Jackson was my sales associate and he couldnt have been more helpful or patient if he tried. From the friendly greeting to the thank you for the business, he was aces. The cabinets are assembled yourself, but well worth doing for the savings over any other place. Ill definitely be back and recommend this place

Went in their store and loved one of the cabinets they had. It was Beautiful! We left really convinced we would go home and talk about it and then go back and make the arrangements. I then checked their reviews. I have never seen a company with such terrible reviews. That ended that. Thank goodness I read the reviews. Will go elsewhere. Its a wonder they are still in business.

Don’t bother going here worse service ever especially John Lacey we paid for cabinets and he didn’t order them until a month later we received some of them to find out he didn’t even order the right stuff we asked for.. we asked for a roll out spice rack and received just regular cabinets with spice racks to install not the roll out one. We asked for roll out garbage we got a regular cabinets no garbage to install you call they say they will call back but they never do!! Customer service is no help worse experience DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY i wish i can’t give 00000 stars !!!

Cabinets are OK for the price and you get what you pay for....chips appearing on bottom of cabinet. Drawer glides are terrible quality. Customer service and ease of interaction over the years has decreased significantly. Been trying to get the free replacement for a month now! Big breakdown in communications between customer service and whoever fulfills the order. Customer service doesnt know why it isnt shipping and is only allowed email, not phone a manager! Not impressed.

I liked the 30% off New Years discount they gave us, but was less than impressed when the sales associate ordered the wrong cabinets, which we found out after picking up the cabinets and opening the packaging. We decided to keep the cabinets anyway and just return the pistons because we wouldnt be able to use them. When we called the Woburn location, we were told we wouldnt have to pay the 20% restocking fee because it was their mistake, but when I went in person to return the pistons, I was still obligated to pay the fee. To add insult to injury, the sales associate told me hed install the pistons on one of the display cabinets in the store, then it took Cabinets-To-Go two months and me making 3 phone calls to get my refund.

DO NOT PURCHASE CABINETS FROM THIS COMPANY.Their costumer service is just TERRIBLE and the quality of the product very POOR. You will get STUCK with a defective product! Careless!!!We purchased kitchen cabinets from them. 1 Cabinet door and one Drawer came defective. We purchased 3 months ago, still dont have the replacement parts, they (one of them being Brittany Jaske) are ignoring our calls and wont even respond to our emails, even though the cabinets came defective and do come with life time warranty. We cannot use the cabinet or the drawer. It is upsetting to purchase a brand new kitchen and not be able to use it. We are now considering legal action. During the kitchen design and purchasing process, they were not very professional and were not upfront about the what they did and didnt have for sizes.While it would be a terrible decision, if you decide to buy from them, MAKE SURE you are purchasing the correct sizes and cabinets, YOU WILL GET STUCK if you dont and parts will be missing!!!They are just unprofessional, full of BS and not worth the business.#cabinetstogo#cabinets@[email protected] yourself the stress and dont by from them!

Ordered simple pre-fab sink cabinet they showcase in front of store. Find out they keep NOTHING in stock location. Should have been first red flag for me. Told 2 weeks turn around and had to go get it in other location 30 minutes away. Ok, wife likes it, fine, paid for it and waited. 2 weeks go by, bathroom waiting for simple stock sink cabinet told being made in there factory. I call to follow up week and half later, delivery pushed out till end of following month! No phone call, no warning or reason. Just another 3 weeks. Canceled order got money back. Have no idea how there business turns a profit. Nothing in stock and months to get product. Never will do business with them again.

John and Kim helped my sister and Me all the time to finish our kitchen. Even though we had to wait for the cabinet to arrive they guided us through the whole process. I will recommend this place because the quality of the cabinet and the honest accompaniment.

Worst customer service. They will not call you back whatsoever. I ordered my cabinets on 11/2/2017. They told me that I would receive the cabinets the following week. I have been waiting until today (12/4/2017) and still havent received my completed order ( two cabinets are missing). They said I had to wait for few weeks and not sure when I will get the cabinets!!!The delivery service is horrible. They dont deliver the cabinets into your house, just outside the house. They charge you extra to carry them into your house. Also, they delivered on the date we didnt schedule. I would like to warn everyone that the cabinets they sell is a knock down cabinet so you have to put every pieces together by yourself. Make sure that you discuss that with your contractor before buying the cabinets from cabinets to go.

The Woburn store had no customer service policy. I sat in the store this morning for half hour before the guy Even acknowledged that I was in the store then I watched him not once but three times let the phone go to voice mail he had us and one other customer, it must have overwhelmed him, we have had nothing but a nightmare with this company. the installers were extremely slow, days are now weeks. on top of that they did not have everything they needed. Somehow we have a extra cabnet and they don’t take them back after they are put together which their installer opened. It’s a shame they have such bad customer service because the product is very nice I’m happy, just service stucks.

Not a very good experience at all. Purchased a small vanity in September and was told it would arrive in 2 weeks. Its been 2 months. Supposedly it is in their warehouse Tennessee - but cannot get to Massachusetts until Thanksgiving week. Poor customer service. Poor internal logistics. Extremely disappointed.

All I can say is this is the store to go if you want quick design help and delivery in affordable prices. I went to this store for my kitchen cabinetry and quartz countertop. Kim was our designer and she gave us valuable inputs which we didn’t know as first time home owners. I usually ask many questions as this is my first renovation experience and John & Kim have always been patient to answer everything. They were honest about quartz countertops that they are stain resistant but not stain proof. I liked a white quartz for our countertop but I was concerned about stains. John gladly let us to do some stain testing on their samples when I asked for, not sure how many stores would let you do it and those stains came off like a charm. We changed our countertop selection twice before having the template done and John & Kim were very helpful in doing that.We tried big box stores before going here and I was frustrated with how slow/unhelpful people were. I can’t appreciate John and Kim enough for their help in designing and selecting the right cabinet / countertop matching our wants. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone without thinking.About the cabinet delivery, I am happy with how they were delivered around the promised time. About the product quality, they look sturdy and modern. The design, quality, and price make these cabinets a fantastic purchase.I am yet to receive the quartz counter top, can’t speak of it now.

WOBURN STORE VERY UNORGANIZED. THEY NEVER GET BACK TO YOU WHEN YOU CALL THEM. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER. GAVE THEM THE CORRECT MEASUREMENT HIRE ONE OF THERE GUYS TO INSTALL, GAVE ME DIFFERENT MEASUREMENTS AND THEN BLAME ME FOR THEM GIVING ME THE WRONG CABINETS. THIS WAS BACK IN AUGUST ITS NOW JANUARY 2017 AND STILL HAVE AN UNFINISHED KITCHEN, HAVENT RECEIVED MY CREDIT BECAUSE I RETURNED 2 CABINETS THEY MESSED UP ON. AND THE MANAGER NAMED JOHN HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. HE TRIED TO TELL ME IT WAS MY FAULT FOR THE MEASUREMENTS .(*REALLYYYY) WORST MANAGER EVER. THEN JOHN SAID SHE PAID FOR AND SIGNED FOR IT. WHY DID I PAY IF THEY WERENT THE CORRECT ONES. HELLLOOOOOO YOUR SUBCONTRACTOR THAT HAS BEEN WORKING THERE FOR YEARS MADE THE MEASUREMENTS SO I WAS CONFIDENT THEY READ OFF THE DESIGN HE SENT THEM. AND SECOND OF ALL I HAD TO PAY FOR THE PRODUCT BEFORE LEAVING THE WAREHOUSE. SO AGAIN HOW WAS I NOT GOING TO PAY FOR IT. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.

Thank you store manager Nate Junkins for perfect help throughout the big project! Planning and design was very professional and clever.Delivery was perfect.when we needed additional part, delivery was prompt and complete .Quality of product is very good!Forget IKEA!
