These guys were so helpful and patient. I desperately needed an alignment and couldnt find anywhere that didnt require an appointment days in advance, they had me in and out in about 45 minutes and answered all the questions I had. Definitely will be going back in the future!

Ive purchased tires, had an alignment done and an oil change.I had a steering shaft replaced.The price for labor was competitive.One of the Tire pressure sensors failed after 10 years and they replaced it and programmed the cars computer to accept it.They did not try to sell me something I didnt need.Im a Happy customer.

Was coming back from a trip to Boston, MA. I had about a 5 and a half drive when I picked up a roofing nail. Called them the morning we were leaving and showed up about an hour later. Everyone was extremely professional, and fixed the tire with a patch in about 15-20 minutes. These guys are a life saver and I would recomend them for any service. Thank you guys again for taking these worries off of my back.Also drove 5 hours with their plug and had no issues. Im very impressed.5 stars from now until the end of time.

Beyond disappointed and upset for what was done to our car here. Came two weeks ago to get an alignment, after paying 80$ for the work, the son Mike told us that he couldn’t do the back tire alignment due to rot in the tires, rocker panels & a tricky bolt. He said, and I quote, “To come back after the work was done, and I will take another look at it and get it fixed”. First disappointment, was driving off with the car still pulling completely to the right still, and paying 80$ for him to tell us that & only having the front tire alignment done. Ok, fast forward to today, everything was done to the car besides the bolt which a mechanic said should be fine to get off, I went back to get the back part of the alignment fixed. The son Mike then stated after an hour and a half that the bolt was in fact fine to get off with some grease, and because I had WHAT HE SAID TO FIX DONE TO THE CAR by my mechanic, I had to pay another 80$ just for him to slightly tweak the alignment. The car is still pulling to the right, and I am beyond mad that I even came here. When my fiancé called to ask for a refund, as the car is driving the exact same from yesterday, he was told that I shouldn’t have gotten the work done and that completely disregarded my “warranty.” I wouldn’t even of came back if he told me this morning that it would be another 80$ to fix what was promised from the beginning.

It’s relieving to find a place that doesn’t try to take advantage. They got me in quickly, the service was efficient, and the costs were fair. They also didn’t try to pressure additional services. Very friendly too!

I have always gone to Martin Tire over the years for new tires, snow tires and oil changes. I havent had the need for tires for a couple of years and there has been a change in ownership. I called just before 4pm and Mike told me they closed at 5pm but if I came right in, he would take care of my 2 tires with screws in them. He did and 45 minutes later I was on my way! Having been in a Customer Service management position for over 30 years, I am more than pleased with the service I was given! I am so grateful for the care and kindness that you showed me. Ive been to over 50 different mechanics all over the country at that. Mike and his dad are hands down my number 1. They are down to earth amazing guys. Do wonderful work and affordable. Im that one kid who does most the work himself because I cant really trust nobody on my truck. But mike and his team are hands down again the best of the best. I have been using Marin Tires for well over 2 years now. I always return IF a car problem arises. All staff are extremely professional, prompt, accurate, honestly and take very great care in my vehicle. I recently came in to have my tire changed. The next day it was flat. I returned to the staff finding out the issue to why my tire kept becoming so low frequently. I appreciate their honesty and how swift and professional Martin tire and the company is. They are my ONLY go to when a problem arises. I returned today with a problem I was having with another tire and explained I needed to be in Virginia by tomorrow and they took me right in patched my tire and now Im along my way. This included aligning and re-checking my car twice-( not thier fualt- it was the tires causing the issue.)Replaced the tires and got everything fixed and the price was fair.Ill be back for sure. The quality of work and the prices are excellent and I have no problem with, but when I went in today no one was wearing masks in the office or the workplace. My mentions of this went unheard. I was especially concerned when the owner was yelling at his new hire help in front of customers. In these times one must be careful not to spread COVID to the public.

I love how they are always punctual and quick to service you. They get it done very quick. I came here to get a tire replaced and to get a tire rotation and it was done in less than a hour. The only thing that it is a little bit more pricy compared to other places I have been too with my total being 130 dollars. But they are great at their job and a place that you can rely on.

Got a tire two months ago. Had no choice but to use this place since my tire got a screw half a mile up the street from them. But figured they’ve been around for years so why not. Tire keep losing air. Slowly so I didn’t think anything. Well it went flat and when I tried to get it changed they stripped my lug but so a simple fix became way more difficult. Also one day or maybe a hour of being without a car (day for me because I realized 30 mins before having to be at work) now is two days of cabs and hiring someone to come take the lug off. I will never go back! On top of all this their used tire was $30 more than anywhere else in the city. One positive the guys in the warehouse were great. Can’t say the same for the guy in the office who seemed like he ran/owned the place. Overall horrible.

Excellent service at a great price. We got 4 new tires a few months ago and have been super happy. But it gets better! We sadly got a flat tire the day before Christmas (totally our fault BTW,) and didnt expect it to be able to be fixed until Tuesday. We called the shop to see if there were holiday hours listed, and there werent. We didnt leave a voicemail. Lo and behold we received a call on Christmas morning asking if there was a problem, because they missed a call from our number. We explained what was going on and they told us to come by and they would fix it. They would be in the shop anyway doing some cleanup (I dont know the full details, I wasnt the one actually placing the call!) Had a new tire on in no time and we didnt have to cancel any plans. Service and attitude of this caliber are what separate a business like this to the next level. I would recommend anyone to Martin Tire if you want the confidence that someone actually cares about the quality of their work and your bank balance as well!

Great auto repair service! The manager and mechanics provided me wonderful customer service by offering me reasonable prices for the repairs. I had been at Martins several times for oil change, flat tire repair, brake pads, wheel alignment and even get my headlight fixed. Most of my repairs they told me it would take an hour or so. However, they were able to do it under an 1 hour or a quick repair under 1/2 hour. I highly recommend customers coming there if you need flat tire repair, new tires, new brake pads, wheel alignment and other important auto repair services for affordable, fair prices.

Quick and reliable service! Made them aware of an important meeting I had following and they were able to get me in an out for tire mounting and balancing with plenty of time to spare. No hassle or surprise charges. Will probably return for other services, highly recommended.

My brakes started grinding the night before a road trip I had planned to take to Canada. I went in right when they opened and explained the situation -- they were extremely nice, checked out my car right away, and had me on the road in a little over an hour. This is the first mechanic Ive been to that didnt make me feel like I was being ripped off.

One great experience, When my grandma pump died on me, they had it fixed within 4 hours of my car being towed there. They were very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with even though I was having a bad day. They did make it better and brighter cuz their work was fast complete and affordable. I highly recommend them. I was in the car business for 16yrs and I know what good service is in a time of need. They got some great people working there with a awesome personal touch. They told me that my tires would be ready in two hours and they were done in just one hour which was great because I had to wait there. The owner was very helpful giving me tips on how to take care of my car, he was really nice and made my waiting time to flight.

Excellent and timely service from an honest mechanic. I had new tires installed and asked for front and rear brakes and rotors. As soon as they put my car on the lift, Chuck called and let me know I didnt need rear rotors, they just needed a good cleaning so he wouldnt charge me for them. He could have easily just threw the new parts on and charged me an extra couple hundred bucks. I will be taking my cars back here for sure.

I go to school in Worcester and was nervous about trusting a garage but Martins is the place to go. Chuck and his crew do an A+ job, from the price to the service and the flexibility they’re everything you could want. Been here multiple times for everything from body work to tire replacements. I was in Worcester today when my tire warning light came on after just topping it off 2 hours earlier. I drove to Martins, and Im glad I did. By the time I got there the thet was completely flat. The owner came out, jacked the car up, and 20 minutes later I was back on the road. Very nice man, second generation owner. Very fair and trustworthy . Highly recommended.

I have an older truck, 2001 4Runner, did not want to spend $800 for new tires, I looked for tires in all the junk yards and found nothing. I went to one of the large shops in resignation, but the wait time was 3 hrs, I cant wait that long. Went back home, called a few more shops, called Martin tires by chance, they had an almost new set at a really good price, no wait time. I couldnt have been happier. Ive sent them another customer since then is how happy I was.

I would stay away from Martin Tire and bring your service elsewhere, the guys here are misinformed and had me take a loan from Acima Credit to pay for a ton of my things in my car that didnt need service. Most of the things in my car that was “fixed” wasn’t fixed after double checking with another mechanic. Rotors were never switched out with new ones, they are way too pricey and hold themselves to a high standard that isn’t visible at all.

All my visits here have been good. Reasonable prices and courteous staff.

Took me 3 appointment to locate the problem each time that said it was something different after nearly 1500 they finally found the issue with me there with the mechanic on the lift it tool 15 minutes the repair was 375 so 1875 later the car was finally fixed when it should have cost me 375 I said something to Chuck he said at least you have new parts ....the bottom line is these guys are shady mcgradys my advice go to the dealers garage youll spend a little more but they wont take advantage of you...my wife also purchased used tire one of the tires deflated because of a defect they would not replace and made her purchase another tire because of their bullshit used tire warranty ....Mike hes a smooth talker all he is doing is up selling you...go to the dealer dont waste your time...Chuck needs to dour a better job make sure his mechanics know what theyre doing....

Excellent service! I figured I was asking a lot: Tires for my truck on hand, to be installed immediately. Brian was patient on the phone, said tires on hand! Only if I got there asap! They were done in 2 hours!! New tires. alignment and smiles! Great service - great mechanics - great shop!

Chuck and his crew provided quick and informed service. I went to a few different places in the area trying to get a good quote for a wheel bearing repair. Everyone gave me about the same price, but Chuck was the only one who knew off the top of his head what he would have to do and how much it would be. Everyone else had to look up on their computers what it would cost for parts, and how long it would take.They did all the work within the day and kept it at the quoted price even though it turned out to be a problem with my caliper. I will definitely be going here from now on.

I live in Michigan & my daughter goes to Becker College. She needed a new alternator put in & I did some research on line & called 3 places. I chose Martin Auto because Chuck was very nice & his price was very reasonable & my gut told me to go with him! Glad I did! In the time it took Sears Auto Center to tell me it would be several hours before my tire could be replaced, the guys here had my wheel off, replaced the tire, and I was paying. I think the whole replacement process took about 15 minutes. Reasonably priced, and astonishingly quick. I highly recommend them!

Called in to get 4 new tires for my truck but only had enough to purchase the passenger type tires. Chuck informed me that my truck should be LT tires to insure safety for me and my truck. But me being on a budget i had to go cheaper. Service took about 1hr and 30min for all 4 tires mount and balance and 4 wheel alignment. Chuck called over the phone to tell me my truck was ready and informed me my upper ball joint needed to be replaced. Again only having enough for tires i said to hold off on it. I went to pick up the truck and spoke to chuck and he told me he put the LT tires on for my truck because thats what it needed. I was blown away by his generosity and the care he has for his customers. Will for sure be coming back in the future! Great people with great service!

I’ve never left a review for anything before but felt inclined to do so after my experience here. I nicked a curb pretty bad avoiding an oncoming car on a narrow street and took a good chunk out of my tire. I luckily made it to Martins before it blew out. The guys there (all named Mike) were awesome. They got me set up with a replacement tire for a real good price and was out of there under a half hour. I was expecting a much worse scenario and had a rental car almost reserved but am thankful I didn’t have to go that route.As insanely busy as they were, no one working there came of as snappy or condescending as most automotive places do. I will absolutely being going to Martins for all my automotive needs from now on....thanks fellas!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! After failing inspection due to tires, I went to Martin Tire and was given my option A and option B, explained by the owner. Needless to say, when I walked in, I was already overwhelmed by the whole failing inspection experience, but the owner took the time to explain and find the best solution to me. I brought the car back in the morning and I had my tires, and later passed the inspection. I highly recommend Martin Tire and will continue using their services!

Ordered tires off Tire Rack and had them shipped to Martin Tire. Chuck, the owner, called me as soon as they were delivered yesterday and I popped in first thing this morning to get them mounted and balanced. During the changeover one of his techs pointed out how low my front brake-pads were. Chuck took me right out and showed me himself. Got my front pads replaced in addition to the mounting and balancing, all for much less than I would have expected. Martin Tire is my new maintenance and repair shop, starting today. Great experience overall.

On July 21, 2021, I brought in my SVT Cobra for a wheel alignment. The place may not look it but they have a state of the art alignment machine. And the knowledge to turn out great results. I was thoroughly impressed with how much better the car rides. I highly recommend their services.

My wifes 2010 odyssey had failed inspection because of a check engine light. The mechanic shop read the ECU and informed my wife there were four error codes ( 2 02 sensors heater coil and something else I dont remember ) . Of course they also mentioned it would not be any greater than $800 to get it fixed but didnt have the time slot t get this done . I brought the van to two other mechanics for quotes and also to fix the issue but no one has the availability I needed.On Saturday the 11th I decided to try out martins tire after reading several of the bad reviews. I was impressed that chuck took the time to respond to the reviews and explain or own up some of the mistakes. I chose to use martins tire because of the humility of the ownerAfter 1hr of being there they diagnosed the problem to be an electrical fault There was no sensor to replace, I paid for a fuse and the hourlyRate of the technician and a ( corn muffin toasted with butter without the paper 😊 ). It was overall w pleasant experience . They do the due diligence !!!!

Took me right in, couldnt fix my tire issue but gave me the name and number of a Welder that could. They were an extremely efficient and extremely polite group of fellas!

I found this place online and was glad I did! The people there are genuinely there to help. My coolant was leaking for about a year, I brought it to many places and no one could find the leak. Martins found and repaired the leak within a few hours and the price was reasonable. I finally found a repair shop I trust and will continue to go to!

Brought my Highlander in for a 4 tire change. When I first drove off the lot everything was fine but on the highway I noticed a shaking at 60mph. I decided to go back a few days after to get them checked out.After 150 miles I wanted to retighten the bolts anyway ( it is a good practice to do) and my key for the nuts didn’t fit. I inspected the inside of the key and it was completely busted. They must have used a torque gun with an extremely high setting.Per the manufacturer the nuts are only torqued at 80ft lbs, but they were tightened at 170ft lbs. I have a torque wrench and double checked it. This does explain why they nut key is busted.This is extremely unprofessional and a practice I would expect from the local BJ shop. I am very disappointed and will not go back to Martin Tire for any reason.

Had to change my review after a year of using the tires. You get what you pay for. The owner put on Champiro all-season tires which had little to no traction in the snow and ice the first season I tested them. These tires were made in China - and I should have looked closer at the inferior tires he was putting on my car. The owner says that the brand name of the tire doesnt matter and that all tires are the same save for their ratings at 40, 50, 60k miles. I beg to differ. My stock tires which came with my car performed much better in the snow. I would also note that I also experienced the same issues with the user below - with ABS brakes frequently coming on and the traction control activating much more frequently given the poor quality of the tires and their inadequacy in gripping the road during intermittent winter conditions. The service was good the first time when I brought my girlfriends car over to replace two tires in August 2014, but when I returned, the establishment seemed more interested about making money than keeping long-time customers. I have since purchased snow tires with Town Fair Tires and will probably use the tires I purchased at Martin Tire for another season before I junk them (after about 15,000 miles of usage). By the way, we also replaced the tires on my girlfriends car which we purchased at Martin Tire (one was punctured beyond repair and the other was worn out after about 25,000 miles).
