I would give them a less rating if possible. Im So glad, that Boston Housing Authority is getting rid of this laundry company. There washer and dryer would stay out of order, for weeks. They did not fix there washer and dryer, unless I would call them, and threatened to call the mayors office.

If youre looking for machines for your buildings, Id suggest you check other options.Ive contacted them at least 4 times over the last 1 1/2 years to fix the screens in our dryers. Theres been a hole the size of 2 quarters side-by-side for over a year in one of them. Last time they came in, I noticed it was moved to another machine. Or someone did it. Either way, they havent fixed it. I live in an old wood factory, converted to a location for the elderly and disabled, so Im worried the lint getting through the screens could eventually cause a fire. They dont care. One of the six machines is usually broken, so I call a lot, Youd think theyd fix that screen while they were here.
