Doug McGuire in the Wooster Store was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the mattress we were buying. We were not hurried but was totally informed about the product. We left the store with one complete Queen Orthopedic EuroTop set and one twin mattress. I am not one to write reviews but felt this one needs a pat on the back. They were just delivered, so I can not tell you how they are for sleeping, but the delivery men were good,fast and professional. So far I am totally pleased with the way we were treated and could not have asked for more. Check back in a few months and I will tell you about the sleep quality .

Super friendly service and great quality mattress. I really like how the sales people were not pushy to sell a mattress and were knowledgeable of each mattress in that showroom. I also like how I was able to customize my mattress to what I wanted in a mattress since they make the mattress for you, not for the masses. I also think that a 15 year warranty is awesome. Delivery was quick and the boys were very friendly and respectful.

We bought an orthopedic luxury firm mattress and haven’t slept this well in years. The past four years we wad two different high-end luxury mattresses that gave no support and wreaked havoc on our posture. Now we sleep supported and level and wake up feeling rested. We made our purchase at the Wooster location and had a wonderful experience. We worked with Heidi and felt she truly listed to what we were looking for in a mattress. We made an initial visit to the store in early February then came back later in the month to complete the sale. The delivery service offered was fantastic - they called when they were about an hour away. When they arrived they were in & out in under 20 minutes, this included bagging up an old mattress they were disposing of for us. I would definitely recommend OMF.
