Iโve been a regular customer for 7+ years now. I wouldnโt say the staff are friendly, but they are competent and efficient. I recently used this store for PDQ Fingerprinting required to renew a state license and when I called before going I got the worst information and customer service! But once I arrived, the process was timely, smooth and even better than I expected! Sometimes I have to wait in a line to drop off my UPS/Amazon drop off packages, but it moves quickly and Iโve been impressed with how they have handed COVID measures. This is a solid store. Iโd give them five stars if they upped the professionalism by improving their customer service, but I wouldnโt use the other negative reviews on Google to suggest this store wonโt have what you need.
I was in this store in the afternoon a couple of weeks ago, arriving with three or four very large framed pictures that needed to be packaged for shipping out of state. The two people that waited on me were professional, kind and helpful. They rode up the bill, told me I could pick it up within an hour or two and took my product away.I actually had to come back the next day and everything was ready for me when I arrived. Again the service was friendly and professional.It really makes a difference the type of staff that people have in a service-based business. I can tell by reading the reviews that the staff has changed over the years and right now the staff is great so congratulations UPS! I am taking more pictures there this week to get packed for shipping.
Staff is always pleasant. They always get us through the line as quickly as they can, but I never feel rushed while they are working with me and my shipment. Thank you Woodland UPS Team.
Quick line and fast, but the cashier (Monica) acted like she couldnโt be bothered. Extremely condescending. Wouldnโt go back here unless I had to.
In the last month Ive had use this location to print from my email and fax on numerous occasions. The staff is WONDERFUL!! Theyve always been quick to help and very knowledgeable.
I arrived at the WOODLAND UPS store about 11:00 today.I am not computer savvy. The female associate at the counter was impatient with me and resisted edifying me as to how to proceed with my return as I had only an e-mailed label. I attempted the task to no avail.Asked for my box and left.I chose to patronize the DAVIS UPS store.The personnel there were AWESOME!!!The young lady directed me to the web address to send my label information to and how much it would cost to have her assist me.Excellent work!A successful return due to kind and efficient associates. Than k you DAVIS UPS store !!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went in to get a document notarized and they refused to instruct me on where to sign. DO NOT come to this UPS. The ladies here are extremely rude and not helpful.
Drove here to make passports photos and send it but guess what they are not making them anymore and no one bothered to change it on their site.Still I wouldnโt get frustrated and leave a review just for that but the attitude this young guy at the front have its like they donโt really need more customers, well u lost one.
This UPS store has plenty of boxes and copy machines available. Despite the busy holiday traffic and long line they are keeping up quite well with the additional traffic. They also have the fingerprinting tool for those who are applying for jobs that require the crime check for their applications. The staff is friendly about helping with the copiers.
The staff is so unpleasant. There was a new male I havent seen before came in oct.28 and the white female that always has a bun hairstyle has no good customer service and the entire time I was there she was gossiping about her personal life instead of helping other customers and when she finally did was unpleasant. Ill be going back when the other ladies are in that provide better service.
We waited with 10+ large boxes by the front door before the store opened. Elsa, the first employee to open the store, went above and beyond excellent service and did not let the sight of the pile overwhelm her at all.Excellent service this Monday morning!
I worked with a customer service representative today who attempted to help ship an item from CA to VA. She was totally inept at her job. She gave an incorrect quote for shipping...an error of $200, she scheduled a pickup for 7pm and the driver came at 3pm. The rep also advised me that the driver would bring a shipping label...he did not. The whole experience from start to finish was a failure. My package is not shipped and Iโm starting over with another company due to poor customer service from UPS. If I could rate them a zero, I would. Donโt expect to call customer service...it is really โfail the customerโ
Extremely long lines. They will make you wait in a long line even if youโre dropping off pre paid postage. Which makes no sense. Avoid this location.
I love this store! I get my mail and ship off packages from here and have never had a problem with anything or anyone.
If you change your hours then change them online too. A small investment of one of your employees time would save time and hassle for dozens of customers
What is up with this place??? Lately they have been extremely unreliable with shipments. If you have something that needs to ship urgently, go somewhere else!!! Weve had next day air packets not even leave this place, lost packets. Few days ago my mom dropped off a box and they refused to give her a receipt for a package that is now lost, theyre saying she never dropped it off.

Honestly they have the best customer service. People here with their comments dont understand really the business they do here. First off the usps service at the ups store has a service fee..try to go the the post office and pay less but wait hours in line..yeah rightFor the drop offs you its a system the staff and drivers have to work toget and not always on the same pages its not the employees fault that your package wasnt sent out can happen to any companyGet it together people and really learn to appriate the service and not be greedy
Lost my package
Staff (manager especially) are rude. Got ripped off and when I called them on it they flipped out and got emotional about it. Just wanted what I paid for. Go anywhere else but here. Worst people worst service you will find.
They are a rip off paid to much for shipping. used a small usps box paid ($20.70 without ins n tracking number) and at usps is only $9.70. (Thats with ins n tracking number) I will never come here especially running a business.
Manager is rude & greedy recommend any where else.
