This place is garbage. Sad experience with this store. I was a customer for over 2 years, i disconnected my service and lost my number i had for two years because of the customer service that I experience. Metro pcs is way better than boost.

This review is for the Boost Mobile on California St. in Woodland, CA.I am new to Boost and have not used a pre-paid service before. I did comparative shopping with several places before deciding to go with Boost.. It was the customer service from the employees there that swayed my decision.. I would like to specifically mention Karla Z.(prior to my signing up) as she was very informative, knowledgeable. & friendly. The following day, I returned to ask some questions about features on my phone that were missing.. Miriam provided the same great, friendly customer service to me at that time . Maite who was also there, worked her magic and figured out how to get the missing feature to work. THANK YOU to all three of these amazing customer service oriented employees: Karla, Miriam & Maite. Boost should be grateful to have such intelligent, knowledgeable & hard working employees. If their data and phones work as well as these employees, then I will continue to be a happy customer & they will earn my loyalty.

Really great looking store! This has to be the best store ive ever gone too. I swtiched from Metro and picked up a really nice Motorola phone for about $75.

Few Boost mobile locations in woodland and this by far is one with the most variety of accessories and phones. great customer service with employees who also speak spanish and will let you know of any promotions you qualify for and could take advantage of !

Absolutely the worst service ever. I switched from Metro thinking there were giving me a great deal. I was so excited for my brand new phone but more excited about the deal I was getting. I payed $150 for my new J7. They also gave me a speaker, case and a glass protector. They said all of it was free when I moved from metro and got the J7. Long story short I checked the receipt and I see they charged me for all those things I was “supposedly” getting free. Come to find out I could have gotten 2 J7 for the same price I paid. When I went to ask about it they said there was nothing they could do about it. Worst place in town don’t recommend anyone to come here.

Decided to leave T-mobile because they were too expensive for me. My sister referred me to this Boost Mobile because she said they were really nice to her. The sales associates that helped me were very understanding and new exactly what I needed and wanted. I got 3 iPhones with cases for a really great price and now my bill per month is $100 and the internet is super fast. My kids are happy and so am I. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone that wants to save money.

The staff here is VERY helpful and friendly and they always have great deals to offer.

Great Store! Looks really nice inside, and phones are off the hook. Definetely coming back
