Had a 12:00 appointment. At 12:30 I asked if the doctor was always this late, the response was, usually. Usually? How do you do business when youre usually running that late. At 12:45 I had waited long enough. When I informed the lady that this was unacceptable and I was leaving, the only response was ok! Thanks for nothing!

I wouldn’t give this place a star but have to in order for me to post a review. Dr. Bradford was VERY unprofessional! He was very awkward as well. He never made eye contact with either one of my sons nor me or my husband. We were there 3 hours for 2 eye exams for school. Once he told my youngest son that he needed glasses he made fun of the fact that they would be very thick and would laugh about that. Then telling my oldest son not to worry about his glasses bc they wouldn’t be near as thick as his brothers and would start laughing again. I felt very disrespected and still do. I will NEVER go back to Dr. Bradford and I hope nobody else does either especially if you have kids because he DOES NOT know how to deal with young children. Sad!!

Called 15 minutes before they were supposed to close, for ONE simple question. The phone rang and rang for 3 minutes straight before I hung up, no one ever answered.
