Janice was such a kind and friendly sales associate at this New Balance store. Super personable and helped me in selecting some good running shoes; in fact the first question she asked upon arrival was “how many miles will you run a week”Top class customer service

Great selection and very good prices on the cheaper models. They had a good selection of the 900 series shoes (the ones made in the USA) as well, which were pricier as expected.

Im a female customer; I was wearing my Mens NB shoes when I entered the store. I was directed to the womens section even though the style I had asked for and was wearing were Mens. When I made my way to the mens section the associate(Janice) made me uncomfortable and seemed almost bothered that I was shopping for mens shoes. The associate(Janice) didnt put any effort into customer service. She then started to sign me up for an account without even asking me. I needed two pairs of shoes but I didnt even want to buy the one I got but I was desperate for new work shoes. I like NB and its very unfortunate that I had this frustrating experience.

This is the best new balance store in the area! Ive always had great customer service and the team is very accommodating! Big shoutout to Hannah for all the work she has done!

Update your hours so customers that drive long distances just to go to your store arent screwed.

You cant walk in right away.Staff will escort you in for social distancing. Very well prepared for Pendemic Covid-19 situations. And staff is very helpful.

I had a horrible experience today at this store. I went in to look for shoes to replace the current New Balance shoes that I was wearing. Instead of being treated as a customer I was treated as an expected thief. The young people repeatedly ask me may I help you while not taking the time to find out what I was looking for.After searching for a long time and purchasing some shoes that were over $150, I was asked at the register if I was going to purchase the insoles that I used when trying on the shoes. This was strange to ask because no one was present when I sat there trying on multiple shoes by myself, but this just demonstrated that I was being monitored more as a black man than being considered as a consumer helping to keep this place in business.Beware that the staff is being trained this way and demonstrated little to no respect to a person like myself a 50 year old male that we are still judge by this company by appearance first, color of skin and NOT the content of my character.And as usually the color of my money saw no color line and was gladly received.

I bought a shoe from the clearance section with 30% off l. When I was checking out the cashier told me that this shoes is not 30% off even if it was with the clearance. I asked why, I was told we dont have enough space so put this shoes with the clearance but no 30 % off for this one. No comment

I wish I would have gotten their names. The young ladies that helped my wife choose her shoes and inserts couldnt have been more helpful! They know the products that they sell, and they didnt pressure my wife to buy the most expensive items in the store. They were patient and listened to her needs, and made recommendations based on that, not price point. Excellent!!

Went in looking for a pair of new running shoes and I ended up taking advantage of the buy 1 get 1 half off deal. Second pair was for my son who is very challenging to find shoes for. The staff was very helpful and yes they do have military discount.

My wife has a lot of for pain and her Podiatrist told her to buy New Balance. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable

I bought a pair of running shoes. After 3 times I wore them to run, the hole shoe lace goes though ripped apart. I didn’t even think twice cos its less than 3weeks ago and I had original receipt. Store manager and guy who works there looked and told me these are defective item but there is nothing they can do. Gave me New Balance headquarters number and I have to mail those shoes and get points to purchase to New balance website. To me it didn’t make any sense cos if these were defective items to start with,why can’t you let me exchange with something else or great price items and they resolve he issue internally???? If u tell me this is not store’s issue why are u giving me the points to purchase New Balance website???? They were so inconvenient for their customers and irresponsible. I understand if I ware them for long time or I wanted cash back, all I was asking is exchange to something else or greater priced items. They didnt do any of those. #neverbuynewbalnace again. Never going back to that store.

I was looking for a specific type of cross trainer shoe but the attendants didnt know much about the new balance line. If you need anything more than someone to check sizes in the back, go somewhere else
