I called for several estimates. Everyone at window world was great. Ferris and his dog coco were wonderful! No pressure, explained everything to me. The service people that called were polite, didn’t rush me off the phone and were extremely flexible. The tech. that came out to measure explain the next steps to me. Mike was great making my install appointment. The windows came in just at 6 weeks as promised! The install team were amazing. I really love the quality of my new windows so much that now I’m regretting not doing my upstairs windows. The price and quality are unbeatable and they are made in the USA!

I can’t emphasize enough what a great experience I had using window world. From the very beginning with the sales process everything was smooth and when my windows were installed today, it was phenomenal. My kitchen window area had warping and issues with the “wood” around it that needed to be replaced and it looks absolutely perfect now (and with real wood not whatever had been put there before that basically disintegrated). My apartment is also entirely spotless, you’d never know any work had been done today. I cannot recommend window world highly enough, especially compared to some other companies that gave me absolutely outrageous quotes.

After getting some estimates on our window replacement project, we selected Window World due to their price, low-pressure sales consultation, and the quality of the materials used in their windows. We had our windows installed in mid-July 2021 and could not be happier with the end result.The installation team was efficient, courteous, and unobtrusive. One of the crew detected a slight imperfection with one pane that was being installed. Before the project was complete, he had a replacement pane on order and quickly replaced the first pane as soon as the replacement arrived. They proactively corrected the situation and set clear expectations on when the new pane would be available.All in all, were very satisfied with the entire project and would urge others to consider Window World when looking to replace their home windows!

Window world replaced very large old garden window in my kitchen. The sales person was great. listened to me and explained the product thoroughly. To make sure the windows were perfectly sized the windows were remeasured again before ordering to make sure the fit was perfect. the installation team arrived measured again tarped my kitchen ripped out the old windows and trim. Reshingled and insulated on the outside and installed everything in about three hours. They took pictures as they went to show me the insulation before they closed up. When they left my windows were perfect and beautiful and the kitchen was cleaner. All professional employees so nice What a great experience. Will definitely use Window World again.

After getting quotes from many window companies over the years while planning a replacement of a bow window we decided to go with window world because of two big reasons. 1.) their no pressure approach to sales and 2.) their competitive window pricing. I received two quotes from them over a 18 month period and our sales person was transparent over price changes between the first and second quote and never once did they push the shady “sign up today and your price will be this but once I step out of your house the price goes up to this.” One set price, no pressuring phone calls. I only wanted to install skylight window in the living room and had a few companies coming out to give an estimate, but Jim (the sales manager from WWB ) was really impressive and explained all the pros and cons. I have had Window Worlds windows, front door and Sliding door replacement for several years. I am very happy with cost and product. Initially I had several estimates for the job. I found their representative who came to my home, very professional and HONEST!! My front doors weather stripping showed wearing. Window World sent a technician out and inspected my door. They replaced weather guard and also door hinges. I pointed out my slider screen. Wear and tear formed a weakening area. The technician replaced screen on site. All work under warranty…. I would have given 5 stars but there were some minor issues with production of one window at the factory that resulted in it needing to be installed about a month later. My mothers overall experience was great. From the start of the process the person who came out to see the job explained everything, there were no surprises. Everything was laid out. The guys who came to do the install were early to the job, placed drop cloths, and cleaned up everything and removed all debris. They left the work area cleaner than when they found it.

They all were very good. David in sales was very straight forward and helpful. I requested David and Quintin for installation. Quintin and his assistant were efficient, neat and quick. 10 big awning windows in one day. Window World scheduled my windows and my neighbors windows on the same day, warning me they might not get the first job finished in time. This was not planned but completed both jobs at the same time due to some installation issues with the slider of my neighbors. Bottom line is I was charged $2,000.00 for 3 small basic windows? Overcharged for 2 service charges etc… for 1 job.

I visited WW in Woburn MA for the purpose of replacing five old basement windows that were original to the house and not insulated and replace a door/frame that were rotted. I waited two months for install but it was well worth it. The quality of the product was much better than what is available from other window companies or contractors. The contractors who installed them were professional and did an awesome job. The windows and door look like they have always been in place. They cleaned up and removed all debris. I highly recommend WW.

Window World installed a new roof on a large two family house. They were able to offer a colored shingle that match my window trim which was Hunter Green. Along with installing the roof, they repaired some damages found under the old shingles. Also did a facia board replacement that was perfect and added a new pipe vent connecting to my bathroom.I definitely recommend Window World to everyone because they use materials that are specifically higher standard than the normal quality found in big box suppliers. They used genuine quality products that are thicker and stronger than anything I have seen. As an example they laid neoprene covering instead of tar paper under the shingle. Neoprene is the same material used in scuba suit, they made to last and also to waterproof.There are numerous things they do that are much better than anyone else but the deal clincher for me is the the lifetime warranty on the roof, the roof is builded to Florida codes which can withstand 130mph wind and 2” hail. All of this at an affordable price.

We were also called earlier than expected and could have moved up the installation date, however We had to keep the original date! Everyone was professional and courteous. The windows look and function great. We were very happy that they sent a team of installers to prepare the area’s with tarps for easy cleanup. They vacuumed up after and cleaned all 23 of the windows. They also walked us through the operation and functions of the windows! We were very impressed and happy we went with Window World. Replaced my roof in one day! Very efficient but extra shingles are still my my driveway after one week. I asked when they could remove them because needed my driveway for the weekend and they never came. They are too heavy for me to move.

The actual installers were great and the finished product is OK but it took over 6 months to complete the installation. The initial order was made in August, delayed until Nov due to factory issues delayed again when 2 of four windows had to get sent back because the initial measurements were wrong and the installers fortunately caught the error before ripping out my old windows. At no point did the company reach out to me to make amends and the job only would move forward when I called to complain. Their customer service is horrible, they DO NOT VALUE OR RESPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS and flat out do NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN THEIR BUSINESS. Take your money elsewhere. Its not like there arent a hundred other places that do the same thing at comparable or better prices. I gave them a chance and they blew it so learn from my mistake. Again, installation crew: great guys that did a good job. Company itself: flaming dumpster fire of disrespect and customer contempt. Total waste of time.EDIT: The BS reply about disclosing schedule at time or order is risible and does nothing to address the issue that *I WAS THE ONE WHO HAD TO CONTACT YOUR COMPANY* to move the project forward. There was no proactive engagement with the customer that dropped $3K on your windows. Dont equivocate. Dont justify your horrible operations. Fire your substandard admin staff and start respecting your customers. If you dont like bad reviews, DONT ASK FOR THEM AFTER BUNGLING A SIMPLE JOB.

Great Job! The team installed 18 windows in one day and cleaned up on the inside and outside. The install team was very professional and in the end all tge windows look great. I was very impressed with the finished product.

The sales representative was polite and professional. What I don’t understand is they advertise siding for $189 a month and a full house of windows for $4,500. Well my estimate for vinyl siding came to $31,000 and my estimate for windows was about $7,500. I called Window World to ask about the mail advertising. They advised me to call my representative that visited me. I asked for him to give me call . Haven’t heard from him so I moved on to another company that offered me the same job for $11,000 less for vinyl siding. Window estimate was also lower with Anderson windows. So I would like to hear why the advertise a different price, that is lower than the estimate. My opinion, looks like a bait and switch.

Ten windows, two days. Included fixing a water damaged sill, 2 hard to reach basement windows and putting all new siding trim all around the outside. Looks beautiful. They were quick, efficient and cleaned after each window was installed. My husband is a painter and he cringed when they removed all the inside trim. He told me about all the work he’d have to do caulking and filling holes once they left... he was shocked they did all that as well. Would recommend them for their beautiful windows and fantastic work crew. $6,700 all together for that and putting a UV protectant on the windows. I have plants in my windows and they’d start dying when winter rolled around because of the extreme cold permeating through the windows... not anymore! Just have to wait for summer to see the benefits of the UV protection.

We had 42 windows installed and 42 window trims wrapped by Window World. 40 windows were done in 6 days with the rest another day (had to wait for correct size windows to arrive). We were happy with the work and impressed by WWs responsiveness and professionalism. As to be expected with a job of this size, we had a few issues and the staff was very responsive in addressing and resolving them, in particular, Renee Peabody. Initially we had some inexperienced installers on the job and after talking to Jeff Steele, who was in charge of the job, an experienced team led by Luciano took over and finished the job in a professional, timely manner. We would use Window World again.

The beginning search for a contractor to get estimates went as things usually go – some people never showed up, some estimates were ridiculously high and some were low, but we didn’t like the look of their vinyl siding. Our last estimate came from Ron of Window World. He was upfront with us about the cost and really saw the house through our eyes with the same ideas and helpful suggestions – with no pressure. We were told 6-8 weeks for our windows to be in .it took 17 1/2 weeks . We had 1 slider and 17 windows put in and 8 of the windows were off centered anywhere from 1/4” on 1 side and up to 1 1/2” on the other side. 1 window was put in with a dent in it . Another window was put in and didn’t tell us the entire frame was rotted and just stuck the window in there . We think for the money we paid that was not professional at all .it’s now been a month later and no one is getting back with us as we want to be compensated. They should come out and see this unprofessional work . I would not recommend windows world

Everyone was so professional, kind and knowledgeable. I love my new windows and they look great.

Had to wait for over a month for the installation and one if the doors was the wrong size so I had to wait another month for the correct door to be installed and when it was installed there was a big gap on the lower side of the door letting cold air in. Noe they have to send someone out to fix it. On the positive side the workers were very friendly and the person at Window World addresses my problem in a timely way and also was friendly.
