This is my second time returning to this body shop and they never disappoint. I went through my insurance company and requested this body shop in particular. They always go above and beyond. I came in for some rear end damage and got my car back looking brand new. They buffed and polished the entire vehicle, including the wheels! They also replaced and fixed my fog lights that were not working, free of charge! The work was done on time and I could not be happier with the results. Definitely 5 stars and would recommend to anyone!

The shop itself is very professional and the front desk receptionist is very friendly. However most the praise goes towards Guy- he does a phenomenal job! Not only does he provide good service and quality for whatever it is you are getting done to your vehicle but he goes ABOVE AND BEYOND sans additional fees. We checked in for a brake recall and scratch repairs for our 2017 Chevy Suburban and they had our family mobile done on time, clean interior AND exterior and Guy was even considerate to leave our vehicle inside the garage so the car wouldn’t get drenched by the thunderstorms on that day when we went to go pick it up! This is a shop that truly looks out for their customers best interests and definitely has consumer satisfaction as their priority. Definitely recommend this shop for any maintenance needs!! I will be returning for sure and recommending them to family and friends.

I took my Toyota Prius to Tan Auto Body and Paint after I was rear ended. I’m thoroughly impressed with the level of work and the exceptional customer service I received. They texted me updates, finished the job about 3 days earlier than expected, and went above and beyond.When I went to retrieve my car, it looked brand new. Not only had they used they used authentic oem parts to repair the damage caused by the accident, but they vacuumed the interior and buffed out quite a few other scratches which had built up over the years. On top of that they buffed my headlights, removing years of foggy buildup, leaving them looking brand new.These guys are absolutely top notch. I can’t recommend them enough.

Guy and Mr. Tan assessed my vehicle and told me that they could get to it right there on the spot. I waited for about 15 minutes. Guy came back around and my car looked like it was brand new!!!! I liked this place overall. I got my car done here when I got into an accident and they did a good job with getting it fixed. I didnt get as many updates as I would of liked which was the only downfall. However, when I did call someone would pick up. Everyone was very nice and despite the lack of updates. I would take my car hear again prayerfully I dont get into another accident. However, if you have this place would be my go to

Ok first of all I went into this place on a Friday afternoon and I agree that I went at a awkward time, so my estimate was rushed and not looked at throughly. I came back on Monday morning to let them further evaluate it and they have me a estimate of 1100, I said let’s do it signed off my vehicle and dropped it off that morning, next day I get a call saying they apparently put all the wrong parts in for my car and my new total was 1600. I get people make mistakes, but I went in twice and went early in the morning to make sure everything was correct and the next day my estimate goes from 1100 to 1600. I immediately picked up my car and took it to a more professional place which makes sure to throughly look at my car and not give me fake estimates.

Was quoted for 2k (which I expected having gotten a different quote from another place). I was nervous having never had my vehicle fixed up at any auto body and paint repair shop, but read the reviews here which put me at ease. I wish I could attach a picture here to show you all what a wonderful job they did. They repaired MORE than what I paid for to include scratches on the interior of my 2018 Honda Civic, a lot of paint scrapes and damage on the exterior, and a minor dent where someone slammed their door against mine in the parking lot. They did a FANTASTIC job and I am more than happy to have paid what I did. I’ll definitely be referring this place to my friends in this area. You will not be disappointed going here. They will make your vehicle look just like the day you bought her.

I had a great experience with my vehicle repair at Tan Auto Body. Every staff member I came into contact with was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. This was the second time in 3 months that my car was hit while parked. My experience with the first auto body shop was horrible. At Tan Auto Body, however, I was given an accurate timeline of when repairs would be completed and they made sure to get in contact with the insurance company to ensure I wouldn’t be charged extra since I needed a 24 hr. Extension on my rental car. They also washed and detailed my car and I received it spotless (although i definitely didn’t drop it off that way). They are a no fuss shop and they don’t waste time. I loved my experience here and will be recommending them to everyone I know. I hope I won’t be needing their services again anytime soon, but they are definitely my new preferred shop. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

My car was ready one day earlier than originally promised. They also detailed my car and returned it to me cleaner than I had left it with them. I had some discoloring and scratches in the paint on my vehicle. I went to Tan’s looking for an estimate. They told me that it was a minor problem and could be buffed out. I was very happy to hear that and in fact, they did the buffing right then and I was good to go in ten minutes. I truly appreciated their help!

They were amazing to work with and their repairs were beautiful.Im about to take my car back to them to fix a new issue (ran into a blown semi-truck tire). In 2017 I crashed my 2016 Chrysler 200c. The whole front was crushed. My insurance sent my car to Tan Auto Body. My car came back like new. They maintain communication while they are doing repairs. They warranty the repairs as long as you are the owner. I had to take back my car due to a radiator leak. Insurance paid for an off market brand radiator. Tan auto body requested to get the original part so that my problem would be solved. Over the past 10 years Ive been to about 12 different collision centers, as a small business owner I always deal with minor vehicle accidents. This guys are up above any other body shop. Excellent service from A to Z. Im fixing my second vehicle there now and Im sure if I ever need this type of services, I will go back to them.

All staff and mechanics were very curetous, polite and welcoming. Mechanic took time to explain the ends and out of the repairs (repairing a bumper), its costs, incurred damages and the expesnses being covered by insurance carrier. They allowed me to do a walk through of my vehicle before repairs were made, and kept me updated on the repair process until the repairs were complete. Vehicle was also repaired in a timely manor (1 day ahead of schedule).When I picked up my vehicle, it had not only been repaired but detailed insided and out. What great and exceptional service!!!

Got into an accident and my insurance used Tan Auto Body for my repairs. I couldnt be happier with their choice. These guys went above and beyond during the week my truck was being repaired. The first phone call I had with them, before we even got into the business side of things, they were asking me how I was, if I had been injured, and were extremely patient and thoughtful about the situation. Throughout the repair they called with updates, and to just check up and make sure the rental was good, and that I was feeling alright after the crash. When I said above and beyond, I really meant it. When I got the call to pick up my truck they told me all I had to do was bring the rental, theyd return it to Enterprise for me, and that was that. My truck was returned to me in great shape, with new shiny parts that looked great, and to my surprise a full detail job on the inside. My truck hadnt been this clean in years!These guys are great, I will definitely be using them in the future if I need any repairs. Highly recommend them!

Tan is the BEST! I was in a serious accident a year and a half ago and a minor one one year ago. Two different body shops were involve and neither completed all the repairs correctly and the other was not smart enough to figure out the alignment problem I had since the first accident. Tan figured it all out and had me back in my vehicle in a week. Nicholas was patience and awesome!!! He fixed my Kia about two weeks ago and everything is still great and no issues.
