Jay did a fantastic job of helping me with a headlight issue. Not only did he do super fast and optimal work, but he fixed a wiring issue left behind by another shop at no charge. Hes gone above and beyond and I will 100% be returning for all of my vehicle lighting needs.

My headlights needed to be restored so I contacted High Beamz because they were local. Spoke with Jay and inquired on pricing. Gave me the price and thought to my self not bad considering I had restored my lights before on my own. He scheduled me in on very short notice, took a look at my headlights and went to work. After a few minutes working on each the difference was exceptional. I would highly recommend his services and for the price no need to bother with the aggravation of doing it yourself. I also upgraded my fog lights with LEDs so I left a very satisfied customer. One thing to keep in mind is if you get your headlights restored be prepared to take your ride to the car wash right afterwards since the sanding/buffing does splatter on the front end.

From initial phone call to final installation, he was keeping me informed and involved the whole whole time, and even taught me more about my lighting configuration! He is very knowledgeable and a helpful hand to ensure his products meet our expectations.After a quick external survey of my vehicle, we went to order the lights inside, and after a week, we attempted to install and realized that some LEDs were not compatible with the light housing I had on my vehicle, so Jay helped me exchange the LEDs at no cost to me. The new High Beamz LEDs are a 200% improvement to my previous LEDs and it was worth every penny!I would recommend to work with Google maps or work with the complex of the area to better promote your location, provide better accuracy on maps, advertise, display signs or banners so people driving on the road can easily identify the turnoff or just discover it by driving by and without searching online!

I thought the new custom headlights I got installed in my Ford Fusion were done for. I called multiple shops in the DMV and they all gave me bad news, or would not touch the car. However, the professionals at High Beamz Automotive knew right away what the problem was and how to fix it. I contacted Jay who was very flexible when setting up the appointment. Showed up on time and was very professional. It took him a little over an hour to repair the headlights and they look outstanding now! He fixed all the mechanical problems and gave me a tutorial on how to use my new Oracle lights correctly. After a long search for a company to upgrade my 2018 Honda Odyssey EXL NAV RES minivan with LED lights I decided to go with High Beamz based on the great reviews. The great price, service and responsiveness were well worth the hour long drive. These old eyes are so happy to be able to see the road better at night. And the interior looks so much brighter after the upgrade. Based on the service I received I can now join the other 5 star reviewers and so should you if you’re looking for a reasonably price, great customer service company like High Beamz. My only recommendation is that the receipt provided to customers be updated to reflect the correct warranty information that was verbally provided to customers prior to purchase.

I got my headlights and fog lights done on my 2012 bmw 328i. It’s a night and day difference. The lights are amazing at night and during the day. That’s the crazy part. I used to have the regular orange yellowish headlights on the 328 but with these new lights it made the car look newer and it looks so aggressive. Even during the day when the sun is out you can see the headlights bright!! Made me love my car all over again and Jay did a phenomenal job! The best price for the best work done. I bought l.e.d lights for my 2017 dodge grand caravan g.t. swapped them out no problem plug and play..Seen a huge difference! Im from v.a. and stopped at the mall and seen high beamz, Im please I stopped.On a second trip I went back to purchase fog lights for my car..Well the fitment wasnt rite so I took them back the same day.High beamz went out of there way to find a solution contacted everyone they new to solve the problem..I had to go back home that day & we kept constant updates on what was up.. come to find out I would have to modify them to fit my application.That was o.k. for me I can do it.. so for my trouble they sent me my purchased fog lights and also additional map, license plate & back up lights free!Packed and shipped the same day we spoke with tracking #I will definitely do business with them again even if theres a problem they will make it rite!

I would have to say I was hesitant on dealing with this company being that they were a car head light focused company established at a kiosk in the mall. I utilized their services by purchasing bulbs for my vehicle. The gentleman who worked there, Jay, was very professional. I had recently purchased a new Ford F150 that had those ugly yellow lights, my family and I went to the Potomac Mills Mall to where I noticed their cart and spoke to the sales person who was very attentive and extremely helpful. He looked up my vehicle and I purchased all 3 sets on lights (high, low and fog). The next day I went to install them and the fog lights were wrong ( remember I said brand new truck), and after contacting them and knowing I am about an hour and some change away, they sent me the correct foglight and of course I returned the wrong ones. Customer service at its best!

Learned about this place after a friend told me about it and bought some new lights for my honda civic and it makes night time driving so much better. Went back a couple months later to buy some for my brothers car kia optima and he enjoys just how much clearer he can see while driving at night. Installation was easy and it just requires removing old bulbs and plugging in the LEDs and thats it.

I had an very extensive project that I was not very comfortable doing myself. So after a few google searches and recommendations from friends I chose to let high beamz try to tackle the project. I met with jay in Potomac mills and we discussed what I was looking for to happen and we also discussed turn around time and my expectations. We took the projectors from my 16’ Audi A7 to retrofit them in my 2018 Cbr1000RR SP2. My God was I impressed. I really had my doubts on getting this done the right way and had some wiggle roomfor some errors but they came out nothing short from perfect. Great thanks To high beamz and especially Jay he’s such a angel. I’m sure he will post pictures soon so everyone can see the amazing outcome.

I own a 2013 Chevy malibu and ever since I got the car the lights were always low, I found out about High beamz through a friend that posted an ad through Facebook, I immediately drove to Potomac mills and met up with Jay which by the way has outstanding customer service, we looked at a few options and settle for the best one, ever since that day I don’t have any trouble getting home at night or in a rainy day, im very please with my new lights .
