She relates to both my wife (technically adverse) and myself (technically adept) without the condescension I have experienced with some other audiologists. Her staff is equally amazing. Not that terribly long ago I was reading peoples lips, instead of hearing people with my ears. As my hearing diminished I became better at reading lips. So, in actuality I was hearing with my brain rather than my ears. And it was giving me horrible headaches and fatigue. That is until I met Dr. Dawn Heiman, who notice what I was doing and invited me to come to her office for some hearing tests. And sure enough found I was a candidate for hearing aids. Once I started wearing my hearing aids, while there was some adjustment, but it brought me to tears. I finally could hear again. I could even hear birds singing in the distance. I came here to get impressions of my ears for in ear monitors. The folks here helped me order through another company. The company we ordered through was very frustrating to work with, but Advanced Audiology Consultants went above and beyond, staying in constant contact with the other company and relaying the information to me. I cannot recommend this facility enough....they are great!

Ive never felt better cared for from a Dr. Always plenty of time for appointment, extra care with covid cleaning. Dr Dawn goes out of her way to educate patients on available hearing devices and options. She even offers trails when needing new devices. Lots of time spent listening to my needs, even when I didnt buy the most expensive device. She will help any patient who is needing a new Audiologist. Shes the best.

Much easier than I ever expected. After waiting way too long, I finally decided I wanted to hear better. But I also decided I wanted the services of a boutique audiology clinic rather than a large retail chain. Fortunately, my choice was Dr. Dawn Heiman. After a thorough testing process, I left her office after one visit already hearing better with the sample hearing aids that were determined to work best for me. The place is very comfortable and the service was excellent they fitted my dad with hearing aid and gave him exactly what he needed. And the staff was very personal and caring.

I had some custom earmolds for some headphones. I have incredibly small ears, so I needed these because store bought was not working! Dawn was fantastic to work with. She was ontime, friendly, and very professional. The molds were ready in a week and fit perfectly. Highly recommend!

I accompanied my 95 year old father to Advanced Audiology Consultants for the purpose of hearing aids. Initially, my father was skeptical about hearing devices, but Dr. Heiman quickly put his apprehension to rest. She was very compassionate and patient with him. It was a great experience!

We have gone to several audiologists looking for someone to help adjust my mothers hearing aids and finally Advanced Audiology was able to help her. Dr. Warf did a great job and encouraged us to call if she needed more adjustments. They even called after our second visit to make sure sure everything was ok. Oh and did I mention the cost was very reasonable.

I brought my 95 year old mother to this practice due to the great reviews on-line and we were not disappointed. The location was convenient for us and the service was outstanding. The receptionist (Tina) and the audiologist (Dr. Warf) were very friendly, courteous, and professional from the time I first contacted them on the phone and throughout the entire experience. Dr. Warf spent about 2/12 hours with my mother. She did the hearing test (covered by Medicare with a doctors order) and went over the results with both of us explaining everything about the results very thoroughly. She did not try to sell us on new hearing aids and said my moms current hearing aids would continue to work well for her with regular cleanings (my moms hadnt been cleaned in some time) and by making adjustments based on her current hearing test. She hooked the hearing aids up to a computer and used a program to tweak the settings for my mothers hearing. Right then and there my mom was hearing better within a few minutes . Dr. Warf answered all of our questions, gave us a lot of tips, and provided information about a free amplified phone with text readouts and explained how to apply. She explained that the hearing aids should be cleaned several times a year and adjusted annually. I will continue to take my mother here for her periodic hearing evaluations and for service on her hearing aids. This is a top notch practice.

Dr. Heiman and her staff are very professional and clearly describe the results of your hearing test and what steps are needed to correct any hearing problems. She takes plenty of time with each patient and you do not feel rushed.This was my first hearing test.Her charges seem very reasonable to me. I will be continuing to see her for my hearing issues.
