She not only opened just for me, she shared her story of being in business since 1962(I believe) she took over 25 years ago for her parents. Inspiring story, excellent service, and a beautiful shop! Green Thumb Floral always does a spectacular job when it comes to special floral arrangements and their same day delivery is second to none! Green Thumb Floral is my go to place whenever Im in need of floral arrangements.

Our family received a funeral arrangement from Green Thumb & Gifts on Monday, the morning of my father in-laws funeral. The flowers seemed wilted and the arrangement itself was extremely unpleasant to the eye. It really upset my mother-in-law to even see it! The arrangement can be seen in my profile picture for anyone to decide. This was one of three arrangements made from this florist two of which had older looking translucent & wilted hydrangeas and lilies. The lily petals fell off by the end of the day. The single rose vase was filled only half way with water the day it was delivered to the funeral home for the Sunday calling hours.Funeral flowers are supposed to bring comfort and hope to grieving families, but these certainly did not. I would hope this business would issue a full refund to any of the the senders if requested.******UPDATE*****After contacting the owner of Green Thumb via email and much discussion, she was kind enough to let us choose a memoir to receive in replacement of the refund. They delivered our gifts to the house and we are very pleased with the compensation. Thank you for prioritizing this issue and resolving it in a timely manner. As a Premier Florist with BloomNation, I would hope that she would never let anything like this be sent out to any customer ever again.

I received a large bouquet this morning from my husband for our 10th anniversary. He apologized profusely before letting me see them. He had made requests to try to match my bridal bouquet when he ordered them over a week ago. Apparently, those requests could not be fulfilled, which is understandable; however, this was not communicated well. The substitutions were not adequate, sensible, or similar in color or form to the requested flowers. This is the least attractive bouquet I have ever seen (poorly selected and arranged). His wallet is $100+ lighter and we are either stuck with this eyesore on our table until it wilts, or the waste basket is about to be heavier. Incredibly disappointed—the flowers are underwhelming and lack a professional touch.

My experience with this company was HORRIBLE! If I could rate no stars I would. I purchased the birthday cake flowers from them and they didn’t look like the picture. Don’t get me wrong I they were nice BUT I expected them to look like the picture. Not only that they charged my card 69.22 THREE times. I called the lady back to ask her about it and she got a attitude with me like I was getting on her nerves about $210 being taken off of my card for some damn flowers. She was VERY unprofessional about it, instead of screaming in my ear about it she could’ve explained that it was a accident. Long story short my bank had to file a claim & take my money back by force. I’m NEVER ordering anything from this place again. I’m in Atlanta and I’ve never had this problem. I’ll be telling everyone I know not to order from here.

I ordered a sympathy blanket and wind chime for a funeral. I am from out of town. The sales person was SO kind and helpful!! She texted photos of the blankets so I choose the best blanket. This florist REFUSED service to me and I dont recommend using them. I called before 9am on Valentines Day and she told me they were too busy and that if I would have called yesterday she would have helped me. I think its extremely unprofessional and rude! I will be forced to go to Green Thumbs competition in Wooster, OH.
