Found this Lil gem unexpectedly. The food was delicious and authentic. Being a food reviewer I find it extremely difficult to find any thing wrong here. The service and quality of food is good, the value is excellent. Authenticity of the food prepared is on par. I will be coming back when ever Im in Massachusetts. 👍 5/5

Good Veg food and amazing service ☺️My order was Spicy onion DosaI have tasted belowNoodles, Chole bhature, Puri, Spicy Onion masala dosaMango milkshake....Ice creamHost and service was excellent..Owner is very interactive and friendly..I have been in and round many restaurants, I feel this is worth trying...Food is delayed, since we are not hungry so thats fine.. But it wont be the same case for all... (So there will be delay of you dine-in).I picked up groceries, owner came to me and told to check expiry date and then take ( I have seen below reviews on expired items ) i didnt know until reading now.. But I picked right ones...Only drawback is car parking...Owner suggested few place outside if parking is full..Very small car parking ( Max 6 cars ) inside shop premises....

This place is absolutely amazing. Run by a husband and wife who will cook you up the most authentic and flavorful dishes. My wife and I sat down and they just chose items for us and brought out whatever they were cooking that day. They send out a daily menu on a whats app chat with their daily dishes that you can choose from. The food was amazing and they make you feel like part of the family. Very worth the drive from providence if you’re looking for a unique experience.

Was missing Dosa and this one was quite delicious. Homely and informal setting was a huge plus. Do visit if you are around Woonsocket and like Indian food.

They serve warm and fresh food to all their guests. You see the efforts they put once you taste their menu. Everyday they have something special. Not to miss their Lunch buffet on Friday. I highly recommend it to all Indian cuisine lovers.

Visited last week and both quality and quantity are going down. Never seen a restaurant who charges money for TOGO BOXES. Im not happy with the quantity they are giving for how much they are charging. Earlier i came to know from my friends that they have all the expired grocery . Last week when i visited with my family, really they have all the expired grocery inside. So, what i heard was real. They have a very small parking which is not sufficient for more than 4 cars. I wont recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a good and hygienic food as the employees who work here are not wearing masks and serving gloves for Live panipuri.

Uncles food was good and delicious. Please try paneer tikka hot dog.

The breakfast items Mysore Bonda, Dosa, Pani Puri we tried on the menu was really amazing… We are waiting to try Chinese noodles when we visit next time. I really recommend going here if you are looking for Indian hot and yummy breakfast..!

April 21, 2021. I just finished a spectacular at Swagat. Best Indian meal I have in a very long time. Best, Freshest food I have in a Restaurant in a long time. Great, place, try it and see for yourself. Great service as well, Its a Hidden Jewel!!!

Recently ordered catering for my sons birthday party and I was overwhelmed with their service.The food was fantastic and flavourful.Moong Dal Halwa was amazingly tasty. Birthday was outdoor so they made sure the food was hot and the quantity they suggested was very satisfying.Our party was hit with great food and taste.

Great food, specially DOSA’s authentic sambar, we are actually sambar people, so like it more lol….we tasted different dishes including beryani today, it’s been 3rd time we are here and very satisfied with taste, cleanliness and environment.They make fresh better for dosas so I will recommend you to call and then put your order.

Loved the place for home made food and cost effective place.

This was my First time visiting this place with couple of my friends to enjoy some Indian Street food. We started with Paneer finger. Raj Kachori followed it. Chana Bhatura was awesome and also we tried few more indian delicacies. We finished with a delicious Dessert which was named as Gadbad IceCream.These people served warm and fresh food to us. We saw the efforts they had put to make the food tasty Everyday they have something special.Next time I gonna try Moticoor Ladoo and Moomg Daal Halwa which seemed very delicious I highly recommend it to all Indian cuisine lovers.

I am never going here. Took 45 min for small order although they said its ready while ordering. Also, they charge for to-go boxes.

This tiny place has ample seating, parking and other important amenities like family restroom. They have groceries in the same store. We tried punugulu, Poori and their tea. Everything is good. Poori sabji could have been better.

The food at Swagat reminds me of home. It is one of the best Indian food I have had. The moong dal sheera, idli, dosa, chutney, samosa, vada pav and chole bhature are among some of my favorites. The food is always fresh and tasty. I highly recommend eating here.

Swagat is my go to place. I love to eat here. I never miss awesome coffee. Today I had paneer fingers and I must say delicious and light snack. In Festival sweets are very delicious. Stores owner Naga sir is very modest and humble. Very nice place!! Must go :) :)

We enjoyed our visit to this place. The choley bhature were very yummy, and fresh. I would definitely recommend this place, good vibe, friendly owner, and great service. We also liked their paneer pakora, and katori chaat. It’s easy to miss and the main entrance is hidden from the street.

The food here was great. The Chole Bature was fantastic and I would say it’s the best I’ve ever had. The egg biryani and samosa chaat were pretty good as well. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a spot to grab some Indian food.

I drove one hour for this restaurant today. And it is worth driving even 2 hours for the food they have here. Awesome food and awesome owner and people who works here. Due to this Pandemic he offered us to have food in parking lot. In this nice evening we had good South Indian food as dine out. 👌🏻 felt as being home, talking to the owner.

I ordered no onion no garlic food for 30 ppl. To my surprise, the food was tasting much better than the regular food and it was tasting as good as home made food. Very neatly presented, very satisfying to the stomach. Every single guest praised the taste & quality of food. Generally, in most restaurants the papad/deep fried food smells and feels oily as it is usually fried in the left over oil, but at Swagath there was barely any oil, it was fresh for two days and the taste was amazing. I also went to return the serving trays and happened to try some of their a la carte items, and it was the best Indian food I ever tasted in the US. The couple who manage the restaurant are the sweetest people I met so far. They packed me pickles, gunpowder, carrot cake & tiny vadas for my daughter. Infact my daughter went into the kitchen and started going around the place while she was offered so many things to eat. I also noticed that the kitchen was extremely neat & organised.I realised that the best part about this restaurant is the passion, love & interest the couple takes to cook food & no wonder it tastes so good. Thank you Nagendra & Latha for having us.

We had such nice home-made authentic Indian food ! Samosa chat, chole batura, punugulu and Mysore bonda. We had complementary filtered coffee my husband loved it .. Everything’s is yumm and the owner is friendly most importantly service is great. The surprise element is they send the menu to your phone(WhatsApp group) and you can decide what to pick from one message. Overall I would recommend for sure. If you haven’t tried please try one try will not harm y’all.

Best place to eat Pesarattu Upma (Green Lentil Dosa), Chole Bhature, Samosa and other Indian food items. Pesarattu Upma is hands down the best that I have ever had in USA and it is also better than the dosas I had in India. Dont believe me?, come and experience yourself. Stopped by for quick pick up three weeks ago while coming back from Southwick zoo. Ordered Dosa, Noodles and Vada Pav, all items are very tasty . The owner also offered free samples of freshly prepared dry fruit burfi which is so fresh and hot, we happily bought a box and enjoyed on our way back to Boston.

Being a South Indian, I find this the most authentic South Indian break fast in the US that I have tested. Though the restaurant is small and the menu options are limited, each item is very tasty. I have been there twice, and my two small kids love it too

I have been eatign out of Swagat form Day 1. Over the years the taste has been consistent and excellent. What I like most about his place is that the hygine and food quality is excellent. Thier Dosas, Idlis, Biryani and Chowmien are must trys and Chola Baturas are just too good. They have a variety of snack items as well and all very good.

This store is right on the street I missed the driveway to enter the back for parking. I knew they served food too and saw the door for that. I walked around the building looking for the front door to the grocery store - there is only the one door for both. Very very helpful staff as I was buying products I was not familiar with. Great prices. Fresh produce and had everything I was looking for.
