A repair of a leaky exhaust said to take 3 hours or so. Sat there in a comfortable chair reading next to the Halloween candy. Work done in 2 hours.

The staff at four star are the very best. I thought that my heater issue was going to be non fixable but on the way back from the car rental company enterprise I was talking to one of their mechanics and when we got back he took a look at something else and now I have heat. We have taken 3 cars to them for repair. They have been honest with us saying we needed a new car. Even offered to look at any that we brought in to make sure we weren’t getting a junk vehicle. I actually called them and asked to get my heater fixed in my car and was told they didn’t have anything until Monday. I was a little disappointed because we are supposed to get snow this week. They called me today(Wednesday) and told me they could get it fixed today, they moved other appointments around so I could get mine in for the heater. Got mine in and fixed in 5 hours. I will continue to take my vehicles to them. Very nice, helpful and understanding.

Was from out of town and called several places that couldn’t get me in until Monday or Tuesday and even though he was closed on Saturday told me to bring my flat tire in and he repaired it in 5 min. This gentleman that runs this shop is very nice and deals with the public very well. His prices are good and hes a good mechanic. One of the better places in Wooster to get you car repaired. He also has a car or two for sale sometimes that are usually good deals. We bought a Toyota Yaris from him that was well under blue book value.

Great people and very reasonable prices. We had a overheating issue and coolant leak on a family vacation and needed to get our vehicle fixed asap. We talked with them at 5pm on Thursday evening when they were closing explaining our situation. Theresa told us to drop it off and they would look at in the am and diagnose (we figured waterpump, or a hose at the time). We dropped it off 1st thing Friday am, once diagnosed and parts delivered, they had us back on the road in a couple hours by 3pm continuing our vacation. New water pump, belts, hoses, a radiator flush and labor was under 400$. Great price, great work, and great people. Highly recommended. Thank you very much Russell and Theresa,, u guys are great.

Cant say enough about this business. They treat you like family. I have never been dissapointed in their service. Always courteous, prompt, and reasonable. When my husband was terminally ill the owner, Russ, even called him a few times just to ask how he was doing.

I would NEVER recommend these people! My mother took her vehicle in for a problem and they told her it was probably corrosive on her brakes. And she could drive it to Cleveland and back with no problem! Come to find out, from a REAL mechanic, her lug nuts were loose on her front tires and the tires were about to come off!! If she would have kept driving, it would have caused a serious accident!!!! Thank God she took it elsewhere just a few minutes away!!!

I have always received great service from them at a reasonable price. They are honest about what needs done and whether your car is going to be worth spending the money also.

Took my fathers truck to them many years ago for front brake pads. After some time, I found the new set of pads with the inside pad on the right side installed with the metal backside of the pad against the rotor. The inside pad on the left was simply jammed in at an oblique angle. Predictably, Dad had an accident. Around this time, the proprietor was hounding my Dad to sell his property to him. There were other problems with other vehicles as well, some the fault of incompetent installation, some not. Nice way to treat an old man and his daughter with downs syndrome.
