I always purchase my shoes in twos for my children. Every single time I need to return one shoe for being either the wrong size or someone else in the family purchasing the same shoe as I purchased it. Either way the company refuses to return cash. They can look up your receipt and reprint it. My best friend managed this exact store several years ago. The only logical reason they will not reprint a receipt is to deny returning your funds to you. They want to keep your money on a gift card that also eventually expires. This is the third time Im dealing with this. I will share this exact experience across every application that offers reviews and hopefully we all learn to stop supposrting this business while they conduct such blatant fraud. Also there needs to be an option for zero stars. The brief service I received today could not be considered service at all. Thank you for bad business and bad memories.

The manager Tay was extremely rude. Had no idea about any question i asked. her answer was always I do not know. You would think a manager would know. Then proceeded to laugh in my face with no regard! very ignorant and unprofessional

WORST SERVICE EVER!! EVERYTIME I GO THERE MANAGMENT IS SO RUDE AND 3 times in a row MESS UP MY SIZE SO I HAVE TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY BACK FOR AN EXCHANGE! Store manager made me never want to go back to this store or deal with this company ever again! If I could give 0 stars I would!
