I frequent this store multiple times per week for inexpensive books and craft items for the grandkids. Store has become less and less appealing. It is dirty, nothing is every straightened, faced or wiped down from the day before. Dirty disposable glove discarded inside the store where the carts are kept. Food trash in entry foyer since yesterday. Shelves are empty but still ill kept. Staff is polite but unprofessional chatter in the aisles.

Got these great Halloween bags at Dollar Tree. Filled it with candy and chips to hand out to kids on Halloween 🎃

It was organized but they only had one cashier or sales associate ringing customers until another was called to assist.

This is my first time coming to this location. Its nice, will have to come here again and make it a my weekly store

This store is terrible! Shelves are never stocked, but inventory is just sitting in boxes in the aisles all the time. Staff there with the exception of a couple people are either rude or just lazy. The lines get as long as 15 people and yet there will be a group of employees just standing and talking to each other when instead they can open another register. I have watched employees walk around without their masks on, which is probably why they had to be closed for covid santitation previously. This is a daily occurrence thing, which is a shame because this location could have a good selection to choose from if it was run by better management and kinder to its customers.

Every time I go to this location, they surprise me. Their hours are on the later side (not a good surprise) - 10 AM opening today. But on the positive- they are vigilant about their rules (wear a mask, keep social distancing), and they have a wider variety of offerings for sale. They actually sold pink cranberry juice in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month! 💟. They just need more employees to help them keep their shelves stocked with all their offerings! Oh, and I learned today that they dont place their order, corporate does. So corporate watches what sells and orders accordingly. And such is the case at all of their locations. But I make a point to make this one of stops from time to time. Every time I go, the associates are friendly and I leave happy even when I dont get that for which I came. The biggest negative - they need more lighting in their parking lot. Especially now with the time change. 🥴Until then, i will keep going early.

Great dollar store for inexpensive seasonal items/ decorations. Great for childrens craft projects on a budget. Clean!

The good: it is a big store with lots of merchandise (twice the size of the Dollar stores in Dumfries and Montclair).The bad:1) the employee who checked me out. Rude, unpleasant, & lazy (she tore the bag she was putting my items in and was too lazy to get a new bag she just looked at it and moved on).2) the store needs a good cleaning. The area (including the floor) near / around the cash registers are nasty.

It was clean and organized . I had a pleasant visit.

It has almost everything you need. But one of my favorite areas is the Craft area and is lacking in that department!

I have been going to this store since it opened. Its never stocked, the shelves by the candy section is empty and out of candy. I wish they could get it together like the one in Montclair. This one is close to my house and their in a good location if they can just get it together they would make a mint.

Found what I needed all good

I went today (Friday) .There were 3 people on the floor two of them stocking hardcore and one cashier.Now i did go 2 days ago store was terrible everything was on the floor store seemed pretty out of place but for that employees ar not to be blamed its the disrespectful customers.One of the employees kindly told me to have my little one wear a mask as not even 2 year old is allowed in the store without a mask which is fine with me their store their rules.i might not visit there with my little one again as he has trouble with the mask he is still learning respectfull professional staff i was happy to see the store in shape again

It was extra busy today, but I saw all the boxes of Easter items the lady was unpacking.

I am posting this at 8:34pm on Thursday night. My fiance went there and when he got there at probably 8:15 or 8:20 ALL the employees were gone. And their store hours say they close at 9pm. Absolutely unacceptable, and completely unprofessional. I am going to call Dollar Tree Corp and tell them to take a look at the majority of the 1 star reviews. Every single person working there should be fired and new people put in place to make sure the store is run correctly.

I go here from time to time. More thing available then other stores. Nothing really big about it.

Welcome to Dale City !. A Dollar Tree in Dale City is long overdue, but so glad they finally came. This location is one of the super size stores with a fresh stock of pastries and frozen goods. The store is very neatly laid out and the location could not be more convenient.

Beware of their frozen foods, One time I grabbed An M&M ice cream only to find out that I have been completely melted and refrozen again and looked and tasted bad, when I told the manager staff and the cashier, they nonchalantly told me to go grab another one, The other one had thee same issue and when I informed the manager and the cashier they ket going on with their very important conversation about their evening plans, I left the store since they said they couldn’t refund food,For being the new store this store has a lot of holes on the shelf and many items are missing that other dollar stores carry regularly, A lot of items are higher up in the shelves, they don’t care to restock items regularly.

I have never done ratings before but I think I needed to on this one. By Far the worst Dollar store I have ever gone to. The Employees there are so rude. Teenage girl had the worst attitude towards a customer. I stood in line to pay and there is no cashiers to be found. All you hear as soon as you walk in the store is their loud mouths. Employees need training and new management. This is unbelievable for employees to be treating customer so poorly.

Great prices but disgusted with the recovery of the store. I over heard a customer and 2 workers talking very inappropriately while there is a line of customers and a teenager. I have been here two days in a row and there is shipment left on the floor and a u-boat of product that has not been put out! I am a manager myself and the things i have seen and heard in the past 2 days are just not acceptable!

It a dollar tree. Dose look like it needs alot of help and a different management running it and still seem to have not gotten in stuff they sold of the last few weeks. Help is needed but bones are good.

The employees were staffed enough. For graduation and a Saturday they were under staffed.

For all your handyman needs, no need to spend more at big stores. Buckets, paint rollers, liners, etc. Disposable items.

The Manager of this store is very rudeAnd unprofessional, yelled at me in front of several customers when I was with my 8 year old son for no reason. It wasnt the first time I saw her being arrogant with clients but this time I was the victim, it was so ugly the way she treated me and yelled at me that my son was so afraid. I was so humiliated,that I still cant believe it happened to me.

Ms. Lordes is extremely rude and lacks of customer service skills and respect. She screamed at my child for finding an open m&m and accused her for opening with actually seeing her. She continued to argue at me in front of all the customers and humiliated me for a 1.00 candy which I decided to pay regardless of the situation. She apparently must have skipped the customer service class or orientation prior to being hired. I highly suggest you do not hire supervisors who lack of these basic skills.
