I bought a 2010 GMC from here July 15, 2020. I’ve had NOTHING but issues every since and it’s almost a whole year later now. This man kept insisting he would fix my car 100%! But I’ve taken my car back to his mechanic over 5 times and nothing has been fixed. Less than a month after having this car it started shutting off. Again I brought my car back and they told me nothing was wrong with it. They also refused to let me pick a different car or give me any kind of refund. I recently brought my car to a new mechanic to verify if they actually changed my engine the way they claimed. They didn’t! The new mechanic I decided to bring my car to was very honest and told me this man sold me a junk car. My car is showing over 8 codes and he said he can fix it. However it’s not guaranteed to stop doing the things it’s doing. He told me it’s better to get rid of it. So thanks to vics auto sale I took a very big hit with my money. Stay away from this place!

I bought a 2012 GMC Sierra 1500. I took it to my mechanic. Overall it looked good. The brakes and a few I other things were needed. I took this info to Vixs and they had the work done and ready to pick-up the next day. They were very friendly, honest, professional and a very good prices.

I had gone to the place one time a few years ago and the place just made you want to leave, because of the condition and mean people . But I recently passed by to find out there were new owners and I bought a car for my daughter and I had an Excellent service since the place was sold, the new owner is responsible, helpful and very polite . I recommend him very much .

BE CAREFUL! Do your research! I was looking at the 2012 rav4 they said the car was clean title no damage and gave me an auto check missing all the information!!!! So I did my research for the actual report and it was in two accidents... i Messaged them back to talk about what was fixed and negotiate the price but he tried to avoid the question and took off a couple hundred. I’m just going to take my money elsewhere. Main point, Not cool to mislead people giving people autochecks missing the important details! I’m not stupid. At least be honest! He was very nice but They are con artists like all salesmen haha be careful do your research !!!! Don’t get ripped off!

Nelson and Tony are great. That’s my second purchase with them and I don’t regreat it. Especially if you are a woman buying a car this place is great! Since I am also a woman I’ve had expieriences with other dealerships trying to push bad cars onto me thinking I understand nothing, but Nelson explained everything to me and made sure I knew what I was buying.

Sold me a piece of junk. Looked nice on the outside. After driving couple months EVERYTHING went to hell.. Im a very safe easy driver dont wear on vehicles.. Loan lenders need to watch out also. Very hard to make good with a loan when you have to fix or buy new vehicle. Theres a hundred dealers around worcester. Go to any other but this one!! By the way iv never wrote a review online my entire life but i HAD to here

Sold me a Lemon and wont fix it. They KNEW it had a bad engine before they sold it to me but because I am a Woman they thought they could screw me over.
