Worst place ever. They will tow you in about 30 seconds

They towed me because I walked to grab my food before going in to their store.Stay away from this place.

Read the rest of the reviews. Predator business along with Pats Towing Company. Do not leave your car in their lot unattended. There is a tiny no parking sign on the liquor store 2nd story the size of a small box of pizza. If pulling into the lot, there is over a 75% chance you dont see the sign since its behind you on a one way street. Within 5 minutes of pulling in my car was gone. Go to the tow company and there are 4 cameras pointing at this lot waiting to tow people.

This store has over priced liquor and predatory towing which costs them more business. My car was lifted by a tow truck before I could even make a purchase. This is the slimiest liquor store in Worcester. The owner needs to fix the towing policy or he will soon find himself out of business. I’ll never go here again!

Had the right kind of liquor in stock for me to bake with.

I had a tow truck (Pats) try to tow my car before I could even make a purchase. I went to order wings then grab some booze, and in under a minute the tow truck had already lifted my car up. Little did I know you can’t use the same parking spot to support multiple businesses. They demanded $108 cash to drop the car. I told the driver I was headed in to get booze but he said it didn’t matter, he had my car up and wouldn’t give it back unless I gave him $108 cash. So all my liquor money went to Pats Towing instead of your store. Poor business model, unless they give you a cut of their profits.

After reading multiple reviews all having the same issue as me, I find it appalling that this business is probably scamming its customers because they can not support their own business on honest sales and won’t help support the businesses around them. I left my car unattended for a maximum of seven minutes and it was already hooked up by the time I noticed. I ran out to my car and they also demanded I pay $108 in cash for him to drop my car. It is a complete scam. (Might I also mention that they do not accept card OR carry change.) As soon as I got into my car they went over and towed the one next to mine. It’s truly awful that this business does this to their paying customers. I will never be returning to this store and I have already spread the word that this store and Pats Towing Company are scamming people.

They do not allow you to park in their lot, shop in their business and walk across the street to get your take-out order. I was in the lot for no more than 5 minutes and my car was getting towed. It is rediculous to have to park in two separate lots for a quick stop that should only take 10m at most. I will no longer be doing business here.- stars

Awful human decency. I had to park in their lot for no more than 5 minutes to pick up pizza and I came out to a tow truck towing my car. They charged me $108 and demanded it be in cash so I would have to go into the liquor store and get change. Shady business dealings 100% between the owner and the tow company. Use to go in here but never again.

Super great service. Good location.

I stop here every now and then when I grab Kelly Square pizza. KSL is small and somewhat overpriced with limited selection. But it’s a convenient place to grab a bottle of wine or something simple. Tonight I parked in the lot, walked to pick up my pizza (passing KSL on my left), stopped back down (on my right) to buy a bottle of wine, and my car was getting towed. All under 10 minutes. Receipts prove it. The cashier at KSL refused to vouch that I was actually a customer. Said the owner can only handle it. Will never go back. Police were involved. Cost me $110. The owner clearly has a deal with shady Pats towing. Check their reviews. The worst. It’s a liquor store meant for drinkers in walking distance. Or a stabbing in the parking lot. The cashier told me the whole stabbing story. A nightmare. Never again Kurt Patel!
