Great cheeseburger & fries 🍟 😋First time here and hopes werent the highest with some of these reviews, seems as though the grouches arent being fair here. I got fast service & everything was as it should be. Fair prices & portions from friendly staff (all while pretty busy I might add). Glad I came down & got one of the best cheeseburgers Ive had in a while. By the way they are definitely OPEN on Sunday afternoons..
Hate to admit: we consistently get WUburger to-go every other wk. and we’re not mad about it.Hubs always gets double burg & sometimes a chicken or single to go along w that!Some wks I only get fries (AMAZING place for a Fry fix IMO).Also tried the single burg, chicken & veg/vegan option - all hit the spot.We’ve ordered my MIL a vanilla shake & it took her awhile to finish (so big)- she loved it.
Great spot to stop in, lady at the counter was unbelievable kind. Burger and fries where hot and fresh. Will definitely be back to try the spicy chicken sandwich

The hot dog here was both meaty and creamy and reminded me of younger days with my father. I cried deeply, it was delicious. Try the ice cream!
Very solid burgers, curly fries were ok. Frappes were good but huge, wish they sold smaller and cheaper sizes

All I can think about, especially when you see their slogan is welcome to Wuburger home of the Wuburger can I take your order. Which is ironic because their sauce is also amazing.
We had one single and one double WU burger on a potato bun with one order of waffle fries. While the potato bun makes the burger look smaller than one without a potato bun, the burgers are still on the smaller side. The lettuce and tomatoes were fresh and the burgers were delicious. We also had a strawberry milkshake which tasted really good. Overall we recommend this place, but we find the burgers to be a little overpriced considering how small they are.
Literally the best burger place Ive been to. Top-tier service for delivery, pickup, and eat-in. Somewhat of a limited menu, but they make up for it with how good it is. My recommendation is a double WUBurger with bacon and crispy onions, accompanied by a coffee milkshake.
The cashier was polite and prompt, but the kitchen staff were more interested in socializing with their friend group outside at a table and checking their phones. At one point my order was put up on the ready rack and the kid in charge of taking it from there to the front counter pulled out his phone instead of looking at his job.
I’m so done with this place. I can’t seem to ever get an order correct. By the time I get home we are regularly missing something the or it’s not done correctly or mixed up.Today I’m there ordering just a couple orders of fries, a shake, and a kid ice cream. They give me the wrong ice cream and the shake is basically 100% milk. Understand if the cashier had anything else to do but I was the only person there at the time.I bring it to the attention of the cashier and she says sorry and then starts waiting on the line at the window. Now I’ve got a wait for 5 -7 people to order before my items are remade and my fries get coldtold them to just keep my money and left with my french fries.Keep the $10 and your $2 tip. I don’t need the aggravation.
Not a huge fan of the wu sauce as I was a little too onion heavy for me but the chili dog and the burger itself was great. Waffle fries cooked perfectly and the staff was lovely.
The grilled to perfection smash burger style is here and proud at WuBurger, and its as delicious as you would expect it to be. I recommend a double because a single will leave you wanting another! Also try the chicken sandwich and the ice cream if you have the room.

Went here to grab a burger early Sunday afternoon after checking their google listing to confirm they were open.... Sure enough, they are listed as open, so I drive the 15+ minutes from saugus only to find them closed. Really ? You couldnt have taken the 30 seconds to update your hours on your Google listing??
Literally 2 out of 3 times Ive got food from this place we have got back home (20 min long drive) only to realize they made our order wrong. They werent even remotely large or complicated orders either. Needless to say this was the last time we will be ordering anything from this place.
Food was subpar. Burgers werent marked so my vegan nephew accidentally ate a hamburger. Staff was less than attentive. Stood around for about 5 minutes wanting to get ice cream while the lady kept talking on her phone. Then after she took the order she put gloves on and grabbed her phone while getting our order. Very unprofessional. Wont be going back here again if were in the area.
Good service at the counter. The hamburgers arent bad, but they are a bit salty. Similar food to what you would get at Johnny Rockets, but local. The bad part about the space is the cleanliness. The floor in the main seating area needs a lot of attention. If they cant keep the main area clean, I question the rest of the location.

Very few East Coast restaurants have mastered this smash-burger, pressed so thin that most of it is a rich crust. Wu-sauce only boosts that. Waffle fries great. Tanner Pride is super-seasoned roast beef swch. Near the MA North Shore, you gotta be great at roast beef. Bring apple or slaw to deflect heartburn, or order salad. Long line but worth the wait. We had the coconut and the honey almond. Both were delicious, but the honey almond a bit too sweet. We suggest going there.
Never buy a salad from wuburger. 8$ for a small salad. Never again SMH Dont order a salad from WuBurger!!!!!! Rip off.

Except for the stark 50s decor, everything else about this place was excellent.The signature Wu-Buger, offered on either a potato or sesame seed roll was outstanding. Fresh beef, cooked through to the magic temperature of 165°F, fresh tomatoes and cheese were consistent, still a bit juicy and delicious. They come in one, two or three Patty versions.if there are others who dont like burgers, there are several other selections each promising to be just as good. Finally you can top it all off with ice cream from Richardsons Dairy in Middleton.Put Wu-Burger on your short list.
I have tried many fast food burgers and this is one of the best! Im used to Five Guys and Shake Shack and the Wu-Burger might be my number one at the moment. The Wu-sauce is excellent and the rolls are super soft. I will definitely be back!
This spot is worth a visit. They have big portions for convenient prices. Constantly clean and with great ambience. Will come back again.

It is a nice, clean, welcoming place. I was impressed with how efficient and easy it was to take my order with all the substitutes etc. I love that there are gluten free buns and I appreciate the focus on quality, local food. It is the reason we went there and we will be back. Oh, all the waffle fries are delicious!
I was in here on Saturday afternoon around 3:15 till after 3:43. I ordered a Strawberry shake which i get atleast 1-2 times a week. But today i was 2nd in line when i ordered. After about 12 minutes i ask if mine was read & she tells me she has to take these orders 1st. I was like ok she busy. Then the guy that was 3 customers behind me & ordered a Chocolate shake got his before mine so i asked again, she said no, but im the next one she makes, ok i wait another 5 minutes and still nothing. Then after almost 30 minutes i finally get my Strawberry shake Extra thick which is over $8. & its half full. ARE YOU SERIOUS. When i ask her if its extra thick she tells me that the ice cream is soft, so that how it comes. Remember i come here atleast 2x a week for the same thing. And to top it off its half full. Wow need a new shake place

I pass by this place everyday on the way to work and back. Finally got to try it today. Delicious burger! Been looking for a burger joint other than the chain ones, and Ive finally found it. Also ordered a couple of shakes and ice cream. All delicious! Friendly service to boot! Thank you.
Dropped in for a late lunch after travelling for business all day. Service was fast, food was delicious. I ordered double cheeseburger and regular fries. I also picked up a cookie, which was nice and soft. If you want something quick and tasty, go to Wu burger.

Came for lunch at 1:30 Saturday and the window service was pretty awful. The young man warned us it would be 25 minutes for food - we said ok and prepared to place an order. We stood by and he just kept futzing with the computer and talking with the cooks in the back. We could see a LOT of takeout orders waiting for pickup. Maybe they got swamped with online orders?The someone came to pickup an order and he want to help them first. That would have been fine if it was a quick transaction but then they couldn’t find the guys order in the computer. Minutes passed and no help still and this dude is still tryin to find the guys order. Maybe get someone to help run the front?So lame. We drove to Chik Fil A instead.

Love the burgers, one of the best around. The place isnt fancy but goes a good burger, my girlfriend has gotten the veggie burger and she has said its also one of the best shes had. They put a wrap on the ice cream cooler so you cant see the flavors, and they seem to be out of the peanut butter sauce each time Ive ordered it, but still worth checking out.

Had a WU burger and a regular hot dog. Both were very, very good. Burger came with lettuce and two well sliced tomatoes. Also had a raspberry lime Rickey and a chocolate frappe. Those were very tasty. Restaurant was clean and parking was easy in and out. Highly recommend for a quick bite to eat and some ice cream.
LOVE. Similar to Five Guys but I dont feel as disgusting when I leave. Diner feel, great fresh burgers, local ingredients. Plus great milkshakes. This place has never been too busy when I go so I always get my food pretty fast. Great hangout spot.
Service was kinda awkward but the burgers and fries totally make up for it. Its a great place with delicious food. And if youre wondering, the WUsauce is like this really good zesty oniony mayo sauce that goes perfectly with the burger. I really reccomend this place.
Honestly have never had such a yummy fried chicken sandwich before from a fast food joint. It was crispy and not super greasy and was really awesome. (I had the south end sandwich). Waffle fries were really nice too. Service was fast and the diner was clean and comfy. Great experience!

No exaggeration, this place has my favourite smash burger of all time. They use Martins potato rolls for the burgers which are some of the best (you can get a sesame bun as well). The burgers are always piping hot and the toppings seem very fresh. I havent tried any of the veggie or chicken sandwiches, as I cant pass up the burgers. The waffle fries are nicely cooked, fluffy on the inside and nice and crispy and seasoned on the outside. They also have an ice cream counter for dessert. Definitely give this place a try!
