I came in and asked a guy in the front near the customer service section where the batteries were, he was not friendly, and just pointed towards the back. I went to the back and could not find them so I asked someone else. The next guy was friendly and showed me they were in the front. If people dont have good customer service take your a$$ home! I dont have to spend my hard earned money at your company. Get some better employees.
The store employees were helpful and friendly. They had the microwave that my parents needed to replace the one that stopped working. I also got a usb travel charger on sale.

Was talked into opening a best buy credit card for my purchase. Employee told me there would be no interest charged if minimum payments were made each month.Now my total is coming due and there will be interest charged on the balance. Called to ask for help and was essentially told its not their fault the employee misled me - its my fault for not doing my own math!So be wary - they can lie with no repercussions, leaving you on the hook.
Staff was helpful and playfully funny.Ethan will help you with anything if you ask for him specifically, as long as you are kind and respectful he will go beyond what he is asked of to help you and make you happy.

I think they need to hand you a flag that you raise when you need some help. I had to avoid the blue shirts because the kept asking me if i needed help. Sometimes you just want to browse. Commission sales. Ugh.
Went in just to check out the store. It was my first time being inside since the pandemic. Was greeted right off the back and told although the customer service people were limited, let him know and hell get me some help. I appreciated that.
I needed help with a custom set up for my home computer. Erik offered his expertise and he was absolutely remarkable! My set up has older components, but he went to great lengths to provide a solution. He was patient, understanding and very considerate. I felt respected and valued, both as a person, as well as a long-time Best Buy customer. I have found this store to be reliably friendly and customer oriented.
They literally have curb size pick! I was able to park my 18 wheeler there and go inside the store to pick up and activate my new phone! This particular Best handles eveone like an Ambassador! AAA++++

This is a place I love and camp at to get mini video fame systems like the NES Classic. There is not too many bugs or sprinkler system so itnis a legit place to campout.
I was looking for a screen protector that would fit my phone except for the problem that its not in stock so I was looking for an equivalent one The sales staff said that there wasnt but found the proper one to order.
Sales people shouldnt be mocking disabled customers... If you dont like disabled people, stop working with the public... Should be fired, but no one cares anymore.
What a joke! They greet you at the door and ask what youre looking for but theres no staff out on the floor to help! If you need assistance, you can schedule an appointment!!The girl we finally got to stop had the nerve to tell me I should look online. Seriously? I already did that which is why I drove to the store to get some help finding the correct battery for my camera.

Great store, easy financing, lots of selection
Will never shop at this location again. Literally just went to woodland Best Buy to buy a roku stick and had a few questions. It’s a self serve store and you have to ask for help when you walk in. I asked for help so Eric showed me where they were and handed me one which was on with head phones answered a few questions as he was irritated with my questions. I will not be using that feature so I looked up on their website to see about the one that didn’t have it and it said they had a few in stock. Eric was now standing at the front door and I asked if they had that one since it wasn’t on the shelf and he told me they had one and that he didn’t have time to go look for it because they only had 3 employees working at the time. I have no idea if he was a manager and that’s why he was greeting people, he had no name tag and when I asked a lady who also worked there what his name was she looked at me rudely and said Eric. I have never encountered such rudeness at a Best Buy.
Its a pretty good best buy, although a bit smaller than some other ones. Its the closest one to Davis. The staff are generally pretty knowledgeable. The one thing that kept them from getting five stars is that when I purchased a game online, I got an email from the store saying it was ready to be picked up. When I went there, they apologized and told me it wouldnt be ready until the next day. Not a huge deal but annoying when you live a 20 minute drive away, 40 minutes round trip wasted.

READ BELOW!~ gave 2 stars Because of the cashier.---Was stopped at front entrance! Front door was locked? Then was asked by an employee what am I here for? I felt like i was being interrogated? And what a senseless question? Im there to browse the store and buy possibly multiple things to support your business and jobs?. Also ZERO price scanners at store by the way ended up asking an Employee for a price check anyhow. Was told employees are also by appointment only which makes no sense. They expect a store to operate like this and keep the interest of the customer. What a bad experience best buys covid policies are causing it to lose customers.
Found an awesome beanie with lights on it. And they have a really amazing selection of PC gaming accessories, where other locations around here do not. If youre looking for VR gaming stuff, at least at the time I wrote this, youll have to wait or go online. There was Zero VR accessories or systems. Oh well I love my panther vision beanie so 5 🌟🙃
Always love perusing through best buy. Love to buy my phones there as they make it sooo easy and get everything going for you so you are all set up and ready to go. Love the geek squad protection and hassle free returns and their record keeping is top notch as they can lull up past purchases and receipts with ease if you have the phone number used for the purchase. No complaints at all here

Great service we order some gaming headphones said will be ready in 2 hours got a email 10 min later it was ready. We did curve side pickup took them maybe 10min or less to bring them out to us.
Everything a Best Buy should be. Yeah, I miss the little PC shop where the owner started out building his own pcs from parts & could answer all your questions. Of course, the Geek Squad has people online and huge facilities behind them.
The Best thing is the employees that work there. Great management team and I recommend this best buy team to all my family and friends. My Son and my brother n law just brought a new TV.

This is one of the only department stores Ive been in aside from Target that feels somewhat normal. Things are in stock, people are walking around(masked), no giant lines or signs of struggle. Its refreshing.

Save your time and money and shop elsewhere. Never anything you want is in stock. Rude and incompetent employees. Basically just a clearance center for used gear.
Sometimes hard to find help even though you see staff wandering around. Shelves in the phone accessories section not stocked well. Mediocre experience overall, but if you see customers wandering around looking confused based on the layout or items not found, please say something.

Found a 58 Inch Flat Screen Online, Drove To Woodland From Sac, One of The Workers Greeted Me Outside To Check Me In For Curbside Pickup, Brought My Tv Right Out to Me. Pretty Fast Service. Ordering Early and Pickup Within 1 Hour Helped Getting it Fast. I Would Recommend Doing it That Way All The Time.

I went in to buy a mid range large size tv and a sound bar, fortunately for me Amazon had everything I wanted, cheaper and they could deliver it sooner. I dropped into get a phone on 31 July around 4:30pm. I was getting a line transferred to a new phone. The counter guys have no idea handling customers. Then guy call Sandy gets involved. Long story short around 6.05 pm we get everything sorted going back and forth with Verizon and the store, it was all cleared to get the phone and line activated, Sandy and the counter guys says it’s 6 passed and we can’t help you now.. sitting in the store for more than 90 mins and not able finish my transaction spending all that time.. well how do you rate your staff and service? If I walked into the store five minutes before closing I should be helped and get the product/service i needed. I manage group of restaurants and that s how we serve customers. Wait for 40 mins until they finish eating..Best Buy, you need to up your service game.. staff that doesn’t understand serving? Management that doesn’t commit to full customer satisfaction, you’ll be out of business very soon.I’m looking into come back on this very heavy..
This Best Buy did not give me the best buy. I was looking at a new iPad and did a bunch of research before I went to there. They normally can match any price online but when I showed them a very reputable web sites price, the sales guy refused to accept it... I felt that he was accusing me of trying to scam them out of $20. I left and wont return.

They have good customer service. Good products. Except when my gf bought her phone their. Looks like they gave her the floor model. I say that cause it had finger prints all over it and was dirty. Other than this they are okay for now.
They have a variety of stuff in store, but the employees dont seem knowledgeable on what they are selling or what they carry. You are just better off buying it from there website instead of going to the store.
Car audio installation; what a deal!!!Awesome techs and great work. Very pleased. They came in over three times cheaper than most of the audio shops nearby. Granted, they cant to do the super custom stuff for the Bugatti... but for your normal every day people who want good sound, the value is immense.
We had a new radio installed in our car and the tech was very knowledgeable. The installation was perfect and looks great. He even took the time to go over the features of the new radio with us.
I love this place here in Woodland. I am such a tech nerd and love looking and dreaming about all the new gadgets, while I was waiting for a repair on my phone.I used to be able to gadget girl and fix my stuff myself, but tremors and age have taught me my limits. But its still fun knowing whats wrong before I walk in.

Customer service is stellar, and I mean S T E L L A R; and I havent even stepped foot in the store. I have a protection plan I needed to use for a unit that requires I bring it into the store. I called the Woodland Geek Squad and got Maggie. Being that I live far and am disabled, I asked her for any accommodations possible. To understand how monumental this is, it would have taken me 3 hours at least, and 2 city buses each way to get Roomba swapped out. She didnt hesitate in escalating to a manager for help. Ed, a store manager, came on the line and even though I was hoping for help, I was amazed at how compassionate he was. He clearly explained the protection plan (I highly recommend them for any high value purchase) options and promptly coordinated picking up the unit for a new one. When I tell you I was amazed, I mean it. Max was at my door, all smiles, before I got off the phone with Ed! To boot, the new one was on sale and the difference covered the new protection plan. So stoked!Ive worked in customer service, and I understand the need to follow policies and procedures, but this was like a mom&pop shop type service. I interacted with 3 different people and everyone of them had an uplifting, human approach. Based on my experience, I have a feeling the in-store vibe is awesome. Hope I can make it in one day.

Love this store and it’s location. Very nicely organized. Very friendly and patient employees. Always clean. Love how they have organized their store and put signs up to label their asiles. Their rewards program is also great but they price match program is t the best as they don’t always match the product prices. They get very picky about making sure the colors match and if the price is too low they will not match the price.

The employees that have been at this Best Buy for over a year have always been friendly and knowledgeable about their products, and can always point me in the right direction for what I’m looking for. But the few employees that I don’t see there for more than a few months are usually the same ones that seem to try avoiding helping customers or aren’t always sure about where certain items are stocked. Overall this is a great store tho.

I appreciate working with a professional who really knows what hes doing.
I was in store doing some research on washers and dryers. Salesperson Lorenzo patiently answered my questions, even though I told him any purchase would be weeks away. He was helpful, mentioning options for delivery and set-up, as well as financing depending on the purchase price.

Absolutely my all-time favorite place to buy electronics. Whether youre looking for electronics for your household appliances, cell phone needs, video games, DVD players and or TV accessories oh, this is absolutely your one-stop-shop place to go. The staff here are always friendly and very attentive, and always willing to answer any questions that you may have about anything in their store. Plus theres always some kind of sales or specials going on.
I cannot speak for the the store itself, but the Geek squad here is nothing short of negligent when it comes to repairs. I came in having already done an online diagnostic test for my front camera of my iPhone8 (which stopped working). I told two separate Geek Squad (Elijah, and one other was a woman) employees about the issue and they both quoted me the same price of 79.99 to fix the front camera. I stayed around the area to because going home for me would be quite out of the way and a waste of time. After an hour and a half of waiting I return to find that they processed the back camera as the issue, desipte them having re-run the diagnostics on their end and me telling them both the issue was the FRONT CAMERA. They returned the phone to me unrepaired and reimbursed me, but my time was wasted. Beyond that, the woman checking me out who had initially quoted me on the price say it would be 149.99 to fix the camera because it also includes replacing the front screen. And how the system works I would have to come back another day to even get the right part fixed... It is beyond me how two people working here apparently do not know the prices or how to even fix the correct part. It shows a severe lack of listening to a customers issues and failing to double-check. I will not be returning here for any repairs. It wasted my whole day. I would not recommend this Best buy for repairs.
Compared to the Best Buys around where I actually live its quite small they have most of what you need so if thats the only one around Woodland then I guess thats what you get. The staff is very helpful as well as the front door security. Helpful staff is exactly why Ill be returning to the store despite that its well out of the way.
