Hours listed on Google and their official website are a blatant lie. Both claim they close at 9pm on Sunday, but they were closed by 7:15pm, and by that point, all staff had seemingly left the building. No store hours were posted anywhere on the doors or windows, so its anyones guess what their actual hours of operation are.Also, good luck finding mens shoes under size 10.
Mercedes was very helpful on helping me find a certain pair of shoes. The only bad part of the store is that they close earlier than the stated hours
Very bad customer service...the guy/person and the manager are very rude with people. He/she cant work like that especially with people who have kids.I left the store and the same guy is arguing ruddly with another customer. The manager is defending her employee with bad attitude too. Please check with them why there were angry and working in the store.

Very clean and nice staff...spent only 20 minutes in there with my dad, but we found everything we needed.
At 7:55 I went to this store the door was locked. The employee got disrespectful with me the store closes at 8 why are you standing around talking with the other employees.
The assistant manager and manager were very rude and accused my mother for something that was not her fault. We bought the shoes as how they were, took them home and they did not fit. We found another pair at the store of a size that would fit best that had the same exact amount of dirtiness as the ones we bought from the store. Note that they were accusing us of dirtying the shoes when that is how we got them from there! They did not treat us with respect. I highly recommend not shopping at this store and we will definitely not be returning.
Sorry just me but the shoes are over priced especially when they look and feel a lot like Payless shoes.
It has few styles for small feet and some empty spaces probably because of holidays
Worst return policy ever. I wore the shoes 1 day to see if they would fit, but they ended up being too tight on my feet. Tried to return them and they wouldn’t take them cause I wore them 1 day. They look perfectly fine. Very upset. Now I have a pair of shoes I cannot wear.
Went there on the day after Christmas to get shoes for my kids. There was a sign by the kids Nike shoes for a pair going for 26.00 or so I asked an employee if it was the right price she told me yes, & that they were having a sell by one get the other 50% off I said great thanks. Well when I went to go pay for them the shoes were ringing up for 42.00 I let the cashier know her employee told me otherwise! Also that the sign clearly said for 26.00. She argued with me that it is for 42.00 only. the manager was at know help some black guy. Poor customer service!! I ended up getting the shoes my husband just told me to get them, but thats FALSE advertisement & why have employees tell me one thing & it be another. YOU CAN NOT order a steak dinner for 18.00 & when you get the bill it says 35!! Instead of honoring what was advertised in the store & what was confirmed to me youd rather argue. Never going here ever again!
I love coming here im a family of 6 so theres a buy one get 50% off on almost all the shoes. So great deal if your on a budget, plus they have nice shoes for everyone.

Ive never written a review on any website ever. I just feel this one needed to be adressed. Ive worked at rack room shoes before to give you some history, for a little over 5 months. Today i walked in with timberland shoes to be switched out for another size. I wore them once they had been lightly used. I will attach photos for proof. The girl in the front, blond messy hair looks like she just crawled out of bed said can you atleast wash them? I said sure let me go get some water to wash them off. When i worked here little over a year ago the return policy stated (90 day return policy). She reluctantly said i cant resell these shoes. Funny because in the past at my store we returned shoes that looked way worse which is ironic because the shoes i was swapping out (timberlands) had minor dust no cosmetic damage. Lazy worker, poor managemnet. I will never be returning to rack room shoes ever again. As most normal people they would cop and attitude. I did as such i called the service pathetic take it as you want. As i said never again. Its a shame because the store is somewhat of a decent bargain.I rest my case.
Aside from the cheap merchandise, this Rack Room outlet at Potomac Mills in Woodbridge, VA is definitely not customer friendly. When I had to return a pair of shoes because they did not fit properly, even though they were virtually unworn, store refused to give me a refund. This is not the way to impress or retain customers! (If I could have chosen no stars at all, I would have!)
