Ensuring the cleanliness of the carpeting in our newborns room became paramount. After reaching out to Stanley Steemers, who did a high priced below average job, we noticed that the carpeting also needed to be stretched with excess material removed.After searching for 3 weeks and fielding countless high cost quotes, we finally connected with DRL Carpet. They were extremely professional over the phone and helped us schedule a free consultation. Once they arrived, they were quickly able to assess our overall needs and agreed to come back later in the week to complete the job at an EXTREMELY reasonable cost! Steve came out for the estimate, with samples, and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Had the estimate in hand before end of day. Called the office and spoke with Donna to schedule installation. I used drl for carpet stretching. They did fantastic work that I wanted to use them on my mothers property for carpet cleaning and furniture cleaning. They were extremely booked but they were able to squeeze me in to get the job done! The carpet and furniture look brand new. They exceeded my expectations. They went above and beyond to get the job done! Not only is the service spectacular but Donna was wonderful with top notch customer service. I have been doing business with DRL Carpet for over 20 years. They do excellent professional work. The addition of Donna at the Woonsocket store has been a great asset to the company. She is very courteous and well informed. She is a wonderful go between to the owner Darrell LaPlante, whom I have known and done business with for over 20 years. I own a 34 unit apartment complex and use DRL Carpet for all my carpet & vinyl needs at the complex and my home.

I have worked with Darrell since 2005 and the DRL team has always done a great job! It says a lot about Darrell when his team has been with him since I have known them and they are always prompt and professional and deliver a great finished product with years of experience. The quality of the carpet and floor coverings are high quality and his pricing extremely reasonable. I would never use anyone else!

I had called DRL to repair a carpet. Donna was a pleasure to talk too she setup the estimate appointment and Darrell did show up and offered me the estimate. I called 3 weeks straight to setup the repair appointment to no avail. He stated he would get back to me but never did I ended up going with Anthony Soucar carpets who did an amazing job for half the price!

DRL Carpet completed work in my house to the utmost level of professionalism. From the measuring of the rooms and explaining the direction of the carpet lay and how they would complete the project without me being am to see the seams ( Something I did not give thought until it was explained) to the price being less than the big box store, to the on time of installation, placing mats down to place their equipment on to protect my kitchen floor, to the clean up after.
