They are always coming up with a new item.💰 Their buy one, get one deal, Mon through Fri from 3-5pm is such a great deal 👍 that you can try new items.😁 We spend less than going to fast food & its much Healthier!🍓 We buy the cone of fruits for Only $5.99, the kids pack it for lunch and we know it doesnt go bad or go to waste. Cant say the same everytime we buy fruits at the grocery.👥😁 Workers are always friendly, knowledge and accommodating to make your order specific to your requests.🇺🇸 Offers a Military Discount if you cant make it to the BOGO deal. 👏👏

Vary rude when I ask was this all they have for Mother’s Day I don’t know how the other locations are but customer service definitely needs to be a number one won’t ever use this company it was my first and last time comming here

The young ladies there are rude and the fruit wasnt always fresh. Iv had old pineapples and old chocolate covered strawberries.They got my order wrong and the lady had an attitude about making it over the right way. Before these issues I had no problem with this store.

No notice in the store or on line that they would be closed Christmas, phone call and said it was open and online said also openTold the young lady we would pick our arrangement up at 12 pm on Christmas, she said that would be ok!Maybe she though it was on Xmas eve.No phone call to me absolutely heard nothing from them!

Im not gonna lie at first I kinda doubted if my edible arrangement would even be delivered or be just the way I ordered it but man I swear EVERYTHING was super perfect👌I was very impressed with the amount of updates on the status of my delivery and how well everything turned out today was most definitely a success 🙌😊i made the person I love feel loved and special for fathers day thank you so much edible arrangements for making it happen and being so legit I definitely recommend this place too anyone for every occasion you wont be disappointed 😊

I cant believe I paid for something that I thought was super cool, but end up with this.. and call them to have an answer but all you get is a recording. Not ever ordering anything from this place.

So I recently ordered an edible arrangement for my daughters birthday and overall she loved the fruit. However they had forgotten items that were purchased in the birthday package and when called to ask about it they ask if she really needed the items that were left out! Secondly it took them 2 days to bring the items and they had to be called and reminded. I asked if they could bring complimentary strawberries to her because of this issue. I asked for white chocolate on both days (because my daughter will only eat that specific kind) that I reminded them and they brought regular chocolate instead. When called to ask if they could bring the correct one, they stated that the white chocolate and regular chocolate were the same thing and that they wouldnt bring the correct order. My daughter was upset because now she has to waste strawberries. I personally will not recommend anyone else to use this branch for edible arrangements because their customer service is terrible and I feel awful because this is the first birthday that I havent spent with my daughter due to Covid.

TRAIN EMPLOYEES BETTER please. First off to be fair, Ive had good experiences at this store. It was, and continues to be clean, climate controlled, etc. Today the person working the counter was clearly new which is fine - - but no supervisor was helping or watching. It took the person awhile to fumble around ringing the order up - she was very polite - yet I had to wait. We bought *3 smoothies like we always do and they taste really weird and Im almost positive that some sort of orange juice was put into the smoothie - which has never been like that before. Please...train the newbies.

Very pleased with fruit arrangement and ordering process. Purchased it online after the store was closed for morning pickup and it was ready when promised. Recipients were surprised and it tasted great.

First time ordering from Edible Arrangements and I highly recommend this location! Great customer service and always felt cared for!QUICK STORY: I ordered online an arrangement for a friends birthday. The order was processed through. I received a phone call about five minutes later from Michelle and she told me that the chocolate fruits that I had ordered they were actually out of the birthday sleeve that it came with. Kind of a bummer but Michelle was kind and offered to throw in some birthday helium balloons to make up for the cost! Another bonus, while speaking to her, was that she was able to arrange the driver to come at a specific time so that my friend would receive the surprise before he left for his birthday dinner with his family! He was extremely surprised and really enjoyed the balloons!Thank you Michelle for being so accommodating and for the AMAZING SERVICE! Will definitely order from you again!

I am in Florida and I ordered this for a friend who is starting a new job in Virginia. I ordered online and paid for it to be hand delivered. However, I did not realize that they could not deliver to her because she is on base, so she arranged with them to pick it up herself.The person I spoke to on the phone was very accommodating and offered to add chocolate covered strawberries and balloons to my order to make up for the delivery fee I paid.My friend ended up loving the gift and said the pineapples were amazing!Overall, great customer service and I highly recommend this store!

When you order from edible, it’s usually very good fruits and of course to eat it right, this past February 14 stopped by this edible in woodbridge, I find kind of ridiculous to pay $100 for a fruit arrangement that you can’t eat, all the pineapple was not ready, strawberry were to ready either, honestly that was a big waste of money, I’ll definitely look for alternative places that offer similar fruit arrangements.I believe that if you buy a fruit arrangement if to be eaten not just for look.After 2 days the fruits still in the bucket. What a waste.

Overall i was satisfied, reason for not leaving 5 stars, is overall the following, i ordered a gift for my daughter, first time ordering, on the website i ordered a strawberry gift set that includes a stuffed bear, also with my order i added a emoji foil balloon, along with a Belgium chocolate pop, when my husband went to go pick it up, only item given was the bear, the strawberry set. I had to call him to see if everything was given, unfortunately, it was missing some items, the balloon and belgium chocolate, when my husband went back, he informed them, they were kind enough to give him another item to substitute for the balloon, they didnt have any. Overall it was a beautiful set, my daughter loved it.

Fast service! Ordered from a differrnt state to be delivered to a special someone in virginia. They delivered it same day it didnt take long and eveything is perfect. My niece was so happy she cried. Thank you for making her day!

Dont waste your time with this place. Tried to have a birthday delivery to Mom while deployed and they took forever. I put in the order online around 10:40 am that morning for same day and checked on the order twice in the afternoon starting at 1:46 on my lunch. Told the first time that driver had left so I figured it was good to go. I get off work and check again at 4:16 and was told the driver was still on his way. Mind you my Mother stays about 3miles down the street from store. So no longer could I really surprise her at that point because now she went out for dinner with my Dad who couldnt stall waiting any longer. The last time I called I wanted to speak with a supervisor by the name of Melanie who couldnt come to the phone because she was too busy so I asked the worker who at least answered the phone to see where the driver is because it shouldnt take almost 6hrs just to get down the street. Ive used Edible Arrangements before and its never taken this long for a same day delivery. This was a waste of time. If they would have followed up within a shorter time frame to let me know the driver was running late I would have let it slide but I felt I was lied to the first time.

My wife went and raved about the great customer service and the great young folks working in the place. 15 minutes to get there and 15 minutes back and only 15 minutes while there and we had not even placed an order. We will return for all our fruit baskets.

They are awesome! Made the order online, and picked up the order. They were even still working even with the bad blizzard! Very surprised and satisfied.

Cant give 0 which is what this place deserves, placed an order for Valentines didnt get delivered on time. When I called the store to find out where it was I was placed on hold for 20 min the first time. Called back told them i just wanted my money back,to then be told I needed managers approval which I get, but being placed on hold again for another 20 min to then just get hung up on is ridiculous. Then I call back for a 3rd time and the manager didnt want to deal with me said if i wanted my money back Id have to call corporate office after being on the phone with them for a combined hour while im at work. Do not ever use this place they are the most unorganized business I have ever seen.

I called this branch reluctantly, because the receptionist was very rude when I called the first time. to give them the benefit of the doubt I called again today. This is my second experience with this branch of Edible Arrangements and the person on the phone is extremely rude.I asked to talk to the manager and the she slammed the phone on me.I certainly will not be doing business with this branch ever again.

Was in the area of the store on Weds. Their driver was turning right out of their parking lot and in mid-turn, decided to go straight. The problem was that my car was there so he had to slam on brakes to avoid hitting me. Then had the nerve to yell out of his window at me. I wont go here simply because of that.
