Very nice and helpful staff, I feel welcomed every time Ive been in there. The only thing that disappointed me, theyve had my Intruder for a month for a Carb clean and sync, been there 3 times and keep getting told itll be done next week. As a technician I understand things happen and deadlines dont always get met, but I think a month for a 6 hour job is a bit much. Im hoping to get my bike back this week, but still no call from the service department after going there 9 days ago to ask whats going on. Although it has taken a while, I still believe their staff are great people and I have full trust that they will do the best of work.

Bought my bike there and the staff was awesome. They were very personable and knowledgeable. Had a great conversation with Chuck when I was there, I would highly recommend them.

Good friendly service but this was the most Ive ever paid for a single tire and install and it took over an hour so the $85 an hour rate was exceeded. Will shop around before using them again.But I appreciated them getting me in on a weekend and helping me out.

They sold me a new bike that was missing the nut that holds the mirror in place. (you cant just go out and buy one for it. I tried). I didnt notice it until we got it home and my daughter had a chance to ride it. The mirror flaps all over the place. Contact JMP and they asked for photos. I sent them photos. They said they could send it to me (I live about 30 miles away) but that they would need to see about ordering it. The service guy said he would call the next day. He didnt. So I called them. When I finally talked to Tammy (the owner) she insisted that it was warranty work and I had to bring it in. How is it warranty work when you sold it to me this way?So instead of just sending me a mirror, I have to find someone with a truck to take it all the way back over there across the river so they can replace it on their premesis. On top of that the service guy lied to the owner and told her that he called me. I no longer trust them.Im not happy with the way they do business.

Excellent experience.... took my children in for helments they were very knowledgeable and made the experience fun and exciting for my kids... would recommend to anyone.

Took my bike in for warranty service because the speedometer was over by ~10%. When I checked in they said it would be a couple days because they would have to see what Kawasaki wanted them to do. From that point on the only way I got updates was by calling and asking. Four weeks later I decided to pull my bike from the shop and, lo and behold, the part that they were waiting on was just sitting on the shelf. So they claimed to swap it in and went to test it and said the speedo was spot on. I took the bike and immediately found, compared to GPS, it was still off, no change. I waited a week to verify against another vehicle. Now that I have Im writing this review because Im disappointed on many levels; wont go back.

Small shop, but offers everything in one spot! Buy new or used motorcycles, scooters, dirt bikes and side by sides. Buy parts, and if not in, they can order! Need servicing, they do that too. Happy, knowledgeable owners and staff!

The sales person I worked with was excellent when I bought my new street bike. But the finance lady was very aggressive with me after I got home with my bike. There was no information she needed that she didnt get while I was there and pressured me about the time frame she needed it by using inappropriate emails and messages that were very threatening Despite me being accommodating. Lastly, the service department was terrible both times. I went there. The communication between mechanics was non existent and I asked for full synthetic oil and they did put conventional and then told me they thought it would be better without calling me and asking me. If a customer has a specific request, you do not just put what you want in a bike. In addition the first time I went there one of the mechanics test drove my bike without knowing it was in the break in period. it was irresponsible to not know when youre getting on someones bike.

Poor customer service. Acted like there were doing me a favor when I brought my scooter in for repair. Its been two months and they still have not called to give me a status on the repair. Thanks for nothing.

The worst motorcycle shop in the midwest. Had my bike for 3 weeks and never fixed it. I asked them to call me before they worked on it to let me know what they thought was wrong with it and an estimate but they never did. They tore my bike apart when i told them i was coming to get it and tried to charge me for it. Their excuse was they fired the guy who knew about my bike and the new guy quit after a day. So now they dont have anyone to work on street bikes which they also sale. Dont go.

Very unsatisfied with this company. We order ATV parts 2 weeks ago. My husband finally calls them and they told him our parts was lost. So JMP paid to have them overnighted. When the parts arrive they only have half of what we ordered and then get home just to find out that the parts they did manage to order was the wrong ones!!! We will never order from JMP again! My vacation trip isnt going to be as fun without a 4-wheeler to ride. 😡 very unsatisfied customer

Small local shop with very helpful and friendly staff. Not a ton of inventory but they will order in whatever you want and let you examine it in hand before you buy it.

Not super fast, but super friendly. Will go there again for more work done on my motorcycle
