I am not usually a person who will leave a bad review, but this is definitely an exception. We bought an *expensive* sofa from Jerrys after considering much cheaper options online. We wanted this to be a piece of furniture that would last through a home with young children and pets, so we paid a high price for that. We were told that this fabric would be stain resistant and durable, and that if it were stained it could be easily cleaned, so thats what we went with. EVERYTHING stains this couch, including water. Any attempt to clean it makes the stains worse and at this point (6 months into owning it), parts of the couch look like they are ten years old, while we have been very careful with it. This isnt necessarily Jerrys fault, but the way they have handled this situation leaves a lot to be desired. We reached out the first time something stained the couch and the cleaner made it worse, and we were told we were probably cleaning it wrong. Okay. We changed product and method. No product works on this couch. I finally reached back out to them, and have not been offered any type of solution. I am told that since no one else has had this issue there is nothing they can do. Seriously? They have reached out to the factory and since no one else has complained, they basically told me I was making it up. Yikes. We made the conscious decision to shop small and support a local business, and I wish it had been a better experience. I should note that this is not a reflection on Kevin, the extremely kind and patient associate who has helped us, but on the company as a whole for blaming us for this faulty product and not doing anything to resolve the issue. He is the reason this is a two star review instead of one.

I first contacted Kevin (salesperson) over the phone. Based on how nice he was, I visited the store a couple weeks later. Kevin remembered our conversation and showed me the item I inquired about. I went back today with my daughter/son-in-law to make the purchase. They were also very comfortable with the store and Kevin, and plan on returning for other furniture.

Nice family owned furniture store. Very pleasant staff. Salesman, Kevin, remembered me from my last trip there 4 years ago. Didnt have what I wanted in stock, which is fine, so he had to order it. I expected to wait 4-6 weeks for it to come in. I got a call within 6 days of my Friday visit that it have arrived! Prices are comparable to other furniture stores and sales prices are lower than others.

Ive been a customer for over 10 years. I dont buy often but somehow they remember me. I dont have a lot of money. I have to use the layaway. They make me feel like Im a millionaire shopper I ONLY SHOP HERE!!!

We bought a Serta I-comfort here 3 years ago. The salesman told us it was the firmest of all mattresses. After 2 years we sink so bad in the mattress that it is so uncomfortable. unfortunately, the mattress does not sag to Sertas level 1 1/2 inches without laying on it. They say the sinking is normal body pattern. it does sag about 1/2 inch. So we checked with Jerrys and their solution is keep sleeping on it for a couple more years until I sags more and then file a warranty. So sleep uncomfortable for 2-3 more years and then get a new mattress. So Jerrys Does not stand behind the product they sell. And dont buy Serta!!

We found mattress for 209.00,and looked at some recliners.their next sale is black Friday,we need 2 new swivel rocker and recliner.but still,furniture is pricy!!! Salesman was very helpful.

Got a lift chair couple years ago when I got it I asked if I got a new chair or one on the floor I was told no no you get a new from the wearhouse so while he was doing the paperwork I went over and marked the tag on the chair with a pen I know it hard to believethe Mark I put on the chair was on the tag I marked when I called I was told no way was it that chair now the motor on the chair is out ordered a new one a month ago and still no motor be careful people
