I was followed around the store yesterday by an employee who also happens to be a fellow brown woman. A middle aged Indian woman to be exact. Unfortunately I don’t know her name but she was on shift Saturday, July 17th 2021 @ around 5:21pm.I was wearing a baseball cap due to the rain store. The store was filled with two other customers and she proceeded to follow me in the exact aisles I was in twice! Once in the hair dye section to “rearrange” some boxes of dye right by me that were left exactly the same as before she had touched them.The second time I was sure she was targeting me because I was looking at the gel polishes close by the exit yet still out of sight of the register and she walked over, left a customer who was purchasing hair dye unattended at the register and picked up a blue polish again, right by me. She walked a few steps over to the right and opened the polish then quickly closed it and put it right back in its place then walked away when she noticed I was not cutting my glare at her the entire time she did this.When I walked up to pay I asked her why she wasn’t following another customer near by that had been the store longer than I had and she just stood quiet and eventually randomly mentioned that she had to use the bathroom so bad. I left very offended and confused. Will not be going back.

Went to this store in the middle of the day and no one was there. I checked the sign on the door, it says they should be open, but I knew with covid that sometimes companies change policies so I checked their website and just like the door it says they should be open. At first I thought maybe the person went on break (though they should have put a sign on the door, I understand that everyone needs time to relax). That was until a person walking by asked if they were still closed, this person has come at 12 and thought the same thing as me, that maybe the employee went out to get lunch, so she decided to shop until they got back. It is now 2, and still no sign of anyone. Even if someone called sick or they couldn’t open the store due to a lack of workers, they should have put a sign up in the door at least.

They always have exactly what I’m looking for & this time was no exception... the associate was incredibly helpful

I love coming here!! Staff is very knowledgeable about hair and beauty and so helpful!! They are always friendly and welcome you with a smile no matter how busy they are!! This store may be small but has so much to choose from!!! There hair color selection is amazing aswell as hair products and great prices!!!

The store is awesome as always! The employees were very nice and tried to be helpful but knew absolutely nothing about hair or the products. I know that they were trying to help but I don’t think giving advice to someone while lacking knowledge is acceptable.

If i can give no stars i would. The people that work here dont know what they are doing. What products they are selling nothing. They never have anything you need. When you call ahead they are like yes we have and get there and no they dont. Its a useless shop only ment for hair that needs no care. Smh better off going to providence which sucks when you have no car

It’s a good place but I bought a “pink” hair dye and when I went to put it in my hair it became fully black. I have to redo everything now.

I dont recommend to go to this store very rude horrible customer service I ask a question to the lady that was there I wish I knew her name but she had no name tag she has blue eyes long hair when I ask her for help she give me an attitude and dint seem like she wanted to be bothered. The other lady there also was not any better with an attitude I understand that retail can be hard especially customer service but u dont treat people like shiet. I work in customer service and would never treat a customer like that. If u guys are so miserable then u shouldnt be working there because u are there to help and provide good customer service .this is my 2 time at this store location and is the last .

Online hours state “Open” The lady working on May 20th at approximately 9:53 looks at me and another woman with an attitude and puts her hands up saying “10”... the sign on the window also state the store hours for 9am...... I could careless if it’s due to Covid-19.... maybe she should have better customer service and they should adjust hours online and on the window!

DONT SHOP HERE!! Worst customer service of my life! I have been shopping with Sally’s (not this store) for 13 years as a professional. They have always matched prices and always taken clippers back. Manager Renee refuses to match my price and when I tried to return because I got them cheaper elsewhere she refused again. Saying new policy says they don’t take clippers back. I called corporate they apologized and called the store to advice managers to accept my return. She still refused so they sent me to another store 40 minutes away to return them. Do yourself a favor if u are a professional don’t shop here. We have soo many other options!!

I use to love getting my hair color here but not anymore. I pay for a discount yearly so I wouldnt have to pay full price or get deals automatically if I had given my card, but when I was told the price for some hair dye, 20% developer, 1 plain little bottle to put my dye in my hair and a tiny little gray coverage packet which I use to pay not quite $10.00, I thought the girl made a mistake on the cash register at first. I had her check the slip. if Im going to pay $20.00 for hair dye I might as well make an appt. To get my hair done at a salon and relax while someone does it for me than having to do it myself.

Has a lot of great products you need in one stop

Great place for stuff you need, but need to hire more reliable employees. Went to Sallys to purchase some stuff and remind you the stores hours are 9am -8pm, but on the window will be back at 11am, and I notice this happens often, because of having one person working the store and doing a bank run. I understand, but its an inconvenience too, because u drive there expecting the store to be open and its not and u have to wait until the employee to come back....

There are some rude employees and some good. This location is not food at keeping product in stock. One lady there thinks she knows how to bleach hair I took her advance and lost 3 inches of hair she laugh at me and said well it was dead anyways. Upon making a complaint to her manger nothing was done. Do not take there advice u are better off guess on your own

Heather is the best! She knows what shes talking about! Helped me pick all my products She deserves to be manager!

HORRIBLE Customer service! I purchased clippers YESTERDAY and was told I could return them if I was NOT satisfied. I go in and the lady tells me I was given the wrong info and went to the back to speak to a supervisor that was not there!? Not even 24 hrs and they won’t honor their employees word or their customers. Q

Worse customer service ever. My wife and I have being faithful customers for the past 10 years of this store location on till the other day. My wife has never exchange anything at Sallys. She was always well taking care of. But this time the representative that was helping my wife obviously didnt know much about Sallys products.My wife goes back the day after exchanging some of the products and she was plain simple treaty as an idiot and a liar. The total exchange was never taking care off and whats worse the store manager was so so disrespectful to my wife not knowing that my wife and I are Public clerks in the city of Woonsocket with a very large Network.At the end when I figured out what was happening and I asked for the store managers name to make a complain to the district manager, they said they cant supply that info...wth?Well...Never again ill visit this store.

Its very useful for a quick stop to buy hair products.
