This shop is fantastic. They did awesome work on my car and they kept me informed on the progress on my car. They gave me a fair and up front price for the work that was needed on my vehicle. It didnt even take them as long as I thought it was going to be to do the work. They are friendly and very professional. I am impressed with the whole experience with 300 auto. I would highly recommend using them for your service needs.

I found the folks at 300 Tire and Auto five years ago when I moved to the area and they have taken exceptional care of me on three different vehicles in that time, on tires and countless other maintenance projects and repairs. I know that between Lisa and the mechanics I am receiving thorough service at a fair price, and if something is out of their wheelhouse they have outstanding recommendations as well. Can’t say enough good things.

I am very grateful that when reading reviews online I chose to call 300 Tire & Auto. Lisa worked me in quickly. I found her to be very knowledgeable and friendly which was refreshing. What impressed me most is that their mechanic was observant and right away noticed my frame had rusted through making it unsafe to drive. Lisa called right away and was more concerned that I not drive it than anything. If they were less reputable, they would have done the repairs and let me pay the bill knowing it was unsafe. I will be taking my future vehicle there and would highly recommend them as well.

Lisa is so knowledgeable and always pleasant to work with. The mechanics work quickly and efficiently and I would never know anyone was in my car if the seat wasnt moved! Service is always great!

My brother-in-law came in from out of state for a funeral. He was staying with us for his time in-town. His passengers rear tire was flat the morning after he arrived. I suggested 300 tire to him after reading some of the reviews for other tire shops around town. He went in for a flat repair and found out that he had a huge bolt in the sidewall! It is illegal for them to repair sidewall damage in Ohio, so we ended up buying two new rear tires. He went in right after they opened, and with no appointment, he got right in! I was concerned that the tires would not have time to be shipped there before he had to leave the following evening, but to my surprise, they somehow got the tires in that same day. We came back in the next evening, and within 40 minutes, we were out the door! I, personally, have never been to 300 tire for any of my vehicles, but I definitely will in the future. Its nice to know that there are still good-quality local businesses around town. I have nothing but nice things to say about this place, so I would, without-a-doubt, recommend it.

Yes, was scheduled for tires and a alignment, they didnt align my truck for some reason after mounting my tires when I asked if it was done. So I was told to get the alignment a week later. When I showed up again I was told they could not align my truck once more because my wheels were too big. I live an hour away. If you couldnt align my truck you should have told me that instead of scheduling me twice for a service you couldnt even provide. Maybe notifying people that you cannot align cars with wheels over 17 may be important?

Was there with my brother horrible costumer service had to get his tires re balanced at mr. Tires bc you failed to do so correctly. Highly do not recommend this place unless you like wasting money! Also I take it offensive for falsely accusing me writing this review in exchange for compensation. Unfortunately this is the world we live in today. Companies covering up there mistakes by accusing the consumer.Also after reading the reviews i can verify this is not the first time the owner of 300 tire has covered there mistakes. Its pretty pathetic how they speak to consumers that value their dollar and just want to warn others about getting scammed out of their HARD EARNED MONEY.

I was there for a tire repair. I expected them to tell me I needed new tires. Turned out to be a simple fix and was very cheap. When I called for an appointment, I was scheduled for the next day. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back.

We do almost all of our own car repairs and maintenance ourselves but when we are too busy or dont want to deal with it the only place I trust to do quality work at a fair price is 300 Tire. Lisa is wonderful to work with with. They are fast, friendly, fair and provide quality service. I also trust them with my commercial fleet maintenance and tire needs. I love doing business local.

I was calling around to see who could do rear brakes/rotors and calipers because I was told that’s what I needed and it would be $900 from the one shop. I called 300 tire after a recommendation and spoke with Lisa. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable and let me know that I may not actually need calipers but they will check it out. I had a great experience at 300 tire. I dropped my vehicle off, got a call within the hour detailing what needed done and a cost estimate. They were very clear about the repairs needed and didnt try to upsale. This is the first Mechanic where I didnt feel worried that I was being taken advantage of. This place is outstanding. Ive been here multiple times; they have put tires of both of my cars and have made repairs to them as well. The owner, workers and receptionist are all extremely nice and they are patient with you. They take their time to explain things to you and work through problems, questions and any concerns you may have. They really know what theyre doing here.I like to buy my own parts (through AutoZone) and 300 Tire have never gave me any problems about the parts I buy or putting them on. They are patient and work with me as I go through the process of buying the parts and bringing them to their shop. They have NEVER tried to sell me anything that I dont need. Their prices are unbeatable and service is fast.Its hard to find a great, honest repair shop these days and 300 Tire stands out from the rest of the local shops. This is a business that truly values their customers. They are honest and trustworthy. My experiences get better with them each time I take my cars to them and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a mechanic.

Oil change and tire rotation synthetic oil. Total just over $60 for my Ram 1500. Very reasonable price and they always take care of me. This is where I get all my tires for my 3 vehicles

I got my new tires today. They look really nice on my truck. The price was very reasonable and the staff was really nice they got me in really quickly and the wait there was pretty nice they have a really cozy waiting area Id say all in all it was a very smooth process almost smoother than the ride my new tires give my truck haha Ill definitely be back for my next set of tires.

Im a shopper when our comes to tires. Thry provided the best price and got me in quickly.Then, a few months later, I got a flat and they sold me a tire at wholesale since it wasnt covered under warranty. Again, they got me in quickly and always with a smile.They are very helpful and friendly as well as trustworthy.

I basically second the reviewer named Elles overall experience. I lived in Wooster for 3yrs, and found Kevin and Lisa refreshingly honest, upfront, and very easy to deal with. When I had an exhaust/muffler issue, they even recommended a local guy that was very honest and reasonably priced as well. Ive since moved back to Akron, but since family still lives down there, I will still be having Mark & Lisa take care of any of my tire-related needs.

I had a totally opposite experience at 300 tire than the last reviewer!! Both Lisa & Mark at 300 Tire are not only friendly, courteous people but they are also very helpful as well. I have been going there for a little over two years now and every time I go I am treated very well and come out knowing my vehicle was taken care of. Being a woman I also find it reassuring having Lisa up front explaining repairs to me and taking me through the process, unlike previous comments she does know her stuff and in this day and age I find it refreshing a woman can compete in a male dominated field. I would recommend anyone needing vehicle repairs to go there. Mark & Lisa will take very good care of you and very good care of your vehicle.

Was a very good experience

Had to replace two tires on my explorer when I got there I had a few more problems but they made me feel right at home and helped me figure out a solution. Lisa was amazing. Definitely would recommend coming here.

It used to be a great place. I used to be able to have a tire fixed with out a problem. But the wait was at least an hour the lady was a bit rude about telling me. Guess what Mr tire is busy today to but they got my car right in.

Very bad customer service. I got 2 tires there. By the time there was done ( about 2hours later) the lady told me that they couldnt do the front alignment because they found 4 things wrong with the front of the car. I told her that we will fix it and bring the car back. There was 1 thing wrong. And by the time I made it home my front tire was flat. They didnt take the rust of the rims so the two tires went flat. My dad went withe the one tire back to them and they charged him 14 dollars to fix there mess up. I will never put a foot in this shop again and let everybody know what kind of bad service theyre having. She also told me that the fixing of my car would be around 700 dollars. I never new that the tire rod would cost that much. Sorry no easy money from me.

Very Very bad experience！ Worse than my English. We went to the shop because abnormal sound and lack of cold air from the air conditioner. Help me change the filter and told me they need one whole day to clean the conditioner if we come here next time. But noise remains, hot air remains.Then I bought refrigerant from Walmart and added. It works well. I am a new man on air conditioner reparation. But, do you really think its important to change the filter? You are expert?!

I have lived in Wooster for many years. 300 Tire has done all the tire work on our vehicles (Cadillac, VW, Ford and boat trailers. They have also done underbody work, brakes and exhaust work. I used to get two quotes before any work. I dont any longer. 300 Tires work is excellent, fair and honest. If you need a vote of confidence, I have on more than one occasion been scheduled right in back of the county sheriff and city police vehicles, who also use 300 tire. I dont know who these reviewers are who had negative experiences. Im sorry if they had a negative experience. However, I am certain 300s owners and team will make it right if asked. They have always done great work for my family and about a dozen or more people I have recommended to them over the years.

Absolutely horrible customer experience. Lisa at the desk is the most unkind human being to ever serve mankind. If you please to be humiliated and belittled by someone who thinks they know so much about the tire and car repair industry, 300 tire is your place, and Lisa is your girl. I have been there/called on 3 different occasions, each time i have dealt with Lisa. Each time Lisa has been disrespectful and rude towards me. I could go on all day about how disgusting of a person she is and how horrible of a service 300 tire has been to me, but she doesnt deserve to be given that much attention.
