For a small shop, he had a good amount of inventory, and for whatever he doesn’t have, he has a solution for it. Fantastic shop. Lots of stock of firearms as well as accessories. Spare mags, Magpul stuff, Optics, all there and priced fairly. Owner is super friendly and knowledgeable. I much prefer this store to the other one in the area.

Its a compact store but the customer service is excellent. The owner is fantastic. Prices are always reasonable. Absolutely no price gouging for ammo like many of the other shops around. It took 2.5 hours to buy a gun -- far too long, with no place to sit down. The owner spends a lot of time talking about himself and waited on customers who came in after us. He also was insulting to my partner who was simply asking questions. Never again!

In my brief phone conversation in which I asked a reasonable question about a transfer, I received a response informing about something I already knew and in mid sentence (my mid sentence) they said have a good day and hung up the phone. I wouldnt necessarily say that they were eager to help. This review isnt mean to be slanderous, because they could be a great shop, unfortunately, they didnt give me the opportunity to find out.

Ive been to many gun shops, and by far Chris at Precision Point Firearms is knowledgeable, personable, understands the people that come into his store from beginner to expert and enjoyed my experiences there. I bought a used firearm from him and absolutely loved it, and he also did a trigger job on one of my other pistols, which I was thinking of getting rid of until he did the upgrade trigger. Now it is super accurate because Im no longer forcing the trigger. Chris seems to be very passionate knowledgeable and driven about being in the firearm industry. I will continue to do business with Chris!!!

I was looking for a particular rifle, and could only find a few online stores that offered it. The best price I found was around $950 and it was listed as a special order item. I called Chris at Precision Point, gave him the info, and asked if hed receive the gun and transfer it. He told me that he wanted to make a phone call first, and hed get right back to me.He called me back soon after, and said he had just talked to the manufacturer. He got a better price than I could find anywhere, and said the rifle should be in within a couple weeks because he had reserved one from their next production run.When the rifle shipped from the manufacturer, Chris called me to give me an update. Hes great about returning calls and answering questions. This is a guy who has built his business on providing the same level of customer service to everyone, no matter how much money youre spending in his shop.When the rifle came in, the sale and transfer process was smooth. Chris even offered to stay a few minutes late as I was coming from work and hit rush hour traffic.All in all, I cant say enough good things about this business. Ive bought two guns from Chris and recommend him to everyone.

First time visiting. Blown away by tremendous pricing on some HARD TO FIND ammo (5.56 and .44 Mag.) and accessories ( Mini 14 Mags). Save your time and money hes too busy for a customer that was willing to wait. I was hoping to purchase some ammo and a fire arm but the guy likes to talk down to people for sure. Has a total attitude problem. Definitely the type A personality that you see in bad viral videos.I thought i would give it a shot bc it seemed to have good reviews and reading through the bad ones i felt there maybe was a misunderstanding. But definitely came across as high and mighty. So i did what anyone else would do and took my business elsewhere.

Was looking for a P30L for a long time and spotted this shop in instagram- left the comments for question under the picture and got prompt and accurate response. I drove up there the next day morning to check the firearm and was the first customer in the shop that day. Chris is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and his pricing is surprisingly competitive. And this is also the first shop I heard can do transfer with 20 bucks cash. While I was waiting for my background check, there were a couple of customers showed up, either picking up the firearms or getting the ammo/accessories and I saw everyone left with a smiling face. This is an excellent place! Sure I will be visiting and doing business with Chris again despite the distance!

My co workers and i took our class with Johnny a couple years ago, he was very thorough with the laws, rules, and regulations, took the time to answer any and all questions until the class as a whole understood. Once everyone was on the same page he aloud us to handle the firearms and show us how to operate them safely. This was a great coarse to take as johnny has a great sense of humor and kept us all intrigued. I just recently had a few questions for him and he had no problem taking the time out of his schedule to help me out. Highly recommended!!

Precision Point was a great experience and Im glad I came here for my firearms safety training. John was organized and made the entire training experience an engaging and highly informative. He made sure we were well prepared for our application process and was very clear and concise when explaining the laws in Mass. I was under the general impression from my peers that gun safety courses are taught by dinosaurs and that its dry and boring. Take that entire opinion and flip it around to get Johns class. I feel completely prepared to apply for my LTC A and will definitely be coming to him for guidance and to purchase my first firearm ( and many other future ones to come).

Had a gun transferred through Precision . They called me right away when it arrived and held it until i was able to go down and get it . Noticed they had quite a few quality guns and would reccomend stopping by the shop .

Chris is a really friendly and knowledgeable owner. Great prices and selection on both new and used firearms. Also stocks a fair amount of ammo, knives, and basic accessories.

Just had the worst experience buying a frame. His voicemail said he was away & the shop wasnt open. I left a voicemail. He called me later that day. I said are you open? He said yeah im here. Oh, well your voicemail says your away and the shop was closed. He hadnt updated it yet. OK. No big deal. I went to his shop to get my frame. Then the price to do the transfer was $40.00 cash. Or $45.00 with a credit card. Thats really expensive. The guy I normally use only charges me $20.00. I decided to try precision out cause he was closer to me than my usual guy. Now here comes the part that really pissed me off. He dropped my frame on the floor right in front of me. I said, really? with an upset tone. He looked up at me with a pissed off look and horrible tone. Itll be fine! This guy was a real jerk. Didnt apologize. Zero customer service or consideration. I wont be going back there. How would you feel if someone dropped your gun in front of you? It wasnt intentional. But at least apologize!!!

Precision Point is a fairly small shop, but whats in store makes up for the size. It has a great variety of items and firearms. Even better whatever is not in store Chris MIGHT be able to order for you, and even has pre-order-esk type of deals. Great customer service, I got a good deal on my first 9mm firearm made the process easy.

Called them about doing an FFL transfer for a bolt-action rifle and said I have a Mass FID. Right away the guy said he didnt think he could do it because I have an FID, not an LTC.But FID allows purchase of any low-capacity rifle and Mass Chapter 140, section 121 explicitly says all bolt-action rifles qualify as low-capacity.The rep then said that, for example, he couldnt sell me a Ruger 22, which is semi-auto, so clearly falls under a different category than bolt-action.Everyone understands the shop cant sell rifles to people that dont have the proper license but in this case, Mass FID + bolt-action rifle, thats not the case.Gladly and willingly paid a higher FFL transfer fee to Four Seasons and got my FFL transfer with no problem and very competent, knowledgeable, professional service.I dont think Id try Precision Point Firearms again for anything.

This place is hard to find but the customer service is great. Its a small and limited shop, but they do carry some rare and unusual ammo sometimes! I called every other place to see if they sell 8mm Mauser ammo and this was the only place I see have it in stock.

I Have been dealing with this shop for a few months now and have had them sell some firearms for me. Chris has been awesome and my firearms have sold quick and have paid a resonable consignment fee. The best fee i have found.I recommend Precion Point for all your firearms needs!!!

Chris has all the HK models that are Mass Compliant, USP, HK45, P2000, P30 and VP9s. If he can get it, he will. If you’re looking for an Heckler & Koch I would recommend trying here.I have had him order a few things that he wouldn’t stock due to low demand and it was easy enough. Who’s looking to get a Ruger 77 in 357 Mag just by chance.His used prices are the best I’ve seen around, especially for preban firearms when he has them.He’s a 1 man shop so you might swing by and find out he closed for a day to enjoy a weekend or stepped out for lunch. He’s open Monday through Saturday so I can never find fault in someone looking to take some time off.
