This place is the best in my opinion. They are very good and helpful if you need anything. They wont try to over sell you anything, they will try to resolve and talk to you about your boat problem and help you fix it by giving you free suggestions first. They gave me good advice and I was able to fix my boat and all I did was purchase the part. I highly recommend this place very, very much. Im very pleased with the friendly and timely service Ive received from USA Marine. This year Ive had 2 situations where Ive brought my 17 IO boat in for service. Both times the service was timely, and the service team clearly didnt try to over sell the jobs. In one case they could have proceeded with a job costing over $1k, but instead provided guidance and advice that avoided the work. Most notable to me is the timely and friendly communication from Bob Bourget in service. Bob responded to emails from me on my last issue off-hours over the weekend and at night. Communication all along the way was timely and responsive. Great service experience. Thank you!

Can’t thank Bob Mark and Bruce enough. Brought my nitro in for service, they looked at it when no one else would. Unfortunately the motor was shot. I have two Boston Whalers with Verados serviced at USA Marine. Bob, Mark and their team provide excellent customer service that is truly hard to find these days. The work has been prompt and professional. You have to expect them to be extremely busy at certain times of the year, so plan accordingly. Ive learned its worth the wait if there is one.

I had engine work done and it was done quickly and professionally. I later had an issue due to me not fully charging my battery which resulted in a no start issue. I brought the boat back several times and was seen immediately to diagnose and recreate the issue. I appreciate the rapid response to customers having trouble. Instead of having me drop it off and wait each time they just quickly tested and checked everything all at no extra charge. Bob and his team do a great job and I will absolutely use them for all of my boat work in the future. I have also used them for storage and it is a convenient process and they are very flexible with picking up and dropping off. The parts department is also very helpful and knowledgeable.

Dropped the boat off for 1 thing then they gind another repair then they broke our sun deck, grease spots everywhere and the list goes on. Horrible service

The trim on my boat would not stay raised while underway and I reached out to USA Marine about the problem. Marc responded immediately to my chat and gave me a few suggestions to try before bringing it in. Turns out the problem was internal and Mercury had an open recall for the issue and USA Marine order the parts right away. Then came another problem. The previous owner had at some point affixed the outboard using an extremely strong adhesive. Once again, USA Marine stepped up and figured out a way to remove the motor without damaging the boat. Bob was very helpful in explaining everything and addressing all of my concerns. They are a great shop, are very friendly, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have work done on their boat!

I have a 25 year old ski boat that needed a new engine. Service Manager, Bob Bourget helped me choose a great motor and installed it for me. The follow up and concern he had was AWESOME!One year in and about 120 hours I started having problems with the top end and a hesitation. Bob sent his best mechanic to my house and we took the boat out and he solved the problem! The boat ran perfectly on a portable gas tank that the mechanic brought with him.They wanted me to bring the boat back to the marina so that they could check to see if there was something plugging up the fuel or maybe a bad fuel line...I got very busy at work and gave him a call a week + later (2 days before the 4th of July holiday). He was able to get my boat in immediately and they found a very small piece of rubber that got lodged into a fuel line.Problem fixed and I got to have my boat for the long holiday weekend!Bottom line... when you have the combo of the unmatched knowledge base and the concern for the client you end up with a HAPPY CLIENT!Thanks to Bob and ALL the staff at USA Marine! I would not go anywhere else!

Bob and his team were fantastic. I had problems with the ignition on my boat and they came out several times, even once on the weekend to make sure the problem was fixed correctly. The service was top notch and I would highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough about the fantastic and attentive service we’ve received from USA Marine since buying our new pontoon boat from them back in Oct. 2019! Bruce Gustafson in sales and Bob Bourget in service have both been so helpful, Bruce answering all our questions and making sure we got everything we wanted for our boat amenities, while Bob helped us troubleshoot engine and motor queries (even through virtual/FaceTime calls!) and made sure our boat was running as smooth as could be. They accommodated us in their office hours and in our request to move up our drop-date amid the beginning of the state shutdown, to make sure we had our boat during the stay-at-home mandates (something we are so grateful for in of itself!). I highly recommend buying from USA Marine in Worcester— they are knowledgeable, supportive and great to work with!

Customer service was horrible! We waited over 1/2 hour and no one was available or asked if we needed help. We bought a boat someplace else that day.

I know they do great work but have increased storage costs. 3 years ago I used them to store the same size boat and it was $125.00 less. They also were more customer oriented and allowed you to pay your storage cost over the course of the winter season so you didnt need to pay the full amount upfront. Now that has changed and if you dont pay upfront they change a 10% fee which I dont agree with as I feel this is too much.

Great place with awesome workers who genuinely want to help and offer honest advice. Theyre prices are better than in a coastal marina for winter storage and since we store there we can also keep our trailer there all summer while we are docked. We will be with these USA Marine as long as we boat probably.

I went to USA Marine at the suggestion of a friend. I was having issues getting my boat to plane. I did a lot of research on line and thought it might have something to do with the prop on the motor. Spoke with Mark in the sales department and showed him my old prop. After some research Mark discovered that someone (previous owner) had put the wrong prop on the motor. Purchased the correct prop and I cant wait to try it out.Mark was very professional and extremely helpful. Thanks for a first time great experience.Update: Took the boat out Saturday. What a difference! New prop did the trick. Boat jumped out of the water and planed right away. RPMs on the motor were back where they belonged. I couldnt be happier. Thanks Mark, you are my go to guys from now on!

The Sales, Parts and service staff went above and beyond to hook up me up with a new Mercury 115, I had many questions because I had a newer boat and my old 1988 Mercury 115 needed to be upgraded ( my nephew is running that old outboard which my family had bought from USA Marine in 1988). This was a new boat that been set-up for a Yamaha, so I had questions about the cable lengths needed, the instrumentation and electrical needs, the installation, and of course basic question about the CCs of the new outboard and a recommended prop. We water ski, we are in our 50s and 60s, so we wanted to make sure we had the right stuff to get it done. They really made the extra effort to put the rig together. We had an awesome season last year, love this motor, and the staff at USA Marine!!

Fantastic outfit, being from Maine I was impressed with the courtesy I received. Impressive inventory and I noticed the employees doing more than was required. I will definitely do business with them in the future.

Im Canadian and had to trust the word of the sales rep that was there Bruce Gustafson. He was really helpful and when it came to a ski pole that I thought was included and so did he, was not there when I picked up the boat. He bought a new one and is now shipping to Canada. Most Boat dealerships that I have dealt with have been greasy people not keeping their word and trying to steal another dollar from you. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE WITH USA MARINE. I highly recommend them to anyone buying a boat.

I have purchased two boats from Marine USA. The first a Trophy, with a 115 Merc. Had problems getting the correct angle on the motor and the boat to plane. Bob and the crew worked until the boat was 100% to my satisfaction. Just purchased a new Glastron . Bruce, in sales, was great . He sold my Trophy for me and I am looking forward to spring and a new boat. Kudos to the entire staff they are super, understanding and friendly.

I just took delivery of a 2015 Excursion Pontoon boat, up till now my experience there has been good. This is the second boat I perchased from Bruce, but BEWARE when buying a Mercury outboard motor. The motors are sold by program year and not by model year, the dealer does not tell you this up front, I only learn this when I picked up my boat with a motor manufactured on May of 2014 that they sold me as a 2015 model. Now I will be hitting the water with a motor that is almost two years old.Had I known this I would not have bought this boat. Seems to be a very sneaky way of doing business by USA Marine and Mercury, I feel like they pulled a fast one on me. I had asked about a left over motor when I upgraded the motor and Bruce said they didnt have any, I think that would have been a good time to let me know how the model years worked. They got me this time shame on them, it will not happen again. The guys in the service dept. have been great.Not happy with the sneaky sales practices.BEWARE of the Mercury outboard they sell, know what you are getting.

Ive owned two high performance boats (fountain and formula fastech) and I have to say that Mark and Bob are two of the most knowledgable/helpful guys in the biz.
