We purchased Caesarstone counters from Venetian for our house remodel. They have a great showroom with extensive selection of materials to choose from and were able to answer all of our questions. The installation went smoothly and the counters look amazing. When the general contractor chipped the edges at few places during the rest of the construction, they immediately sent the crew over to fix them for free. What an amazing customer service! Highly recommended.

And we weren’t even their paying customer to begin with, which is even more amazing to us.We had quartz counter tops installed by another company and after only 4 months there was a major issue they refused to warranty.Venetian Stone Works stepped in after referral from a high-end home builder in Bellevue. They were very kind and sympathetic to our situation and came to our home to assess the issue that arose from the previous company’s work. The workers were kind, explained everything they recommended and above all did a BEAUTIFUL job. This company gained our trust and all our recommendations going forward for all the counter and stone work that our friends and family are going to need. True pros!

Great work done. From start to finish it was very professional and good service. They helped us visualize the stones, showed us how the seams would look like and then the final product was according to that. The stone selection at Denali Slab Studio and fabrication at Venetian Stone Works, worked out well for us. They gave us the option to bring our own fabricators, but we decided to get work done with the sister companies - Denali for stone and Venetian for fabrication and installation.On the day of installation, the guys were very professional and did an awesome job. They were patient and checking each and every bit of installation, mounting under mount sinks, backsplashes etc.Bonus - we also got a big slab with finished edges which we could use for our patio outdoor table later on.Pricing was awesome. Dates were communicated and met promptly.

I dont know if I can accurately express how satisfied we are with our experience with Venetian. They hire top quality people who treat their customers exactly how they would want to be treated. Our salesman, Dave, was warm and welcoming. He showed us how the company operates, then left us alone to wander and dream! We are NOT fancy people, but we were treated as special as anyone. Then we moved on to Vince the Design Master (smile!) He listened to all our ideas, made suggestions (that we needed!) and treated us like partners in the process. Karen - who runs the office - treated each and every one of my phone calls with courtesy and extended us every thing we asked for with scheduling. Our installer, James, inadvertently forgot a piece of our countertop and made a 1 and 1/2 hour drive each way - ON HIS OWN TIME - to go back to the company and bring it out to us the same day. Whether youre used to shopping at high end places or a complete novice - like we are, Venetian will treat you with respect and give you SUCH BEAUTY - within your budget! Thanks guys!L. My husband and I recently remodeled our bathroom, and we love our granite vanity that we got with Venetian Stone Works! The customer service was great, and the people were very friendly and knowledgeable. We had them come out and look at a spot, and they resealed it and took care of it no problem!! I would highly recommend their shop and service.

From start to finish, Venetian Stone Works delivered excellent service, quality craftsmanship and was able to complete the job earlier than anticipated! What great folks they have working at Venetian. Every visit was so special to their enormous showroom. I felt more like I was in a high end museum. Quality craftsmanship and the most beautiful exotic granite around. You wont be disappointed in working with them from start to finish.

If I could give this company negative stars, I would. They previously fabricated and installed our kitchen granite counter tops - they did an OK job - seam is only slightly visible but there is a slight bowing out along the edge - none of these are terribly noticeable. Two years ago I needed a couple of remnants, one for a square coffee table top and the other for a powder room vanity. I found the pieces I needed but they wouldnt fabricate the coffee table top until they could do the vanity top which I didnt need right away. After sitting through 2 winters, freezing and thawing, the piece for the coffee table developed a crack that couldnt be repaired. I then brought the vanity in for measurement and they held onto it over 6 months. When it was finally done, I was required to pay for both pieces even though only one piece was completed and they overcharged me $14.54. Eventually I got them to exchange the coffee table top for a laundry room counter which they then failed to fabricate the back splash pieces I asked for. I dealt a lot with Scott who would not return phone calls or emails for months at a time. He also failed to hold a remnant piece which someone else got. I thought it was great to have a place so close to my home. Big mistake!

I first searched all of the granite yards around downtown Seattle and was not very impressed with all that I saw. Then my contractor recommended Venetian since he had a customer that had used them. I went to their showroom and immediately found several amazing stones that I had never seen before. I sat down with a designer and quickly mocked up our kitchen in less than 30 minutes. I was very impressed with the tools and technologies that allowed you to actually see your kitchen before you had to buy the stone. The prices were very reasonable and they came out and measured, and then a week later installed the stone. I have had a ton of compliments on the granite since the install and would highly recommend them.

I love venetian Stoneworks. We have used them twice now. Once to do our kitchen and then to do our master bath. Only issue I had the second time was my scheduled time for installation was between 9-11 and they were not able to show until 4pm. They have beautiful materials, great customer service and are great at installation. No issues with the work. Would definitely use them again.

We have been very pleased with the excellent work of the Venetian stonework team. They provided the granite countertops for entire new house project, they have a wide variety of gorgeous stones to chose from. The staff are very professional and accommodating to our schedule. The unique service of using their designer to help sort out the granite countertops and different lay outs is amazing. We met twice with two different designer to review our selection and also lay out of each stone and all team members are very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We highly recommend them and definitely would use their services again.

This wasnt the first ime I shopped for and purchased granite. This was however my best experience. My job was delayed because of a big job a head of me. To meet the deadlines for my job the installers worked 8+ hours on a Saturday without stopping to complete the installation. The fit and seams were excellent. It took additional time to do some hand grinding to make it just right resulting in a great installatin. The installers were super, good attitude and very nice and perfectionists.. A first rate experience.

I do not recommend this company . Do not worth your money. The installer was supported to come at 8:00 am to get the work done, but they came at 1:00 pm. After the countertop installed, the countertop has a visual line look like it going to break down. I had $6000 worth of granite installed in my kitchen but that was a big regret.

Venetian was great to work with. They have a fantastic showroom with a huge selection of stone. It was one of the only places in the greater Seattle area with a large selection of Quartzite. The staff was extremely professional. They have a great program to let you view the stone as it actually would be cut to fit your countertops. It uses a high resolution image of the actual stone slabs and the measurements of the countertops in CAD. It gave us the opportunity to select exactly how we wanted the stone to be placed in our kitchen. Bravo!- JoAnn & Dennis

Excellent!Before remodeling our condo in 2011 we searched for a great place to get our countertops for our kitchen and two bathrooms. We found it in Venetian Stone Works. Everybody was extremely helpful from picking a slab in our price range for the kitchen and bar. They also were fundamental in finding smaller remnants that worked perfect for our vanities and even better for our project cost! They came and template everything digitally and after fabrication, their team of professional installers made the process easy.Fast-forward to fall 2015 and we were in a new home and ready to remodel the kitchen and a powder room we went straight back to Venetian and worked with Vince Tafoya. Vince was great about finding how to fit everything into two Silestone slabs and our kitchen is perfect for us now.Last Friday, we went back for a couple of remnants for the last two vanities and found exactly what we were looking for and a price that was better than expected.Im not one to write reviews but Venetian truly deserves the recognition. If you are looking for a new countertop, make sure to include Venetian in your search. You wont be disappointed!

My wife and I wanted to replace the kitchen and bath tile countertops with either Granite or Quartz in the 24 year old Condo in Bellevue that we just bought. After getting a bid from another company, we were disappointed to find out how little they were willing to provide for the price they were charging. Almost everything was quoted as an extra cost option and their timeframe to start our project was longer than we wanted.Then, we were referred to Venetian Stoneworks and from the very first visit to the Denali Design Studio and the fabrication facility, we knew that there was a totally different philosophy about the way they approached each customers project. Using the latest in high tech equipment, they can capture, layout, make design changes, fabricate and install Granite or Quartz countertops exactly the way you want them without having to charge extra for things that would otherwise be very difficult or costly to do manually. Their selection of slabs (and half slabs) to choose from is truly amazing. They also were able to start our project quickly and completed it in just a few weeks to our complete satisfaction.Thanks again for a great experience (and education about Granite and Quartz products). You are an awesome team of employees who cover all the bases (David, Vince, Angelo, Jose, Chad, Tyler, Sergio, Karen, Rama....and others in the fab facility who we had not met personally.) My neighbor had her granite done at Venetian. She choose a stone called Typhoon Bordeaux. The countertops looked incredible, I made my hubby go look at them. I have been living with formica for 12 years. I had asked Don to let me get granite countertops for the last 10 years. He always said NO! Too expensive.After looking at the Typhoon Bordeaux, he gave in. I looked at a thousand slabs! I had picked out a slab color in Seattle and went to Venetian in Woodinville to get a bid and look at their shop. They were so helpful. I was worried that they would wind up costing a lot more because of the size and type of machines they used. That was not the case, they were actually a little less expensive then two of the bids I got.The staff was incredibly helpful, they took me across the street to a slab yard called Denali and was I floored by the incredible selection of granite. I wound up choosing this very pretty stone call Mythos. They had a tile designer that helped me figure out my tile backsplash design. They had computer program that showed pictures of my kitchen done with the actual sheets of stone that I picked for my kitchen, it was so helpful to see how the veins lined up before we finalized our selection.I can not say thank you enough to the team at Venetian and Denali Slabs. My kitchen turned out amazing. I had a custom leather finish put on my slabs that made it look very elegant and best of all the fingerprints dont show.The installers did a great job and were very nice, everything turned out great. Don said we might be able to do the master bath in the fall. I cant wait.Thanks again!
