I absolutely love this place. They have so many great flavors of frozen yogurt and many toppings to choose from. I have been going here for years. I work right next store at Bel Air, so I like to come here when I’m working or even on my days off for a sweat treat. The employees are always so nice. I forgot my wallet thinking I would just use Apple Pay but they didn’t take Apple Pay so they gave me a cup of frozen yogurt on them and I thought that was so sweat of them to do that for me instead of walking all the way back to go get my card. Working in customer service has been tough during these times. It’s the little things like that that make my day.Thank you!

I am shocked, my friend is 9 years old, she buys yougart at big kahuna after school 3-5 times weekly. Today while at Kahuna to get yougart she really had to use restroom before ordering she asked to use restroom. Clerk said no, only for paying customers. My friend couldnt wait and wet her clothes there in the store. This is not right. She had to ride home wet. I dont know why she couldnt use the restroom.

So good. Flavors change constantly. If you dont like one just wait a week.

Not very good flavor selection 12.00 for frozen yogurt was just too much you get a better deal for 2 scoops at Baskin Robbins.

While waiting in line to pay there was two customers ahead of me, the one directly in front of me wearing a mask just like I was and the one paying which was not wearing a mask. When the customer directly in front of me got up to the register she asked the employee if it was ok to not wear mask in the store, the employee replied saying that the manager is not to strict on those rules. From my understanding isnt it a regulation in the state of California to have all customers wear mask while in their store?

I wasnt impressed with this location ive had at other big ks and its been fine but this time i thought it was expensive with not many flavors to choose from my total for yogurt was 12.00 and some change waaaay to high!

It was 9:50 and there OPEN sign was on andthere was employs inside we went inside and they said that they were closd

I didnt know they had been open all this time. My grand daughter and I love this place. I love the tart yogurt with fresh 🍓 strawberries yum😋so happy to hear they are open.

It was excellent experience with family. Will go back for more frozen yogurt and the toppings they have are delicious.

I was in Kahuna back during their start-up, and the proprietor was speaking with a customer while they both watched this little boy. This grubby, sneezing, snot nosed, dirty (literally) little boy put his hands into each one of the toppings bins to grab a handful of noms, and what wouldnt fit in his mouth went back into the bin or on the floor. WHILE THEY WATCHED!! Turned out the snot nosed kid belonged to the customer that was conversing with the proprietor. After the kid went through the bottom row of bins, he started on the second row, only to be finally stopped by the mother. EW!The thought of this snot nosed dirty little rug rat digging through the bins will forever keep me from patronizing Big Kahuna.

The frozen yogurt was as expected. However, I took my young children here. And, while they enjoyed the frozen dessert, the music playing was explicit rap. An establishment catering to families needs to be aware of the music playing. ESPECIALLY when young children are present or expected. I dont enjoy going out with my kids and having to shelter their ears from expletives.
