Love working with James. He is honest, professional, on-time and no BS. Having an appliance go on the fritz is no fun - but he makes it bearable.

Called on a Tuesday for a broken washing machine. Explained what was wrong, he diagnosed over the phone and had fixed by Friday. Appt. was @ 10:30 and he was there at 10:30. Pricing was more than fair. Very professional and easy to speak with. A+++++++++++++ all the way!!!

Called James regarding 3 appliances I was having issues with and he was upfront and honest with what was wrong right over the phone. He answered all our questions honestly and wasn’t trying to push anything on us. I was impressed because typically people will try to get you to fix things to make extra money when ultimately they need to be replaced and won’t offer advice without charging a service fee. Sadly we decided to replace our outdated appliances but will be using James when we need our new appliances installed! Refreshing to see an honest business. Highly recommended

I got an appointment the following day after calling, and was able to get some possible causes for my dryer issues just during the initial phone call. Many companies charge a diagnostic fee before they tell you anything. Showed up within the time frame he gave me on the phone, and my dryer was fixed and squeal-free in 30 minutes! Recommended highly! Thank you!

Extremely pleased. Phoned James a few weeks back when our dryer broke down. Called him around 8:30 in the morning and the dryer was repaired and back up and running later that same day. Will definitely use his service again and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

I originally called to ask how much it would cost to come and look at my washing machine. Instead of just giving me a quote and hanging up, Jamie or James? asked what was going on with it and if he could help over the phone. He explained a few things to me and gave me some ideas/thoughts about what was potentially going on with my machine. I was looking for a repair place for my gas oven for quiet a while and knowing no one is the area, I couldnt get any recommendations the usual way. I just searched for anyone in Worcester with a semi-decent rating. Im so glad I found JM Appliance! I saw such great reviews I was hoping to not be led astray - and honestly I wasnt. He was fantastic! I described the issue to him, and explained everything I tested. He said he coud eb one of two parts and was very sure which one it was. He showed upright on time and set to work. in about an hour I had a fully functioning oven again and I could not be happier! I intended to fix it myself honestly, but was afraid to mess too much with gas as I didnt want to go through the hassle of finding a repairman - so trust me, I was thrilled when the experience was quick and painless!Thank you so much JM! I am happily baking pizzas and cookies at home again!

I contact James regarding a problem with my Whirlpool washing machine which I needed fixed ASAP. James gave me an appointment within the hour I spoke to him and he showed up on time.
