Great experience. The second time that Ive found a part for my car on the Napa website. This experience was same as the first. Not a particularly expensive part. Less than $10. But I needed it badly. The amazing thing: The part was not in stock at the store but the website stated that if I ordered it, it would be ready for pickup at the store in 15 minutes. I found that hard to believe, but I ordered it anyway. Sure enough, 15 minutes later I got an email saying it was ready to be picked up at the store. Absolutely amazing. Not sure how they do it. And while I was there I picked up several other things. Young fella at the checkout was super nice and helpful. Napa has earned my trust and my business. I will be back.

Quality of parts are not what they used to be. There parts are no better then AutoZone, Advanced auto. Napa just charges more. I only go there if no one else has what I need.

Great service. Went out of there way to get me the odd starter that I needed.

I got 4 gallons of oil and an oil filter for our truck. The gentleman was very attentive. He even brought the merchandise to my car. Friendly and fast service. We will be back.

Quality of parts better then Aa or Az IMHO seem to always have what i need. a bit on the expensive side, but i use my equipment for work so better parts are a must. less down time replacing lifetime warrantee parts from other places. thanks guys
