The staff is extremely helpful. I stopped by to purchase some foam. Not knowing what I was looking for. The sales staff not only help me selecting what I needed. But, they found some scraps in the recycle bin and showed me how to cut foam. I appreciate the kindness. The store is clean, well-organized and quiet.

Found what I wanted, shoppers were so super sweet and nice. It was like walking into another time.

Staff is always very helpful. I never seem to find what I am looking for. They doha very more options online. I usually have to drive across town to Michaels.

I love this place! It was the first time at this location. The employees are helpful, informative, wear their masks and say excuse me when in your way. There is no line here and plenty of parking. What more can you ask for? The stores stock is low at this time but they informed me that the truck will be here next week. Oh well. Did pickup up some items I needed. Good job everyone.

This joanns is small but certainly had the ribbon i needed. I always find a bargain in the back of the store along the clearance wall. Could not find straw wreaths but used 50% off coupon on one item. Courteous checkout gal. Suggestion.. Despite neatness some item prices are omitted.

On the smaller side of stores and wasnt able to find any Impress Art metal stamping supplies but did have fun walking up and down the aisles. I remember as a kid going here on Black Friday with my mom. That was my first time ever participating in such an event. Cool memories.

They have such a great selection if you love to sew or craft. Great sales and always coupons for use. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Joann fabrics in woodland ca has pretty much everything you need for a sewing project. I bought 30 cut and tie blankets from there for a therapy group.if u get their app on ur phone u get the discounts.. (please like this post,)

2/25/20... Very poor service . Rude people with no customer service experience whatsoever . Please work on that . I’m customer service my self for 22 years... And I know what’s expected of me . Friendly, most of all.....following guidelines and efficient plus helpful.

If they dont have something, they help you get it. Friendly staff, good environment. Just wish they played some music or something. Its too quiet.

I actually had written a negative review previously, but I’m changing it because I had a great experience there yesterday.In the past, there were a few years where the customer service was awful. There were just some crabby, not helpful ladies working there which made me stop going to this location even though it was the closest.Yesterday I needed some fabric for a project and it was late, so I didn’t want to drive far. So, I drove to this location, and everyone was so helpful and friendly.Hopefully, all the staff are as nice and helpful as the crew last night. I gave only 4 stars because this store had a limited selection because it is a small store compared to others in the area.

After pressing the button to ask for help and standing there for a good 5 minutes for someone to cut a fabric for me. Kathleen a mid aged woman with short dyed black hair came and rude asked what I wanted. I told her I needed a fabric cut, ( I had been looking at my phone because I have the joann app to see there was any coupons ) she said that she didnt understand what I was talking about and began to try to scowl at me and lecture me about being on my phone and wasting her time. I askedif shed be able to help ot not and she began to slam things around and finally cut the fabric and toasted it to me afterwards. And was also completely rude to this Indian lady after she asked her if she was busy. Go to Michaels instead. I waited another 10min to be helped at register. Terrible customer service. If you dont want to work helping ppl dont work in customer service.

She claimed to be manager from Jo-Ann Fabrics & other Joanns employees said she is the manager. I called the police & was told to ignore her.
