Sales clerk was very helpful. He walked me to the item I purchased instead of telling me where to find it.

All things are more expensive than Walmart here but some are unique. Spray paint selection is limited but face mask selection is wide and of good quality. Women coats are fancy but not warm.

Clean store and found what i needed < and then some> :) the Woodridge store had a young man who greeting me as I came in and as I left, with manners. This store is so clean and organized. LOVE shopping here

Service I placed my order, expecting at least a two hour wait because it was 1:00 on Christmas Eve, and it was ready in 25 minutes. I used their app when we left the house and the order was ready when I arrived. Pickup was quick and hassle free. My delivery person was cheerful and upbeat! I’ll definitely use pickup at the Woodridge Target again!

Every time I shop at Target in Woodridge, Rob, the Security you see in the pictures always appears to be in close proximity. I filed multiple complaints against Rob with Corporate office and they dont seem to care. I feel like I am being harassed. Its crazy, this store, omg.

Good for quick shopping

The quality of Targets products continues to be high standards. The Auden bras are better quality than the ones Ive been paying 3x as much for. Universal Threads are great quality and price. Food selections saves me from another stop at Jewel.

I proceeded to leave the store when I saw Rob, he restock the shelves I asked him to help me showing him the website and the item I was looking for he did not know where to find it but he search for the item and directed me to where I could find it. If I did not meet Rob today this review would have been a one star review

Shopping here the night before Christmas Eve I was nervous. I knew it would be packed and I REALLY wanted to find the gifts I was looking for! When I couldnt find something, a Team Member led me right to it and the cashier was SO SWEET and also the Manger!!! I will DEFINITELY make this my Target!!!

Shopping with target online and picking up with their drive through service was easy. The only thing I would suggest to the store AND customers would be to double check the items before leaving. I did have one discrepancy but that wont deter me from using the service again.

Target has a perfect variety of the most popular and affordable items. There are not too many or too few options. They have a lot of fun and stylish options to choose from. I love that their carts are easy to maneuver. Theres Starbucks in case I need a pick me up while I shop. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and organized layout. I love that I can also pick up a few groceries for the week.

So easy. Ordered online, was notified when it was ready a couple hours later, used app to notify store I was coming to pick up, and store worker was wheeling cart with my items out to the parking lot as I pulled up.

It can be done in a few hour unlike walmart where your time options are always the next day.

Always a great place to shop. Made a return today. Not a long wait to get my items returned. Was looking for something and the shelf was empty. I was able to find an employee quickly and have them check to see of the item was in stock elsewhere in the store. It wasnt, but they were able to tell me other stores in the area that have the item. Walking through the store, the toy section was pretty tidy despite having lots of items on clearance. Seasonal was slowly being put together for Valentines Day. Made a couple of other stops in the store and was happy to see lots of employees cleaning up and putting items in their proper place. Other items I was looking for were easily found and had the usual great prices. Can honestly never go to the store too often.

Target drive up pickup at this location is super convenient. Employees are helpful and friendly. Make sure you pay attention to which option you select, order pickup is for going in the store, drive up is for the lanes outside the store and works with your phone’s target app.

I shop here often being that I live 5mins away but now everytime the security guy follows me all around the the store. Ive complained many times before yet it still happens and today 6/26/2020 im fed TF UP!!!!! NOT ONLY DID HE FOLLOW ME around the store but guess whos standing over me while im a CHECK OUT even stood at the door as I made my way out... I didnt want to make it about race but I sent my coworker to walk the store and guess what NO SECURITY to be found? A decent target, good prices.

BUYER BEWARE ... maybe this isnt a big deal for some, but I feel I have to say something. I have noticed for some time now that on many products, the unit price goes up with quantity -- and I think Target is exploiting its customers who probably believe in the economy of scale (i.e., that the unit price goes down as the quantity increase). Make sure you check the unit price! Recent examples include kitty litter, hardware, and now today -- Scotch shipping tape: buy one for $6.99 and get 54.6 yds or buy two at $3.24 ($6.48 total) and get 55.4 yds -- almost a yd more for $0.51 less. Target is hoping your math skills are subpar -- dont let them do this to you!

Every thing was done quickly. From pulling the order to me picking my order up. All under 2 hours.

I am in this location too much. It is the only target store by my house that is actually close. I find target to be kind of expensive in some ways. I usually buy their clothes only if they are on a good sale or clearance. I am a stay at home mom and a wife so I dont need to dress all fancy for anything. Some of the grocery items are expensive but if you use their cartwheel app you can get some what of a good deal on it. I have the target credit card that saves me 5% each trip. Also if your bring your own bags those can save you a discount too. The people here are pretty good. I havent had any problems with them. Customer service counter is easy and simple too.

Terrible set up after remodeling cant maneuver through grocery area by produce. Aisles too small and they are constantly leaving carts in the way when stocking. Too many self serve lines if you expect people to check out their own stuff they should get a discount. For those us who prefer waiting in line what happened to attention Target teammates. Was a customer since this store opened not anymore oh and yeah like another customer stated you cant find anything and employees dont help.

I went to Target on Friday May 22nd at night. And a worker with a red hair in a short ponny tail walking by the candles sectiont started yelling we close in 10 min in my ears, then seven and on and on and she moved my children away from me. I think she was the most awful, rude and no manners worker. She shouldnt be working there if she doesnt know how to deal with customers in special with children.The most awful part is that she scared my children and they were crying after because they thought she was separating us from each other.

It was clean and well stocked, no Issues. I was there yesterday to pay the credit card bill and I brought the wrong bill with me. I was informed that they could not able to look up my account to see what my balance was. that way I have to make an second trip. I am surprise that they cant punch in the number account and get the balance info.

Love this Target!!! Always moving, even when the store is packed, you dont feel it. Associates are always around to help and even give their advice when you need some help coordinating for the home.The Drive Up crew! Went here because our cell phone died and it was eight months old. Employee said there was no warranty. Sold my husband a new phone. I read the info and for warranty information, I was referred to the manufacturer website. Per website, phone covered with an one year warranty. Then the employee actually said that the warranty period started when Target received the product! Website said it starts when customer purchases it! We demanded a refund. Since she activated the phone we wasted over an hour! She didnt even apologize for her actions.

Purchased a decent number of items on October 11th. Noticed a sign near one of the items about Target Circle discount, so I downloaded the app and added it. When I hot to the register, I asked how to make sure I got the discount. Manager, Kimberly was the cashier, and she took the time to explain the whole savings thing to me, and then, since there were no customers behind me, she scanned each and every item to see if they too qualified for a discount. Turns out, she saved me $22.21! What an exemplary employee you have, Target! Its difficult to find workers who go above and beyond, to help a customer. Thank you, Kimberly!

Target does everything the right way. I dont ever have to concern myself with overpaying, or stuff breaking or leaking or standing in line for 20 minutes or carts getting stuck together or spaces in the parking lot that are too tight, or unhelpful store employees....I could go on and on. For those of us that are really busy, all of this REALLY matters! We just want to get in, get what we came for, get out and enjoy our stuff at home :)

The girl who rang up my purchase was so sweet and considerate. I had left my credit card in the car and she said she would suspend my purchase and when I came back with it she was ready for me...such a nice person.

Target is fine, Starbucks inside is a disaster. I waited 20 minutes for 2 coffees with one 2 people in front of me. Then she gave my drink to someone else becuase they didn’t take names on the orders. I get stuff happens but I mean it was a train wreck watching these people make coffee clearly neither were trained well.

This particular Target has really improved!! Lots of younger friendlier faces!! The older employees could learn from the younger ones on how to achieve better customer service.

Love the store after its been remodeled except for a few issues. Aisles are smaller in certain sections and two customers cant pass each other - particularly near the milk and dairy and by the clothes. This was bad design. Maybe some narrower carts could be in order.Also, a few of the products that use to be at this store are no longer here :-(. I still love Target and the products and will continue to shop here at the Woodridge, IL store, but some improvements should be considered.

Several of the items I wanted to get were out of stock, even though just about every aisle I walked down was blocked by someone stocking on a Saturday afternoon. The people stocking take up so much room and the aisles are not big enough since they redid the store. On top of this the cashier was also rude and did not know how to pack a reusable bag. I will be going to Walmart for most of my shopping in the future.

Employees are nice and helpful. The boxed food items are close to expiration date by 6 months or less. It isnt your stock up store for long storage pantry items. They have a variety of drinks as well as a liquor section.

The cashier was extremely rude to me. She never greeted me. She honestly didnt want to take my transaction however the young lady working with her had taken the next customer. I processed a return and wanted to purchase baby spoons for my daughter. She told me she could not take my purchase because she had a line and was very rude about it. I honestly did not want to do the survey until I paid another visit and the same lady assisted me with the same attitude. Im a target patron who just moved into the area and was happy about finding this target. However I will not be back and was very devastated that I was treated so poorly. I dont believe I was offensive, loud, or rude to her. So Im not sure what I did to her to be treated so poorly.

Ive been pretty disappointed with not being able to find Equal while shopping at Target. In my last trip the cashier asked if I had found everything I was looking for? I told her no and asked if Target sells Equal? She didnt know but called for the manager on duty to check. He searched their site and advised he was showing it so called to a guy on the floor who went and found me 2 boxes. I was so pleased with this service that I will definitely be shopping this Target more often.

I love this Target. If the register lines get more than 2 people long, more people are called to ring. Clearance gems are around the store, and I enjoy using Cartwheel.

Great service BUT i paid with a cc and store gift card--they charged my cc but didnt give me credit for my gift card but it shows 0 balance on the gift card so it was used but not given credit. WHY WHYi called they said it takes 24 hours but if i use in store it used right away.dont no if anyone reads this thats a problem target has or only me.now i have to call back thats not a way to treat a customer

Its target! I wouldve given this location 5 stars, but from what Ive noticed, this store does not carry as many different items as other Targets. Even so, the staff is friendly and this store is always clean and well lit. I still go this this store for most of my regular shopping!

So, this Target recently want through a remodel, during which time they were consistently out of stock on things and everything was a mess. I thought things would get better after the remodel. Unfortunately, this is not the case; their stocking is abysmal (they had virtually no fresh meat at 4:00), and they dont do a good job of checking their best by dates (I was in a hurry and did not check, but the meat I purchased should have been removed from the shelves 2 days before I purchased it). Im used to other Target stores pulling product from the shelves if its past the use by date, and I was surprised to not see a coupon on the meat (most Targets give a $1-$3 coupon when meat is close to the end). There are other Targets/Walmarts/Meijers close by; do not go here.
