I will never go back there again. The woman came from the back, eyes all bloodshot, took 15 minutes to try and figure out how to use the register. Then, after waiting, she charged me triple, realized she screwed up and walked in the back and let another young girl try to figure it out. She also had no experience with a register. To top it all off, I get the strawberries back to enjoy it with my kids and the quality of the chocolate and the strawberries tastes like it’s been sitting for some time. The experience along with the cost of over $5 a strawberry is definitely not worth the money, even for Valentine’s Day.

I had recently ordered an arrangement at this site. I was soon after contacted by Justin Barry, and informed that the snowman the arrangement was to be made in was no longer available, though it was still shown on the main website. I was severely disheartened, since my sister is terminally ill and loves snowmen! After discussing the situation with Justin, he was kind and compassionate, and stated that he would attempt to find a snowman for the arrangement. A few days later, Justin contacted me by phone once again, and told me that he made several calls and was able to locate a snowman for me. It was heartwarming to have him make so much effort to make this happen. It is rare that someone who does not know you, to go out of their way to make something special happen. I doubt that my gratitude was expressed to the level that I have. Thank you Justin, so very much!
