D.E.licious. they make them fresh right in front of your eyes. The people are real nice to. So many diffrent donuts to choose from you wonder which each one taste like. Sugar sugar and more sugar for sure, but the best donuts Ive tried on the East coast. You gotta try these duck donuts and check it off your bucket list. The peach cobbler was my favorite. :)

These donuts are so dang good! I love that, but I hate that, if you know what I mean ;) You can create so many awesome flavor combos. Definitely best when on the warm side.

So so good! First time here from out of state. I didn’t catch his name, but the guy working was amazing! Was so kind and generous to my little brother and I, super personable, and the donuts were fantastic! We were raving about the donuts and the employee all the way home (my brother is 7, so he doesn’t give out praise very easily haha!) Wish I knew who he was. Will definitely make another stop before we leave the state and will hopefully be back on our next vaca here!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE:I ordered donuts and drinks at this store but found myself wanting to use a restroom which this store had. Unfortunately, it was off limits unless you were an employee because they placed a sign that blocked it off.When I inquired, I was told to walk across the street to Starbucks to use their restroom. Who in their right mind would say that to their own customers? What an insult!To make matters worse, they force people to eat outside their restaurant because they have eliminated tables and chairs, no more dine in orders. And yet, looking around the area, other restaurants like Starbucks have dine in patrons, and their restrooms are open.I am never going back to this place, I regret not speaking up to them when I was there. It may seem petty, but this goes to show how management of this company cares about its customers. THEY DONT.

I use to eat Krispy Kreme all the time as it is an at home favorite. However, Ducks Donuts has so much class and the bold flavor will knock you off your feet! The employees are very friendly as well. They get so many orders you have to have a little patience lol

The donuts? Amazing; billboard-worthy. The coffee? Delicious! The service was a little slower than we expected, but so is the price of fresh-baked warm donuts.

The dont side is cool. They even have a glasé so people can see the process.They gave me a suppose to be a Dulce de Leche ice coffee. That was not good.

Went here for dessert after eating at Not Your Average Joes on a chance and was pleased with the open space, friendly staff and the simple menu of donuts. Each donut is made to order and the pricing is well worth it!Definitely will retry them the next time Im in VA.

The donuts here are amazing. They have an extensive menu of toppings, coatings, drizzles, you name it. I had the spring specialty cherry cheesecake donut and a sunrise. They came out hot and amazing. The coffee was lackluster, but the donuts made up for it in spades. I will definitely be back.

Wonderful store - small but efficient, I got my half dozen donuts about five minutes after ordering and they were still warm! A warning, definitely eat them sooner than later after ordering. I was going to wait to eat them later that day, but couldnt resist taking one a few hours after. The glaze had melted off the donuts a bit, leaving them a little soggy - but they still tasted amazing! Light and fluffy, easily one of the best donuts Ive had!

Utterly delicious!! As someone who never liked cake donuts, this place converted me to love status. The extra choices of toppings such as the chocolate drizzle is simply fantastic for picky eaters. This was our first time visiting and were delighted to find the donuts remained warm until getting home to enjoy 😄

If I could give zero stars, I would. The store hours are posted as 8:00 AM. The manager was late, resulting in an almost hour long wait for our food. Walked out with a donut at 8:58. We had to sit outside and entertain a toddler while waiting for our online order as people who hadnt been waiting for almost an hour walked out with donuts. We will never return- what a joke.

Pricy! These doughnuts are delicious. However, be prepared to cough up close to $25 per dozen.The draw is the doughnuts are made to order, served hot, fresh and topped in a plethora of topping choices.My favorite- the plain doughnut. They are just that good. They need no additional flair. :)

So I place an order online. An employee looks at the online orders and says he will make mine. He then gets distracted with the other 5 people standing around doing nothing. So I’m standing there for 20 minutes and I say something again. They look at the to go orders again and see my doughnuts were made the entire time!Is it that hard out there to hire competent people? Don’t leave a tip! You should let customers make their own doughnuts.

It was a pleasure working with Katie in designing my sons baseball themed donuts. The design came out better than the picture I sent her beforehand. The donuts were a big hit with my son and his friends and added a special touch to his birthday. I would highly recommend contacting this store to come up with a design for your next event. Nothing great and a bit pricey for the quality. $2 for a meh donut. Tried it a couple of times with same results.Overall, the donut itself is a rather bland cake-style. It comes out a bit soggy with extra oil so the temperature and/cook time isn’t right. The toppings are okay with the typical overly-sweet flavor that often goes with low quality ingredients and they only generally resemble the pictures. It’s a donut with icing so it should be pretty easy. At half the cost maybe, but at current costs the quality doesn’t measure up.

Decent donuts if you like all cake type donuts. Definitely overpriced in my book though.

This place is truly one of a kind and will completely change the way you look at donuts again. The entire experience begins the moment you open the door and the smell of fresh donuts hits your nose. So many amazing options to create the perfect donut (or multiple!). Watching the donuts be made fresh in front of you followed by watching all of your options placed on them was surprisingly satisfying. Then they make a show of presenting the donuts to you prior to closing the box. What a wonderful experience overall and one that I am hoping to experience over and over again!!

Best donuts I have tried better than Dunkin and krispy Kreme I really recommend. The donuts are warm, crunchy, crispy, and delicious.

Love me some Duck Donuts! On this last visit I tried the new chocolate donut and it was pretty good. Not as good as their traditional donuts but something different. Toppings are always great and there is nothing like eating their donuts right as you leave. Yum!

Donuts are so fresh everytime. Some employees fall short in customer service but the cashier that I met today, Ashton, is very sweet, knowledgeable, goes out of his way to help and is patient!!! He should be training his coworkers.

Love these guys and they are so creative with their stuff too. Donuts are awesome every time. If you go, you have to get the maple bacon for sure.

Donuts taste like funnel cake and have a nice crisp to them. 10/10 would recommend!

Had a horrible customer service experience. Ordered from Uber Eats, store failed to ensure whole order handed off, called store and only corrective action offered was to drive in for free donuts which I paid for already. When I said we really wanted them to have the donuts delivered, the response was what do you want me to do? We are not Uber Eats and they hung up. Even if true the associate could have pretended like they cared a bit. We live a good distance away and I paid delivery charges. It seems to me the store should have some agreement with Uber Eats to deal with this type of stuff as they are business partners. A sorry would have gone a long way here honestly.Donuts that were delivered were very good, as usual, and we will likely order again. However, that experience left us with a poor taste in our mouths overall.

Really my weakness, and I need to quit. Ive been here twice in one day, 10 times in one week! The bessstt, most fluffiest, sweet and delicious donuts in the world ❤️ One donut is about $2, but they do offer military discount if you serve/d. There are an assortment of toppings, my absolute favorite is French Toast. I need to stay away from here, but its so hard to resist.

Waited over twenty minutes for half a dozen doughnuts, only to find that our order had been lost and they served two orders after us while we waited (of 4-6 doughnuts each).Ordered a simple black coffee for the wait, it was the first time I had been in and after the recommendation of a friend who said they typically were in and out under 5. Long story short, didnt get the coffee for the wait, service was just not good, and although the doughnuts were okay, the experience was fouled by the service.Overall service speed and quality? PoorPrice? AlrightDoughnuts? Fun, but not amazingCoffee? Had been sitting for a while, but a decent cup of drip.

Four donuts over 40 minutes (I’m writing this at at the 40 min mark and they haven’t started yet). Zero organization or leadership. At first I thought it was because they were busy, quickly realized it was not the case. Actually wasn’t that busy, just looked that way because no one knew what was going on. Good luck!!

I was excited to try Duck Donuts because of the recommendation from others. However, I was extremely disappointed with our experience this morning. For what looks like a brand new location, it was dirty. My sandals stuck to the floor with each step. The bathroom was dirty. The tables were dirty and needed napkins refilled. There was no more creamer in the coffee fixings area. The donuts were made fresh however seemed to collapse compared to other fresh donuts Ive had. The owner should be significantly concerned about the management of this location. We will not be going back.

Stopped by earlier today and it was a mess. No enforcement of masks, a huge line, no organization whatsoever. The people in line had to tell us where to go after we accidentally cut in front of everyone to the register because we had never been here and there were no signs/employees there to tell us what to do. We decided to just leave rather than deal with the massive line and maskless covidiots. Maybe we will try again when there covid isnt happening.

Have heard about this place for years now, just never really went. Out of nowhere I got the urge for some donuts. Went one hour before closing so in my head I was hoping they still had good donuts left. As I walked in I was a bit confused asking my self where are the donuts. Walked to the counter and they had a booklet with at least 10 pages. To my surprise the girl at the counter asked which one do you want? I was in awe “ I can get any of these!?” I had no idea they were made fresh to order. Got half a dozen and......, they were all warm and delishh. Delicious donuts! I have a friend who is obsessed with Duck Donuts. They are pretty freaking delicious when they are first made and still pretty good when heating up a few seconds in the microwave. The blueberry with lemon is hands down the best one; though my boyfriend would argue the maple bacon is better. Great, cheerful staff.. Never an issue here.

Duck Donuts is best. However, on this day, the moral of the young man making the donuts appeared extremely low. As a result, the quality of his work was also very low, resulting in funny looking donuts with lumps of uncooked dough inside. Management need to lift the moral of their staff. Update: Duck Donuts is the best. I am a loyal supporter of everything Duck Donuts. I changed my review because it is unfair to rate my love with one star over one disgruntle employee. My apologies.

Love this place! The donuts are incredible! But more importantly, the staff is incredible and keep me coming back. Two employees in particular, Patrick and Kelsey always go above and beyond for me. Super friendly, professional and accommodating. I keep going back because of them. Thank you again! Now back to eating my donut!

Im giving this a one because although the donuts are great, my last experience was terrible. I visited this Duck Donuts franchise on Monday, November 4th with my girlfriend. The shop was empty. Immediately upon entering the cashier asked what we wanted, I told her that I wanted to look at the selection in the binder laid out on the counter. The cashier went into the back room for a few minutes and when she returned she asked if we planned on ordering donuts sometime today I should have left the shop that minute, but, instead ordered the donuts and left. Needless to say, I wont be returning to this Duck Donuts in the future nor will I be recommending anyone to order donuts from this franchise.

Scrumptious delight full moist cake donuts. I took my daughter there on her Birthday, she loved them. They unfortunately did not have a Birthday discount (or free donuts) but that did not matter. Fantastic place, great service and even better donuts.
