What an amazing job they do at shirt art! I’ve gotten a few things made from there and they have never let me down! The staff there are incredible! Just recently had blankets done for my kids! And they came out perfect!!

While the quality of their work is good and they were able to do a last minute rush job for me, which I did appreciate, their business practices leave a lot to be desired. They charge tax for services as well as products, plus they do not provide the digitized file for what is being embroidered even through they charge a digitization fee since they had to convert our logo as they could not revise our provided digitized file, was told these are their tools and they dont give out their tools and since I hadnt asked if the source files would be received they dont provide as part of the digitization fee. They didnt tell me they dont supply it without charging $150 for it. Lesson learned, if you dont ask every question ahead of time then YMMV, they dont fully disclose their terms and conditions. First and last time customer here.Update - they have contacted us and provided the digitized file in question so kudos to them for doing the right thing.

I have been dealing with Shirt Art for 15 plus years. They are the absolute best. I have never had a problem whatsoever. My wife and I started off doing our kids Soccer team shirts there. Then she used Shirt Art to do Spirit Ware for the PTA. I use them for shirts for my employees as well.Whit and the crew are the absolute best hands down !!!

The folks at Shirt Art did a great job on our order of almost 350 t-shirts. The turn about time was super fast and we got exactly what we wanted. I would definitely recommend Whit and the rest of the staff to anyone who needs custom printed shirts.

I have been using Shirt Art since we started our business back in 2007 and they have been fantastic! Whit and Jeff provide such great customer service! Recently, I overlooked a proof mistake - clearly MY FAULT and ended up with 200+ items that I couldnt use. Without my knowledge, they replaced the items at NO cost!!

Shirt Art made my printing experience quick, affordable, and stress free by being customer-focused. I looked into getting a printing done at CustomInk because theyre near my house. They wanted DOUBLE for the same shirt, offered a later date, and wouldnt even respond to my questions. Shirt Arts service made it worth the short drive from Fairfax. 5 stars, will use again.

The shirts were of great quality, but unfortunately there is a flaw in the ordering process. The website was way too confusing, so I ended up having to email the store tog eat my order in. I ended up having to learn model numbers and having to do the brunt of the order work. For that reason the shirts ended up being messed up and the store wouldn’t fix the shirt order without further payment. Unfortunately, I will not be using this company again because of this situation. My company is happy we have shirts now, but a little dissatisfied with the error and the way Shirt Art Inc. handled the mistake. If you are looking to work with these people, i’d recommend going in store and having a face to face conversation about your order before paying.

I had Shirt Art make some new company shirts, Polos, sweatshirts, and art work for a magazine ad. This included embroidery, screen printing (I think that’s what it’s called), imagining, etc. These folks are very thorough and get back to you fast with any questions or concerns which is rare! From the first time I went in it just felt comfortable and I wasn’t pressured to do anything. They worked with my other printing company to get logos and pictures. They took my old logo and really made it “pop” in my magazine ad, and on the company garments! The last place I used didn’t want to do anything that broke from the norm and now they will never see me again. I’m also going to have them take over anything else that they can do including business cards, invoices (if they do those), forms, etc. Everyone their was very helpful, but I primarily dealt with Jeff, and Sean. But I also talked with who I think was the owner several times, and the young lady who does the embroidery.Thanks sooooo much from,Morris (Workhouse Plumbing)
