Absolutely best place to get work done on your vehicle! I wouldnt go anywhere else! They dont over charge you and they let you know what is going on with your vehicle, even of youre not in there for that specific item. Great work by everyone in the business!! Highly recommend!

Said they would call me back but never did. I had a hard time getting my car in to be serviced. When I Dropped my car off with an appointment time my car was never looked at. then when they told me they put the key back the key was not where it should have been and I had to make an extra trip to go pick the key up and thank goodness I had a spare keys so that I could pick up my car in the 1st place

Very friendly and very professional. They do great work at a great price! No upselling or unnecessary charges. Have taken my truck in multiple times now for brakes, new shifting link, struts, tires, and alignment. They even fixed damage done by other, less competent mechanics that I mistakenly trusted. They said car needed to go to BMW I looked it up on Utube it was the PVC valve 11.50 on eBay . Didnt even address two other issues very poor

I live in NW Ohio and was in Wooster for business and got a flat tire around 9:45am. I called the Shop, the owner (Chad) personally came to my vehicle, diagnosed the situation and had my car in the shop and repaired in no time. Highly recommend and also impressed with the cleanliness of the facility.

Came to see Chad and the group from a referral of sorts. I came in with what I thought was some pretty serious front end issues and they quickly diagnosed it and called me back with the news. They had to order in the parts because they wouldnt carry a Factory Rim for my car and had it next day and all buttoned back up in no time. I thought I needed an alignment but they correctly diagnosed it and didnt do any other unnecessary repairs. First time here and Ill definitely be coming back for a new set of tires very soon! Thanks for the honest work, which is so hard to come by these days! Ohh and the car is driving like new again!!10/10
