The CVS pharmacy located on 7120 Ridge Rd, Port Richey Florida...By far the worst pharmacy I have been in a long time...least professional, least organized, and least compassionate to the people who they should value as their patrons - the people who keep that store open and keep them in business. I had an appointment for a booster shot this morning, and upon arrival I was told they did not have any supplies and to go away and make another appointment later...no apologies, no other explanation...just very cold and authoritative....the pharmacist and others working behind the counter didnt even look my way to offer any explanation...will not do business with them again.

7020 cityline Ave is the worst cvs to get your medication from not only do they close early the dr. Will put your prescription in and they email saying it’s ready you go to pick it up it’s lost. They never answer the phone nor do they or a manager have customer service. I will be transferring my prescriptions back to riteaide.it’s horrible you try not to complaint after waiting 30mins on the phone to see if your medication was done they don’t answer. And the service line is no better it’s ridiculous.

Been danced around for 3 days now they feed me the Bs that they are busy meanwhile I am without meds. The store in question is at, Las Vegas NV bonanza and lamb

I will be taken my business to another Pharmacy a local one who understands that some times you dont have the funds or the need for all your meds at that time ! The CVS in Red Springs NC store number 4374 tryed to push the idea that if I didnt get all of my med which I didnt need at the time I could not get my pain meds for my PCOS that I get every month every thing would have been over 100 dollars which I did not have at the time! I talk to the so called pharmacy manager which was very roud she in so many words Threaten me saying that she would be letting my doctor know that I was just picking up only one of my prescription instead of all of them Since when does CVS do this Ive never had this problem with them before ! And the Prices of the medication continue to go up, also you cant use your rewards from your CVS card in the pharmacy this was told to me today aswell ! No thanks other local PHARMACY need our business aswell And I will not stand for being treated like an addict by someone whoShould know better !

This is the second and last time that I will do business at this pharmacy. The first time we went on the way home from the hospital. The script was sent to the pharmacy a few hours before we got there but still had to wait 2 more hours before getting the meds. This time the script was sent the day prior and after 2 trips with no meds ready we waited until the next day. So after almost 24 hours the meds were still not available. This is totally unacceptable. A courtesy call to the customer should have been made to see if we wanted the scripts sent to another pharmacy or to let us know that it would take longer for them to fill. This could potentially affect my sons ability to have surgery next week. I will not be back here.

Horrible service getting a Covid vaccine. Got my first vaccine they never recorded it. Been on the phone several times and keep getting sent to all one 800 number and they can never help me. I regret getting my vaccine at CVS on 5 mile and Sheldon in Northville Michigan

They never answer their phone I’ve called customer service national number three times and three times the representative could not get a hold of the store either apparently they’re too important to answer the phone

Keep waiting for prescription; being told it was ordered but didn’t come in . It is pain medication and controlled which must always be on time . 3 months in a row !

I was so HAPPY with the young man, Joshua tonight. He helped me locate several items. We were talking and he even suggested using the print from phone application. He downloaded it to my phone. Helped print the photo and made sure it was centered right 😎.He knew how important this particular photo was to me.THANK YOU JOSHUA !!!!I will be visiting here again !!

Way before the covic they were slow and very rude employees in cvs, Putnam location. Doris is the best person in the the whole place, she always has a smile and something nice to say. She always count your pills right, CVS is a zoo without Doris being there. My insurance gives me no options else I would be gone.

They are not take your complaints on to consideration. Don’t waist your time call they will turn you down just like the local pharmacies did, CVS headquarters don’t care about branch issues with customers.

I have so many problems with this pharmacy. Today i was told i couldnt get a 30 day supply of my medication because of new regulations. So i was being charged $47 for 4 insulin pens and $47 for 1 insulin pen for a total of $ 97 for 5 pens. Ive been in this pharmacy for almost 2hr trying to get this taken care of. The pharmacy personnel act like Im invisible. So freaking irritating.

I went into CVS to get a money order and I cannot believe the amount of time it took and after finding out why it took so long I understand now what’s going on when you going to CVS and buy a money order they ask you for your drivers license or identification they tell you it’s only to help you but evidently they didn’t have an update of my address and they had updated before they would give me a money order can you imagine that you need your proper address and everything identification card just buy a money order from them actually what they were doing is collecting information for the government they want to know your every step in every move so this should get a lot of reviews I hope it does get it out there that CVS collects information and if you just want a money order and you don’t have your your card and information of the date they get kind of Upset because they’re the only place that I have tried to buy a money order at and had a problem because I didn’t have my identification cord with me I never thought you would need to have an identification card to buy us simple money order believe it or not it’s the truth what is this country coming to that you can’t even get a money order from some business without your identification card wow this blows my mind I hope you gets a lot of read reviews

Their distribution center continues to ship expired products to their online customers. Replacement orders take too long to be processed. No one cares, not even during a pandemic. Horrible customer service.
