randy doesnt like foreigners. As we waited for my husband to arrive, Randy and I discussed my life in America and my origin. He had no issues with my background, because we walked out the store elated with the deals wed gotten and how great Randys attentiveness was.

Just need to say that the manager of this place Jeff Bell is the nicest, most down to earth, helpful and knowledgeable guy Ive ever had the pleasure of interacting with especially with such an important purchase. I worked with Jeff when I purchased and had to return my mattress. He spent ample time with me and figuring out which mattress would be best for my sleep routines.I appreciated all the time we spent working through different mattresses and pillows: all which helped my sleep experience.But I had to return my mattress because I am moving in with a significant other who is 62 and wouldnt fit on the full sized mattress I purchased.When I called a Jeff, he was sad but totally understanding. It was a 15 minute process and my mattress was picked up the next day (less than 24 hours).

Mattress shopping is not something I enjoy but this time was different.The store manager Jeffrey was very professional & knowledgeable. He didnt try to upsell us.. just listened to what we wanted and gave us the best options. Definitely recommend this location (Mishawum Woburn)

He explained the differences between all the mattresses and they have a color code theme to figure out the kind you want to focus on those types of mattresses . Jamie explained mattress firm would match any price advertised at another store plus give 10 percent off and many other incentives they offer . Couldnt go wrong, Thank you Jamie !

The store was clean. They were having a great sale on floor models. The salesperson, Randy, was very helpful. Delivery was quick, and the two men arrived on time (I actually got a phone call the day before and three calls the day of with delivery time). Batteries were dead in the two remotes they brought for the beds, but that really wasnt a big deal. Would shop here again.

After putting off replacing my mattress for too long, this past weekend I choose to look at my options and went to Mattress Firm of Woburn. I wasnt sure what to expect but i was pleasantly surprised by a relaxing clean environment, tho a bit overwhelmed by the number of mattresses set up. I was greeted by Jeff who took the time to ask me questions to narrow down which I should consider and answered any questions I had about the different options. Having little to no previous experiences with shopping mattresses Jeff made it a easy and relaxing process. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured even when other customers showed up did I feel like I was ignored, he spent time with each of us to discuss and answer our concerns. After finally choosing a mattress that suited my needs Jeff helped with check out and setting up the delivery. When I received the mattress a few days later with the red carpet delivery they actually rolled out a small red carpet, which was pleasantly entertaining detail. The movers had given me a time frame to expect them and had shown up promptly. They were careful when both removing the old mattress set and bringing in the new one, again a smooth quick process. Overall it was a pleasant process from start to finish for a task I expected to be more of a project, if anyone asks me where to go I would suggest to see Jeff at Mattress Firm in Woburn without hesitation.

The worst experience. Salesman accused us of being wrong about the deals they were offering, then found the ones we were talking about on the website. THEN he proceeded to give us attitude which pushed us to leave and go to Bobs.

David made the whole process easy and even called my husband that night to let him know the mattress could be delivered a week earlier then we originally thought. They called us the night before delivery with a two hour window (3-5pm). My original thought was they’d probably show up at 4:45 but sure enough shortly after three they said they were ten minutes away. The two delivery guys were efficient and set the bed up quickly. Thank you Mattress Firm, the delivery gentleman and David for making mattress shopping easier!

Went to grab a mattress. Got there around 6 on Sunday & the guy showed us 1 mattress didnt wanna show another one. Lost a Cash Sale. Was gonna pay in full. Oh well there are other Mattress Firms throughout MA.

I found a great mettresses at Jordan Forniture and the price is great for what I got, with 72X with no interest and people over there is awesome ...They lie to you way too much, like Ill give u the tax free and at end of the purchase the discourse never shows on the receive .NOT REFOMENDABLEmaybe other location because Woburn, the store manager is not good .
