Loved it. Great alternative to chain brewers

Went through the drive through today. The price for a medium frozen coffee was listed as 3.99$ . I got to the window to pay and was told it would be 6.27$ . When i questioned this price I was told very rudely yeah, our prices went up. 6.27$ for a medium coffee drink that was listed at a 3.99$ drink. I was very upset with this so I called and spoke with the owner of this location who also said our prices went up and we can not change the menu everytime our prices increase... this is not just a 50cent increase its 2 dollars more than what they are advertising the drink to cost. Absolutely disgusting. I have been getting coffee from coffee connection since they first opened and had only one location in Cumberland. I will be contacting Danny, the owner of all 3 locations about this. Beyond appalled by this experience. They also did not even put whipped cream on this insanely priced drink. Never returning

Exceptionally friendly staff, and I really love that they make fresh wraps and smoothies available, and I wish the chain well for this fact alone—theres a big shortage of not-junk food in the community, with this level of convenience. But the smoothies are somewhat oversweetened (theyve already got fruit in them—cmon!) and the wraps were a bit dry, so theres room for improvement.

Great Smoothies and their frozen Chais are great. Worth every penny!

I love their coffee and went today to get it a surprise for my family. I double checked the hours which were open until 5pm... However, they were closed before 2pm. Im fine with closing early but change your hours on your own site.

I have discovered this wonderful place on Door Dash. Even though the order is always late, they get 5 stars. The food and drinks are AMAZING. The quality and how things are put together is just perfect. The selection is great and the taste is to live for.

Honestly I drive past this place every day and never went because of the cash for gold pawn shop front, but I ordered their food and coffee yesterday on DoorDash and it was so good I ordered it again today. I’m obsessed with the turtle iced coffee now. But yeah, if anyone hasn’t gotten anything from here because of their sketchy store front, you should.

Id give 10 stars to the location in woonsocket! They pay close attention to EVERY order and have never gotten even my special instructions wrong. The location in Cumberland needs the lord, but the one in woonsocket is my everything 💕💕 I LOVE themmm

I don’t mind spending a little extra for good coffee, however when I spending $9.16 for 2 small coffees and get the coffee with out whip cream I was a little disappointed. So naturally I just asked for it, I repeated my self three times because apparently “may I have whip cream please” is a foreign language. the manager came over and rudely told me if I want whip cream in the future I have to ask for at the drive through, every other coffee connection I’ve gone to either asks me or they just put it on standard. The attitude I received for asking my coffee made right was mind boggling. I highly recommend you other customers try north providence or Cumberland the service is much better I promise.

I just love the smaller coffee spots. The quality is better this place has great tasting coffee brewed fresh. Loved the pastries as well. Amazing prices service was perfect.

Usually pretty good. I just picked up my willow tree chicken grinder and the roll was burnt, it could’ve been replaced easily but it looks like they just didn’t care today. Not too happy

I go here ALL the time. They never let me down, always get my coffee exactly how I want it. I also love their macaroons I used to make them when I went to Beacon Charter High School and the macaroons that Coffee Connections sell taste exactly how we used to make them. But Coffee Connections is pricey $$$. They should lower their prices.

Very very rude & for the price I paid for the coffees I don’t expect bad service & how horrible the coffee tasted ! And to charge extra money for another coffee is ridiculous ! Manager was very rude. Will only go to Cumberland location next time! They are way nicer there. Even after the rude encounter, I tipped $2 and she took it super rude. Will never go back here.

Decent iced coffee. Sometimes it takes awhile for them to make sandwiches and drinks. Willow Tree chicken salad is always nice to see on a local business menu. Offer non lactose milk options.

Great coffee and great wraps and sandwiches (the buffalo chicken wrap is the best)However, the service is extremely slow.One day, i stopped in at 9:30 and i had to be at work for 10 and i ordered a wrap and a coffee and my wrap was not ready until 10:20!!!Other than the poor customer service, this place does have amazing treats but i would reccomend the one in Cumberland. It may be another 10 minutes to drive but i guarantee it will take the same amount of time.

Average price, very tasty coffee.

Every time I go here I have to make sure I am early because they will find a way to make you late. Typically the wait for 2 coffees (typically 2 specialty ones) is almost 10 minutes with no line. Today we went there waited in a line for a minute one girl took our order and 10 minutes later all the other people got their drinks and left and we didnt have anything. She completely forgot about taking our order and took care of everyone else and we were just sitting there waiting for coffee that never got made. The other 2 locations are much better and more efficient. I will visit the other 2 and never go back here after today.

Stopped in for the first time today. Wasnt expecting much. Wow! Was I wrong! What a coffee menu, lattes, cappuccinos, ice coffees, protein drinks, even a great food menu. Ended up grabbing a Lg iced black forest latte with whole milk, med iced candy apple coffee, 1 cinnamon roll. Paid not even $13. Coffee roll was huge and delicious, took a bite since it was originally bought for my husband lol. My daughter loved her candy apple ice coffee. My coffee was beyond delicious! Im picky very picky! But honestly this was worth it! My new coffee habit joint has been found!! Great customer service as well. She was friendly attentive took the time to welcome us. Went over the menu, even gave us 1 to bring home. Next time well go thru the drive thru. But honestly no complaints. Sure beats everything else in Woonsocket. Hands down without a doubt! Give them a try, you wont be disappointed!

The brothers in Cumberland run a fantastic business! But Woonsocket is a completely different story. The owner there is very rude to customers and is not pleasant at all. It’s embarasing and awkward the way he treats his employees in front of customers. Hopefully something changes because their food is awesome.

The coffee tasted fair at best and the donuts tasted as if they were sitting there since the morning. I went hear at noon time.

I’m completely disgusted !!! I ordered a large great pumpkin iced coffee and found a blonde hair on the lid of my cup !!!!! ... I started going to the Woonsocket location every other day .. truly enjoyed the coffee . I called in to speak with the manager and the young lady on the phone said “he wasn’t in and the only thing she could do was re make it for me” no apology or anything .. worse customer service and cleanliness!

This place is really great I love coming here it is more expensive but they make their own muffin and all that good stuff the coffee is really good and if you love coffee I suggest coming here❤

I would probably venture more on 3.5 stars, but rounding up for good measure. This is one of the only coffee shops besides Dunkin Donuts in the nearby area and it serves up a pretty good cup of coffee.A variety of flavors like sugar cookie and some other crazy combos can be had for standard hot or iced coffee. They even have specialty coffee concoctions which is what I tried (candy bar- chocolate, caramel and peanut butter). This is not to be confused with an espresso based drink, treat it how you would order your iced coffee, but skip the sugar, its pretty sweet!Its a little confusing to find since their neighbors advertise their cash for gold banners all around the building with awnings and posters. Its nice they have a drive up too if youre in a rush!Also if youre using a debit or credit card they do charge 50¢ if you are under $5.

Coffee is better at Dunkin Donuts. Expensive for what you get. We ordered a latte, mocha and 2 muffins, $15. Coffees were weak, weak, weak! So disappointed, was looking forward to finding a great local coffee shop.

Dont go here. Every time I come here I have an issue. No customer service. They argue with you and tell you youre wrong when they make a mistake. Dont get me wrong the flavor and the creativity of this place is great, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. If I could give this place a no stars I would. The girls there are rude. When I called and made my complaint and told them I wont be coming back she told me okay cool, bye thats NOT how you take care of a business! This place needs all new workers.
