This particular Jewel store is always clean and stock well. Their produce is always fresh looking and stocked well. So appealing. Very friendly staff and courteous!

Its a big store so they have almost anything you need. The customer service has always been very good. I wish it was closer I would shop there more often

Great location.Plenty of packing. Very accessible off the main streets. Near each entrance they offer handicap and online order dedicated spaces that provide a nice service.The selection is amazing and prices are average.Love coming here.

I have heard its the biggest Jewel store in the area.I can buy lots of gluten free foods there. And they have Graters ice cream. And they also have hydroponic tomatoes from Rochelle Illinois, they are great and priced the same as regular from Mexico.

Its OK for a quick run. Feels confining and old, some staff friendly, others dont know you are thereUPDATE!!Had to make a quick run for a cake last night and WOW!! SURPRISE!! The store I being remodeled and its looking GREAT! Organized and open plan with new plank flooring. Also had assistance from a super nice employee in produce. WAY TO GO JEWEL!!!

I forcefully go there because it is very close to my house. I dont have any issues with the store itself, but I dont like the staff not being friendly. You can definetily feel they dont great certain race people, you will feel it next time you shop there. I dont know why but hopefully this attitude changes because it shows your own character.

The people were very helpful,easy parking! As most people know Jewel is a little bit pricier than other stores. With that being said, their fruit and vegetables are top of the line

Its Jewel folks. Prices on certain items were ridiculously high. When I can get the same items at a different national chain for less even when not on sale and their extent of selections are just a little bit smaller than else where, they are st the bottom end of the store list when choosing where to shop. They arent at the bottom, but there are at least 3 that are higher up on the list. It should be noted that the staff has always been friendly, polite and courteous. Always very nice and helpful when assisting with any questions that I had.

It’s a Jewel. There really isn’t a distinguishing feature that sets this location apart from the rest. I will say, though, that their liquor appear to be more expensive than that of any competitor. I just bought some Mike’s Hard Lemonade at $18.99 for a 12 pack...rather expensive for a simple Jewel store. The one thing that I love about Jewel in general is that their bakery still sells the Heineman’s (sic?) Pistachio Cake. It was a little off its game the last time I bought one (about three weeks ago), but they are to die for if you get the right buttery tasting cake...yummy.

I went into my local Jewel yesterday between 7-8PM, I went to the Deli counter and the lady had a really bad attitude, she looked at me and never asked if I needed assistance, I just stood there thinking maybe shes completing a task, she finally came over, she asked if I was ready I told her yes Im waiting on you. I asked for 1/2 pound of buffalo chicken breast, she finally found it in the meat cooler and it was the very, very bottom of the chicken breast. I asked if she could open a new one for me she said No, this is what you can get, I said really she said yes. I did not purchase from the Deli, I have never had such a bad experience like that at my local Jewel. I normally shop at the Wooddale Jewel for Deli products, I guess I will travel a lil bit further to Marianos now for my Deli products. I was standing thinking how many other customer have experienced this type of service today. I was not going to leave a review but how does thing get better if we keep silent, I pray she has a better day today.

This is not my home Jewel but its in my way home so I do stop here. The store is always clean. Ive had less than positive experiences with the pickup and go though. The person selecting produce sucks, quite frankly and should be ashamed of the half rotten produce that they put in my order on more than one occasion. I stopped ordering online here because of that but otherwise its great and super convenient.

This is a big store and a great selection. My normal store is in Addison but I was in the area. I like how Jewel has that home town feel.

Worst grocery store ever! Produce not rotated. Managers walk around like they are something special and are generally rude. Products constantly out of place and/or miss priced/labeled. The grocery department looks like it is run by a child. They never have anyone old enough to scan alcohol. I am staggered that this place has any good reviews at all. I dont know whom is responsible for the managers here, and they need to rethink everyone position at this place. Get your sh*t together! Gather it all in one place, put it in a backpack and take care it! Just get it together!Edit: the only positive thing I can say is that 90% of the cashiers are pleasant and nice.

Shelves were stocked neatly and with plenty of sale items!

Very nice jewl to shop at. Has a larger deli and meat section love going there. The only down side is that their Hot wheels inventory is always low compared to the rest. Wish they stocked up more on those.

Thats only one of the nicer Jewel and Oscos that I have been in. Its always very clean at this location. And they seem to always have what I cant find at other locations. The staff is always extremely polite and professional when it comes to the customers needs.

Never had a bad experience with Jewel. Seafood is my favorite and they have very good fish. Pescatarian now, but when I did eat meats, theirs was my choice. Always pleasant employees. I like the community feel and Im from Indiana. Im a trucker and stop by Jewels weekly, when in the area. I appreciate being permitted to park near dock, shop and go.

This jewel discriminates against applicants, Angela the hiring manager discriminates against honest people and hires liars. I would not apply at this jewel ever again, not until the old power hungry hag is put into a nursing home. Truth hurts dont it.

Good Jewel usually has what your looking for. Sometimes the produce isnt as fresh as other Jewels but they try. Nice because its close.

Good store, clean and well stocked but most of the employees are distant, cold and rude. You can tell they absolutely hate their job- so much, that it seems painful to try to keep them there. You try to skip the painful experience with the cashier and you pick self service but God Forbid! you have a problem there and ask for help- 99% of the time you will get an attitude and a little bit of sarcasm (I had a bag with grilled chicken and didnt know how to scan it, by the pound or what and the person that helped treated me like I was a 2 years old! At 10am! She had a crabby attitude!). Too bad.

I was asked to wait 2 minutes while they filled a prescription. I sat down. During this time instead of filling my prescription, 4 people chose to answer phones, direct people in the store, answer questions for other people while I sat there for twenty minutes. I was first and should have been taken care of first. Extremely poor service. I walked out without my medicine because I had things to do.

Good location and size. Better than most Jewels Ive been into. All the premade food is great and fresh. Have to come early or late otherwise its fairly crowded.

Always clean and ordily. They normally have good sales but things seem to be a bit higher in price than other grocery stores like Franks Fresh Market or Caputos.

This jewel is so close to my house so I have to continue to shop there for the convenience- but it never fails that I see so many items expired and sometimes even moldy... I never see this at any other stores besides Jewel. It’s disgusting and annoying for the shopper to have to check dates on every single thing I buy from here!!!!!

I mean its jewel. Its cheap, it gets the job done. Get liquor here, packaged goods, veggies. The lines are long. Maybe not your Valentines day steaks.

There meat is too expensive and steaks are so fatty, I bought filet magnon. I COULD NOT CUT THROUGH IT, DIS LIKE JEWEL, CLOSE DOWN, OPEN MARRIANOS

The Jewel app suddenly is not compatible with my phone so I cant take advantage of the savings need to go back to paper coupons

I dont usually bother to leave reviews but the cashier at the self checkout was uncommonly rude.

Employees are rude and just not friendly at all, I doubt they even teach these people customer service when theyre hired. I myself work as a customer service representative at another grocery chain and wouldnt dare treat people as these workers do. The only reason I give this place 2 stars instead of 1 is because I actually like to shop here regardless of their attitude, just a necessary evil I have to deal with when going here I suppose.

What to give a huge Shout Out to The Mgr Mike and Lilly for getting my kids and myself V8s back that are discontinued. And now I have to special order. And just found out today that my Natures Bounty Womens multivitamin are gone. Been going to this Jewel for 25years. And everything I go there is gone. Wow. Now after 25yrs have to go somewhere else. Great job Jewel by getting r of things I go there for. Your new ways are not helping people whom have been coming there for over 25yrs.

Every employee that I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. From the lady at the deli to the guy in the meat department to the cashier. All of the produce was fresh and there was plenty of it! This isnt my usual Jewel but Im glad that I stopped.

Clean store, both doors are open such a relief to have more than 1 exit and entrance, great sales this weekend.

Not very well laid out and stuff in 3 different places. Took me forever to find a couple of things. Prices are not competitive to other stores. The atmosphere was nice but prices and ease of finding things are paramount in comparison.

Grown up here and know many people at Jewel, some work there, many Ive known through the years. Even caught up with a few people not seen in ages. Produce and meat are much better than other options. Appreciate the time and effort making pretty made meals saves me time and energy. Still waiting to meet Mr. Wonderful in the desert section. In the meantime, the service and quality are great. Wouldnt shop anywhere else.

Clean store, helpful employees,great selection. Downside was hot food bar which is gone due to covid.

Very disappointed. Face masks are for everyones safety and when the employees are not even wearing them properly, no wonder the customers are not wearing them at all. Is it so hard to make sure at least the employees are wearing the PPE properly? I may have to go elsewhere to shop for my safety and Im sad about that.

No enforcement of masks. Employees with their noses sticking out. One employee in the produce section flat out not wearing a face mask but is wearing a face shield half way up. There are other options in our area and its becoming increasingly obvious that this location does not care for my or others safety.
