This store had the items I was looking for and I was able to confirm this before going to the store with the app. The app also allowed me to quickly locate the items and a pay for them with my red card. Although these were relatively small inexpensive items they are somewhat hard to find at other stores and they both were competitively priced.

Even if you don’t have anything to buy and just walk into Target, you’ll most likely walk out buying something! This target has super friendly staff who will help you find products and it is always neat. WiFi here is super speedy and more reliable than other stores. I rather drive the extra 2 minutes to Woodland Target than to Davis Target. It’s also less crowded and there is a lot of parking here.

Called today for an order.I had a joyous sounding woman help me. She was very helpful and understanding. Later,customer service around 750ish today kept hanging up. FOUR times in a row theyd pick up and hang up REALLY OBVIOUSLY. And when they finally answered, she answered with a low VERY monotone voice. Pretty discouraging to go through as a customer. Feeling like that worker today didnt feel like working..which gives the customer a very bad experience unfortunately. The first one was great though however today I ended today on a sour note.

How clean and organized the store is nice.

I asked the cashier to run my card manually. She seemed perplexed and said she wasnt sure so I asked her if she could get the manager. I told the manager he need to run my card manually, he said they could only run the card if it had the magnetic strip. So I asked him if I went to the parking lot and went online and ordered my items that way and had them brought to my car how would that work.? He said ummm, ugggh, I... Well... Ummm.. I dont..I cant say that Ill actually be returning to Target anytime soon or in the near future or ever.

I had to reject pajamas since i searched for flannel & item i received in my cart was not flannel. I had purchased some items while in actual store. Instead of subtracting new purchases from refund amount, had to done as two totally separate transactions. Minor hassle, but nonetheless a hassle. shold have gone back into storee to find flannel PJs, but since i picked up my order at end of personal shopping, was put off with problem so did not return to find what I needed.

I usually like shopping at Target. This was the first time that I have called in an order for pickup. Only 3 items but it took several hours before ready and even then they did not have it ready when we went into the store. We wanted to cancel the order and just buy it when we were there but we would have been charged twice. We wont use the pre order and pickup service again. It is not convenient at all.

The order pick up clerk was extremely polite and showed proper virus precaution. It was one of the best reactions Ive had at that Target. Fast and complete.

The store is extremely clean, maintained, and well organized, not just in store but the outside parking lot as well. There is not a single cart floating around in the parking lot; all items and prices are labeled so that I do not have to track down how much each item costs, like Walmart.Needless to say, the cashier named Brenda is very kind and helpful. She asked me how my day was, if I needed a bag, and if I found everything okay. She makes Target trips very enjoyable!

I dont normally shop at Target that often. But I think i am going to now because of what happened tonight. The cashier name, Brenda, made my night with excellent customer care. I didnt think I would feel that way at Target.

First, I filter the items within my store and the ones I need are always in stock. Then, the order is ready much sooner than the 2-hour estimate. When I arrived the order is delivered to my car in record time and associates are always friendly.

I like Target because it is easy to get to. It is accessible by bicycle via a bike path through a green belt which minimizes the time bicycling in traffic on the City streets. I also like the merchandise. It has groceries, home supplies, a pharmacy, a coffee shop and a book store. The merchandise is selected for quality so I dont have to compare brands and prices using Consumer Reports. That has already been done by Target, and I am confident that everything that I buy is a good value.

This store has a nice array of items including a supermarket. You can find whatever you need. And if you are hungry, they have a small food service area and a Starbucks Coffee Shop.

I believe this store needs new management. The store is always a mess and the staff is not helpful. They cannot be bothered with questions and deflect with any type of help. I would rather drive to Vacaville or Davis stores than Woodland. It’s worth the drive to get the help with questions and the cleanliness of the store. I have been in management for many years and this is not how I would like to see my store ran. I would not recommend coming to this location until things have been fixed and will not be returning.

They are too slow . I was here for drop off and they took 4 hours to unload my trailer. When I went inside I asked them how long more buz I have a another pick up and they said hour more .

The Target store in West Sacramento barely keeps its food shelves stocked at all. I am SO disappointed with this store. We have all complained to the managers and no one seems to want to do anything to fix the issue.

It is obssurd that management insist my ID gets scanned, just to purchase party poppers or beer when Im obviously old enough to have kids that are old enough to have kids. Showing my ID should be adequate. Overall I would have given 4 or 5 stars, until I tried checking out. With identify theft running rampant, and paying cash, nobody should have their ID copied. Considering Targets history of getting hacked, I wont be back to buy anything that requires an ID.

I feel like it is RUDE to have every letter of the alphabet used on Christmas stockings except for the letter “x”. I understand that the letter might not be bought as often but if you’re going to put every letter of the alphabet might as well put “x”. Very unpleasant to find that I can’t find my own letter to my name. Therefore I do not give this 5 stars.

Its one of the best large chain stores in town, better service than the walmart here and a greater selection from a wider variety. However there usually arent very many registers open so dont expect to be in and out in under 10 minutes.
