I had a recall from Kia so I scheduled an appointment to have it completed. I love, love, love the pick up service. It saves me so much time. It is invaluable and greatly appreciated. I also have a crack in my bumper which causes it and the Fog light that is attached to hang low and flop around while I’m driving. The last time I had the car taken in I asked that they fixed it. When the car came back it looked fine but a day or so later when I was driving I heard a loud noise end it felt like I had a flat tire but it was the piece flopping around again. I asked them to fix it again this time and the exact same thing happened. I think they just propped it up to make it look good but nothing was actually fixed. Extremely disappointed in that is now of course I will have to make a third appointment to get it repaired. Like most people I am very busy and do not have time to make repeated appointments.
Personnel were professional and timely. Communication was great. Was able to apply several discounts to lower the price. Will continue to go back when needed. Great service.
I love this Kia. The staff are so wonderful and helpful, and respectful. They treat you as though you were the only customer. They are the best service providers. I would never want to buy a car or have it serviced anywhere else.
Great customer service and management. They recently repaired a major drive issue due to a faulty sensor that was not originally detectable by the check engine light; what I appreciated the most is the time and effort running multiple diagnostics and they did not overcharge - especially when an issue was not identified. My current visit was a maintenance schedule, as always for the past 8 years, they delivered excellent services.
Crown Service, mechanic chose not to complete service. The dip stick wasn’t put back, but lost. Even said dip stick was broken, which means the stick would still be in the engine. Tires were not rotated, mechanic said he couldn’t find wheel lock key,. If I hadn’t checked to see if the oil was actually changed, I would have driven home and oil would have been everywhere. Total foul for mechanic, what other vehicles has he not completed work on or not replace items. I’m awaiting a new dip stick that should be on order. Manager tried to make it seem like no big deal. Then I also found an item broken under the hood. I have no words, I was told that was already broken. Not happy with the service is all I can say.
This was by far the worst car buying experience Ive ever had. I purchased my car July 30 2021 and the very next day I began hearing a noise from under the hood. I brought it to their attention and they told me the noise was normal? After a month and a half of communication and traveling to and from the dealership, I ended up returning to vehicle because trying hey found a $7000 issue with the transmission. Throughout the month and a half of countless trips to the dealership I was receiving poor customer service and zero empathy aside from the occasional Im sorry you had to go through that. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this establishment.
Excellent service. I brought my car in for routine service and they patched my tire for free after discovering there was a nail in it. Communication was great and I was in and out without a long wait.

We bought a used kia and took it here to get a inspection done to make sure everything was well.The service was fast and the people were very friendly and answered every question I had. The waiting area was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Coffee and water were available.
I got to service a bit late due to traffic and they were very accommodating. Everyone was nice and pleasant to talk to and their waiting room is clean and spacious. The valets were gentle with my vehicle and careful to treat it right. I bought my vehicle here and will continue to take it here to be serviced and repaired despite the hour long trip.
Was out of town and car needed to be serviced quick. Matthew helped me from beginning to end and was very professional the whole time. I usually never leave reviews but his customer service was outstanding ! Will recommend Koons Kia to my family in Virginia.

When making my appointment they were able to get me in at a good time on my day off when I dropped my car off when I entered the shop they were professional and I told him why I was there which I already knew for making my appointment and they I asked how long they told me how long it would be I told him I could not sit in that office and wait they gave me a shuttle home and when my car was ready they called and said that my shuttle was on the way to come pick me up once I got there price was reasonable as stated on the phone at my appointment he was able to give me a nice discount I needed rear brakes repaired and a headlight bulb repaired replaced but what was pleasantly surprising they even addressed my tire pressure light that was on when I dropped it off I never mentioned it they evidently filled the tires the light was not on when I picked up my car and I was happy to see that and I got out relatively less than I thought I would have to pay .... So yes two thumbs up for them
I think the overall experience was good but I initially went in for a state inspection and found out my front brakes wouldn’t pass, so they repaired the brakes but didn’t even do the inspection.
The first time front brake service was handled immediately. The service representative applied a discount from a previous routine scheduled maintenance two and a half months prior. The brake service was done in about an hour. My car came back to me cleaner than when it arrived! Good Going!
I called to make an appointment for services to replace my break pads. I was told I would be receiving a phone call back on the price and timing on which “I never received”. I left my car for brake pads change and rotor resurfacing. Only brake pads were changed. I wouldn’t know they didn’t do the resurfacing if it wasn’t for my Dad that worked on cars for more than 50 years. I highly recommend you to check if they actually did change the part or job for any services at this dealer.
Informative, technician went above and beyond and the check engine light was accurately diagnosed and taken care of.Service advisor noticed vehicle was still under warranty and did not charge for repair.Overall, a pleasant experience at Koons Kia

I had a great experience at Koons of Woodbridge and my service rep Kirolos was amazing! To my surprise I was able to get an appointment the same day and I was further delighted that my oil change, air cabin filter change and tire rotation was done in less than an hour!
Dropped my car off to be serviced, I was told it was time to get my brakes done... my brakes were replaced, fluids topped off, tires rotated and car vacuumed in an hours time. They came and picked up my car for service from my home, did the service and return the car back to me. It was great because I have small children and sitting in a waiting room is no fun. Definitely will be using them from now on.

Since I purchased my car from Koons Kia (2012) I have always taking it here for maintenance. All of my experiences have been good except for one time. They are professional and explain in detail what is wrong with your vehicle or what is recommended. They dont pressure you if you say not at this time. I also think their prices are reasonable.
They are very nice. Still have an ongoing problem with the navigation. I can’t believe that for many addresses the nav can’t find them and that you have to do another search “off line”. Makes no sense.
My experience went very well. The valet service was awesome. The only complaint I have is that my vehicle is still saying I haven’t had my service done. Wish that would’ve been reset. But other than that, great service.

Excellent service, punctual. The car pick-up and delivery service is a success. I usually prefer to go to the service center, but my day was difficult and maintenance was postponed every time. A little high costs, but the rest was ok.
Very professional and prompt service. Received a 30k maintenance check. Was in and out in about 1.5 hrs. They vacuumed my interior and wiped off the dash too. They offered me a 10 percent discount. Prices were pretty good for a dealership.
I requested next day repair services and shuttle services so I would not have to wait and was accommodated with no worries. Both the Service Reps (Jonan who signed my car in) and Kirolos Milad (who was responsible for helping me with all service issues) were Professional and Timely. The service was quick(30 minutes) but I would rather go to Jiffy Lube for an oil change; as at least they will vacuum your vehicle and clean your windows after service. I thought the dealership would give me the same courtesy. Guess I was wrong.🤷

I honestly was losing faith in them from my last 2 experiences but this go around I feel like everyone stepped their game up. The call center still needs work, they cant seem to add all the information which lead to one of the issues on the previous visits. I was truly impressed this time! Good job!
Went for the first 5k maintenance on my 2021 Sorento. They got to me right away as scheduled and it did not take long. They offered to vacuum and wipe down the interior which I accepted, but they only vacuumed the floors in the front seats and didn’t wipe anything down. They told me my vehicle would be ready soon and I saw them bring it around front. I waited 15 minutes for them to come tell me my vehicle was ready but nobody did, so I had to go ask to check out. Later that day I began to hear squealing from the tires and now I am still getting the “service required” alert every time I start the car. I replied to the texts messages that say they are from Kirolos but nobody has gotten back to me. Now I have to make arrangements to at the very least drive back to have someone turn off the service required notification. Makes me wonder what else they forgot to do and it does not make for a trustworthy experience. Also very inconvenient to have these issues now.

I purchased my 2020 Telluride in October 2019, everyone I encountered from the salesperson, finance manager, service advisors and auto technicians have been consummate professionals.Any issues that arise with your vehicle, service advisors listen to your concern and inform the technician of the issue to resolve.I also highly recommend purchasing the maintenance plan for your vehicle, when the vehicle requires the recommended factory maintenance it’s been paid for up front.

Kirolos was my service advisor during my visit on 12 Apr 2021. Service not listed included state inspection and tire rotation. His performance was outstanding. All repairs we done on time and correctly. I was notified when my car was completed and details of work was provided.
The coil packs in my 2017 were bad. They had to order the parts. It took awhile, but they replaced them. It was still under warranty so, it didnt cost me a thing. That was great😊! They were professional and nice.

Koons was a lifesaver for me. I required an unexpected major service that was thankfully covered under Kia’s warranty. I asked other area Kia dealers if they could fit me into their service schedule and ran into huge delays, not to mention enormous car storage fees. Koons was able to accept my car immediately and completed a 2 week job in a week. In preparing for a huge headache repair, I ended up getting some of the best car service I’ve ever received. I went in for normal maintenance and I needed an inspection (since December) but I live an hour away so I rode with a dead inspection for a few months (as I really don’t drive often anyway). They told me it would be about an hour and a half-2 hour wait due to volume for inspections. I parked in the chair in the waiting room and I was actually out of there in less than an hour! Loved that! Pleasant surprise!
Sadly, my 2016 Kia was starting to have engine problems. Ive been a loyal customer since my first Kia in 2015, but was able to trade in for a new 2021 model! Couldnt be happier and the service has always been awesome. Also, shoutout to Brett and Tyler for hooking me up también!

Great service! I used the valet service pick up for my 15,000 mile service. They were able to accommodate me although I made a mistake in scheduling the pick up. They picked up my car, kept me updated with text messages, and then brought it back within an hour after the service was complete. Its a really great solution for those who are busy, working at home, or cannot leave the house. Ask for service rep Kirolos, she is the best!

I had an appointment at 8:40 AM, for oil change, and tire rotation. I arrived at 8:30It was done at 10:30!I was there for 2 hours! I guess they tend to over book appointments. I was not happy to have spend so much time just to get done something that shouldn’t have taken no more than 30 minutes .
They are such an amazing group! Anna, Karlos and Matt are FANTASTIC! Always informed on everything that’s going on, as well as pricing upfront if there is any at all! Koons Kia Service will always be my go to for any services with my Sportage!

The service was for fixing a Kia recall item. The service department is always good to work with. However, getting the appointment was difficult. I tried chat and then calling, but the person on the other end didnt seem to understand appointments for recalls. I drove to the dealership and talked with a service department rep who set me up with an appointment. The recall problem was solved quickly.
Koons Kia Woodbridge does a great job of servicing cars. From the appointment process (in which they easily accommodate special requests) to their timely and well done maintenance, Koons Kia Service is a professional outfit. My last service advisor was Kirolos Milad, who did the usual quality work for me that Koons Kia Woodbridge does.

I had a recall on my 2020 Kia Sportage (my first car so I literally didn’t know what to do lol) and they were so helpful and told me how the process goes. They picked up my car AND brought it back all with constant communication. Very professional and courteous staff.
I scheduled my first service appointment and was excited to hear Kiins Kis of Woodbridge would send a driver to pick up and drop off my car to complete the service. It could not have been more convenient and Ive been telling lots of people how happy I was with the service. My car was picked up at 930 and back before 1. They also took care of repairing a nail in one of my tires free of charge. I dont often write reviews but it was such world class service that I thought it deserved one.
I received a recall notice for my Kia Stinger. The first time I tried for repair the phone person had to check to see if the parts were on hand. She would call be right back. A week later still no call so I called the service manager. A call later indicated the part was in. I drove to the garage and was told no kits were available. The second time I called there was a kit available and I asked that it be put aside with my name on it. I went to the garage and was told no kit was available. I said check because there is one somewhere with my name on it. The kit was found. There is a severe disassociation in communication at this dealer.

The tire replacement was easy and cheaper than quoted. I’ve been waiting on a part since January!! Without this part, the car will not pass inspection so it’s been expired for months!! Very frustrating and in disbelief!

I brought my Sportage in due to a thumping in the tire. Upon inspection it was discovered there was a bolt in the tire. They noticed several burnt out bulbs that I wasn’t aware of and replaced those as well. Very efficient!
We were in and out in less than an hour. We also had a recall that was taken care of.
I had previously rated as high quality service, and took my old Kia for the past 6 years to get serviced only at this service center. Recently bought a new Kia from Koons and within two weeks a crack started developing from the base of the windshield. The service center said it was caused by road damage though the service tech could not identify for me where the impact could have occurred. After months of trying to get this resolved with Kia and an ever growing crack Im now paying out of pocket (deductible) for someone else to repair and the service tech confirmed that it appears to be a defect with the glass given the crack originated at the edge of glass and no sign of impact. After 6 years of loyal and great service, paying for all the maintenance they recommended, I feel like they have not honestly accounted for this issue that placed a responsibility on them to cover.
They were working on my husbands vehicle and I stopped at the service desk and asked if they could fit in a quick change of windshield wipers for my car. Fifteen minutes later I was back on the road with new working wipers!

I enjoy working with Kirolos at Kia Woodbridge, this has been my third time at the service center and he has been extremely helpful in conducting an all around inspection and letting me know of items that should be immediately fixed and items that can wait for a bit. I am a bit concerned about the pricing of some repairs and services but I can only guess that they align with dealer pricing for parts, labor, and other amenities such as free car washes.
