Very helpful, answered all my questions, looked on line for what freezers were available or could be ordered. They do deliver!! Good selection. This store has been in business for many, many years.

We went into store today, hoping to find a new drop in cooktop. The young woman was not friendly and obviously not interested in helping us. She said they cant get appliances because of shortages. She did agree to look up some, said they would fit, not showing us pictures. We left with a bad feeling. I dont know if we should try again and hope to get a different person or go somewhere else.. Have always had positive experiences there.

Went in for a new washing machine this time. Every visit has been a satisfactory experience usually in and out relatively quickly. The staff is always knowledgeable and helpful.

It has been a nightmare getting appliances for our home due to shortages. I placed an order with a big box retailer in early July. Nearly five weeks later the appliances didnt show up on their scheduled delivery date. I called and after 45 minutes on hold I was told all items where backordered, some items for up to six weeks. They never called, never emailed, just ghosted me. We move in two weeksI frantically called Wooster appliance. Kyle answered and was an absolue life saver. He took the time to hunt down which manufacturer we could get a matching set from and it came out to a price very competitive with the big box stores. They didnt just get a sale that day, they will get every one of my appliance sales the rest of my life.

We were looking for a refrigerator. We had seen one we wanted at Best Buy, and were comparing prices and options. When we talked to the staff, they wanted our business and were able to match the price and added free service for a year. We felt well taken care of!

Pleasant, knowledgeable employees. Repairmen are professional, courteous and on time. Great deals on scratch and dent models, when available. Prices may be slightly higher than chain stores, but worth it for the service. Ive been dealing with this company for nearly 40 years.

THANK YOU WOOSTER APPLIANCE CENTER! There were a few minor issues with my newly purchased refrigerator, but I called in and spoke with their service manager Mike Alexander. I was obviously pretty upset but kept my cool and they had a technician out the same day the fridge was delivered Turns out there was an issue with the ice maker from the factory. I could recognize the staffs sincerity which was very relieving after dealing with Lowes and they would not do anything for me.

Very knowledgeable and patient sales staff Nic and Kyle helped me on my indecisive pursuit of a kitchen package. They were both extremely helpful and provided me with everything I needed. When providing me a quote it was mentioned they would price match. I went to Lowes and a few other independents and they already had the best prices. No need to shop anywhere else!

Appliances were purchased in a bundle. Staff was helpful and professional with assistance. I would recommend stopping in and checking out their deals before purchasing any where else.

Unless you buy from them directly they are worthless. We talked to three different people about getting our refrigerator fixed and got three different stories. The technician was very polite. The woman who answered the phone is clueless and the service manager is down right rude. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Worked with the owner and his team to select appliances. Got prices that were in line with the big box stores which was a concern of mine. They delivered when they said they would. Cleaned out from under all the old appliances and took them away. Glad to support local business as well.

My dishwasher stopped working back November 2017. Had the repairman come out twice took two months to “fix” it because he’d call off work and they refused to send anyone else out. They charged us for parts that weren’t even broke and now my dishwasher broke for a third time since I’ve been dealing with this company. Everytime I’ve called to talk with someone about my bill I get told someone will call me later or I get transferred to someone with no solution. This place is a joke!

My wife and I had the Wooster appliance center deliver our new fridge a week before Thanksgiving 2016. The guy that installed the fridge had damaged our new floor by not only gouging the floor with the fridge, but also breaking our tile to run our new water line. This company has been giving us the go around for over 2 months now saying either the person that installed the fridge never said anything to them about the problem, to the person that installed the fridge saying we have never contacted him about the problem. Messages and phone calls that will prove this guy and company are liars and cheaters! Think twice before you think about going with this company to install your new appliances.
